To whom this may concern I would like to leave a quick review on the employee Heather is such an amazing clerk at Public service credit Union on Ford Road and Middlebelt she always gives me excellent service she is always on point and it’s never a hassle. If I have any questions if she doesn’t know the answer she always finds out for me, I want to make sure I let her a review because she truly deserves. Thank you again. Tavi

Went primarily because my dad needed Notary Public service. The teller was extremely friendly and helped him with the multiple pages that needed a Notary Public stamp and signature and with the purchase of a Certified Check. The only negative is that my dad was surprised to learn, via a call to the call center, that there are no incentives for senior members. Many other credit unions offer free mailed statements and other incentives to seniors.

Katie is very fast at her job. She gets everyone in and out with the quickness. While still being super kind and asking about your day. 10/10 teller

Went to PSCU to pay off a auto loan. Amber R. was very polite, thorough and helpful. Loan was paid off and I received my release of lien immediately. She also closed the account completely. Excellent service.

Public Service Credit Union is great. There is a Teller by the name of Amber who is always professional, attentive and just all around wonderful. If you’re looking for a Credit Union, I would definitely recommend PSC.

This place has gone down hill after Public Service bought the Service Centers. The tellers are not friendly at all! Never a smile, a Hi, how are you today? No, Thank you, have a nice day. Maybe ask the person at your window, if they would like their cash a certain way, I got way to many 5's and 10's, when i didn't want any at all. But more important, SMILE and say thank you. Be thankful people are still coming in to give you that job.

Amber is pleasant and very helpful. I use to go to the one in Taylor till it was closed. Now I go to the Garden City just for the service.
