Came here to say Lisa Tufano has to be the best property manager ever. We have been renting the same condo for 1 yr & 3 months and within that time, our water heater broke completely in the heart of winter, and our AC needed serious repair in 110 degree heat. The issues were just unlucky, no hard feelings because it happens, but it could have been so much worse without Lisa’s immediate help! She made sure both major issues were resolved as quickly as possible. In fact our AC was repaired within 12 hours. We are blown away by her service. On top of all that, she responds to any message or question pretty much immediately and she is so very kind. She is wonderful and we are so lucky to have her help! Thank you Lisa!!

Called yesterday inquiring about a specific condo around 2:30p. Was told the agent had left for the day. I asked if I could speak to someone now as my urgency to get the condo was high. Was told they would send the message along and have someone contact me. Fast forward to this morning and it’s 11a, I had to call them. Was told the property had been rented out already. Obviously this was upsetting news. Now I saw the property listed under a different LLC company not prominent and wanted to get some insight, basically trying to figure out if the other company was fraudulent. The lady on the phone just continued to say “this is Prominent Realty Group LLC” as if I didn’t hear her say it earlier on the call. So I asked again “Does this company handle all units at that particular condo association?” And AGAIN she just repeated her company name. I asked if I could speak with someone who wanted to have a conversation and she said she was confused. OVERALL, the professionalism as mentioned countless times throughout the reviews are pretty accurate. NOT once did she offer me another place they had available or give me some options or even ask what I was looking for. It’s almost as if she’s just upset she had to be at work today. By the way she said she was the owner. COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED.

Prominent Realty has been handling many of my needs for a few years now. Very impressed with Lisa Tufano. Lisa came on board with Prominent at a perfect time and she has been a great communicator and understands not only Las Vegas property management but local HOA bylaws and administration polices. They are great with communication - anytime I had a question or concern, I have had immediate follow up and response. I have had nothing but good experience with Prominent Realty Group. My property manager Lisa Tufano has been nothing helpful with all my needs. Whenever anything broke or needed fixing she was on top of things right away. Lisa always responded in a timely manner even on Sundays.

Sent me a check for 4100$ with depositing instructions for some water thing... I did not engage in business with this company so I looked them up by the information on the check... I believe this company is fraudulent and question their ethics

The broker Deborah Tulli is UNPROFESSIONAL and IMMATURE addresses adults as if they are children. If you're a realtor stay away from this brokerage. They have soo many limitations for your business. She takes a long time to pay! She's unorganized and this company has zero culture. When I decided to leave her brokerage she sent me to division with incomplete forms knowingly. Also withdrew my listing after signing the transfer form and before I arrived GLVAR to retaliate against me leaving! Be wise USE an ethical and culture rich company.
