I love working with Provo Abstract. I am a Home Builder so I have a lot of transactions. They are always on top of all the paperwork I need before closing and are great at communicating with me. One time they saved me from a property going into foreclosure for unpaid taxes on an old tax id number that was assigned to my property. Something that the other title company had failed to see and were responsible for paying those taxes. They provide first class service. When my wife was too ill to come to their office they came and closed at my home. Their fees are lower than any company I have ever worked with in the past. Mike and Linda are great.
