Publix Employees Federal Credit Union Scholar Way, Jacksonville

The union itself is.. okay. I'm sure for people actually getting approved for loans and credit cards, they enjoy this bank. I find that with my same score a few years back, other credit unions actually approved me for certain things. So far with this one, I haven't gotten approved for anything which is pretty frustrating when you're going through major life events and you've literally worked at this company for years. Aside from that, I will say there's one redeeming factor at this bank. Jennifer B, who has helped me both times I've come by. Seriously, such a wonderful, helpful, & knowledgeable woman. Jennifer has always gone above & beyond expectations in helping me with whatever I've brought to her. Give this lady a raise for all her hard work!

This morning I went in around 9 o’clock and met with Ms. Janice Dasher, and she was so professional and patient. She took her time and explained how a wire transfer worked. She is an awesome person and outstanding member service specialist what a pleasure !!! God bless you Ms. Janice🙏

Been with PEFCU since 1989, and I have always been treated like family by the associates. Now, nearly nine years after my 25 year Publix career, this CU is still treating me like family!! Chanon was so helpful explaining to me about the different kind of loans publix credit union offer. I was able to open a checking and savings account really fast with her guidance.

I was upset because I didn’t get approved for a loan and I shared my concerns of how unhappy I was and Regina Wagner reached out to me and worked hard and got me approved!!! I have been a member of the Jacksonville Publix CU for 40 years and for many many years have been provided with legendary customer service from everyone there and in particular from Regina Warner who has always gone above and beyond to provide the service that only Publix believes in. Today was no exception when Regina put aside her lunch to make sure she served without hesitation. She emulates our Founder Mr. George. We are blessed to have her at the Publix Credit Union. Always smiling!
