Celia was the absolute best. She is so bubly and friendly, I felt like I was talking to an old friend. I have never financed a car before so I was super nervous. Celia made the process so smooth and seamless. She took her time, explained everything, and answered all of my questions. She gave me great advice and rates on gap insurance a really good vehicle warranty. She is so kind and professional I highly recommend to see her for any banking needs you have. She will take great care of you! :)

HUGE thank you to Yesenia at this branch. I was stuck on deciding whether I should finance through America First or One Nevada and let me tell you it was a huge difference! She was very thorough on what was needed and how the process goes, what I could expect before applying, answered each question and responded promptly to any questions/concerns that I had. This is actually for 2 separate interactions with the same employee; Celia Lopez actually helped me open an account a few weeks ago, which went perfectly smooth. When I needed to access a large withdrawal just today from the same account, I ended up at her desk again, and without a hitch, with no problems whatsoever, she gave me the access I needed.
