I cannot say enough good things about this group. David Leon was our loan consultant and he went above and beyond to help me. I had a few things that was causing road blocks, but David would regroup, tell me to hang in there and let him work on it. And he did! He was just amazing! First of all, I am new to anything and everything probate. I have waiting on a payout for almost 2 years and I was ready to pull my hair out. I had put some feelers out for information regarding an early partial payout from our case and William Smith (Will) reached out to me. When I say this was EASY, I am not kidding. This company does every bit of footwork every step of the way, I didn't have to aquire any documents except identification. The fee is more than reasonable, and Will made himself available for any questions I had, no matter how small and no matter how simply he had to explain it. He didn't make me feel pressured into doing or signing anything, and I would recommend him and this company in a heartbeat!

Tim Sykes he is great. Every time I call him he is always super nice. He answers every question I have everytime. I never feel rushed. I feel sometimes I need to just call and check in with him he feels like family by now! He is 100% awesome!

Regardless if I end up getting this advance because of all the drama that has unfolded in my case, this company really tried to help me.
