    I just got an inheritance check and needed to open an account. Unfortunately, I don't have a lot of time so when I showed up, it was 20 minutes til closing so I wasn't able to open an account. Understandable. However, what was far less understandable and the reason for me taking my money elsewhere is how I was spoken to. When I arrived, the 3 employees were in the office, chatting. We all made eye contact over the time I was waiting for someone to help me, maybe 5 minutes, until I pulled up a chair to sit and wait. I thought 1 of the 3 people in that room was another customer so I was planning on waiting my turn. Upon sitting down, though, one of the employees (the one I had previously assumed was a customer) came out of the room and said, verbatim "is there something you want me to do for you?". I will be taking my very large check elsewhere, thank you.

    I would like to give a warm thank you to Miss Abigail and Miss Esther. Both of you provided such great customer service. I was nervous and ready with my list of questions in hopes that everything ran smoothly, and I can tell you, they exceeded my expectations. They even helped me with services I didn't even know were existent. I really appreciate you too and hope to see you both next time. For anyone who is debating whether or not to come here, I would say go for it. With every person I have spoken with (whether in person or over the phone) I have had a great time. They have all been so kind, understanding, informative, and helpful with every step of the process. This branch specifically has done wonders for me. That's why I drive about 40 minutes just for this location.

    Just had the most positive experience with Abigail at the Lake Mead location! I made an appointment to do a check deposit, which I have to do often because I used a shared branch out of state. It’s always such a process. Abigail was so incredibly friendly and wonderful, and she made me aware that you can use a debit card from your shared branch and use the drive thru instead! She could have kicked me out and had me try the drive thru, but she walked me through the process inside to make sure my debit card worked. I had previously been told I have to go inside every time I want to make a deposit. This is a HUGE game changer and thanks to Abigail, my life just got so much easier!!! Thanks so much!!!

    I have had several different issues with accessing my accounts ever since the update on the online banking system but Maria has been working with me faithfully and patiently for the last two weeks to get everything accessible like it was before the switch! She has been amazing and keeping me informed through telephone and email. This morning all of my issues have been resolved and I am so relieved!! Thank you Maria!!     I have recently completed an auto refinance and credit card through ITCU. I really want to commend their team for their assistance and excellent customer service. Abigail has been my main point of contact and she has been extremely helpful and made every step a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend ITCU and their staff for any financial needs.

    Hello Everyone. I’m one of those people who only like to write reviews when I have a really BAD experience, or when I have an AMAZING experience. I am very pleased that I experienced the latter with !nTouch Credit Union. First, I would like to point out that I went to Clark County Credit Union first and they were horrible. That’s another review I’m going to have to do, but I wanted mention that !nTouch wasn’t my first choice. Actually, I never heard of this company. But, I recently found out that it was the sister company of Hudson Valley Credit Union in New York, and I know they are amazing. So I made an appointment to se a specialist about opening an account. I’m telling you, it was the BEST DECISION EVER. I haven’t had such GREAT customer Service in such a long time. I’m a successful businessman and I always make it a point to praise employees whenever they go above and beyond their duties. I’m not sure if I should put her full name for privacy reasons, but Senior Personal Financial Assistant Abigail M. is the person you need to see if you want to be fully taken care of. Furthermore, while we were talking, I learned more about the company. This also seems like the place that I want to move our civil rights non-profit business accounts to. Everyone, listen to me! ASK FOR ABBY! (or Abigail, I really don’t know if she likes the nickname I just gave her).     I went to the W. Lake Mead branch to meet with Abigail and set up my car loan account and open a checking account. There are no words to express how unbelievably amazing my experience was with Abigail. She is so naturally sweet and very professional. Every step of the process was quick and seamless. With everything going on this year it’s really hard to come across great customer service. I’m so happy I opened an account here because if the service with this credit union is anything like what I experienced with Abigail, I’m sure I’ll be here for a very long time! I hope she doesn’t go unrecognized because great service like that is extremely hard to come by.

    We were members of Ensign Credit Union until it was acquired by InTouch. At first things were good, but then little by little the customer service declined. First they took out the drive through option. Then one day I walked into the lobby and instead of tellers there were machines to use to complete transactions. Then one day we needed a service they no longer provided so they suggested we go to a credit union down the road. We soon moved most of our accounts to that credit union. Then the other day I went to pull money out of the last account we have at InTouch. The doors were locked and an employee told me I needed to make an appointment for a two minute transaction. I now have an appointment to not only withdraw my funds but to close my last account and be done for good with InTouch.

    This was first experience with this Credit Union. Every step of the way, from the phone call, making my first payment, making an appointment, and getting my account set up. Then when I went into the branch, Alex, was very helpful and answered all my questions to put my new relationship with ITCU!!!! Abigail even came and welcomed me into the family. Thanks for having great people.

    Melissa helped me get my banking done with an out-of-the-box solution that otherwise would have meant my going back home and making an additional appointment to come back to the bank.
