Aditya has been my go to guy for months now. He is very helpful in walking you through troubleshooting. I've had to have a few machines replaced, but he is always very punctual on shipping them out. Once I tell him they're stuck and broken with pictures, he immediately gets me a new one within the week(usually just a day or two). We have used Paybotic for over 2 years now and I have no plans on switching. Thank you Paybotic, and thank you Aditya for everything you do!

I would rate -5 if I could. This company locks you into a 5yr auto renew contract, with a required 1yr notice to cancel. If you do cancel early you pay all the fees they would collect from your customers for 6 months or until the end of your contract. Don't lock yourself into this contract! There are so many options with integrated payment systems, same or lower fees and month to month contracts. Not reading the fine print really bit me good with this company.

These crooks auto lock you into a 5 year contract. Over 21000 dollar cancelation fee.

As a delivery person we utilize these devices to process debit transactions at the customer’s residence upon delivery. When connected to a proper source for signal they function consistently in most places. Some areas where signal is limited are a problem but can be overcome by connecting to a WiFi source.
