DO! NOT! WORK! WITH! THIS! COMPANY! Can't rate them any lower, they are extremely harsh, owner is a complete neurotic lunatic, and their payback interest rates are absurd! I cannot reiterate this any more, if I would rate 0, I would. Any positive would be from the kindness from some of the other departments, but overall my whole experience with lending from Mantis Funding has been nothing but a negative experience. They are far more interested in raising their numbers than actually helping businesses.

the worse company ever. Try to get a payoff or zero balance letter from them and see what happens. I lost a good business deal because of their stall tactics. DONT TAKE A DEAL FROM THESE PEOPLE THERES BETTER COMPANIES THAN THIS ONE. Try Ondeck, Rapid Financial, or Fora Financial just to name a few. Stay away from these people.

Do not put your business through a daily advancement. These type of advancements are not loans, they are advancements which will eventually hurt your business. You will find yourself constantly borrowing because it is set to keep you in debt. They always have to call you back to provide you with your balance and read your contract closely you will up paying way more than what you owe. I will never do business with these people ever again. The people that are reviewing this company who posted 5 star are people who work for them or are an affiliated broker.

Most unprofessional staff ever. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. Save your time don't even bother

Stay away from this company people are rude and are not for you they will not release statement of account when you ask they will become aggressive I just call today ask and disrespectful kick in STAY AWAY

Very unprofessional, especially the man that answers when you call. The only reason I call is to try and reach someone to help me with something because they never respond to the many emails I have sent them. The man who answers the phone (I wish I had his name but he never gives it out) is very rude and seems racist to spanish speakers. I had my assistant with me to help translate on the other line and he hung on us saying only I can speak. After I called again needing a representative who spoke spanish he was very rude and acted racist so my assistant translated for me and he was very rude to her as well and ended up saying a represantive who spoke spanish will call me back shortly and I didn't revieve a phone call back afterwards. I have tried to reach someone from Mantis to help me out but it's always that same person who answers and never transfers our call to someone who can actually help. Last time I do business with them!

This company owes us money, we sent a payment by mistake to them back in November 2021 and they supposes to send the money right back to us, however they are no longer responding emails or phone calls. I represent the company Summar Financial LLC. We do not know if they are fraudulent company or not so please be careful

Stay away from these MCA merchants they are not worth the RISK! you will find yourself with a MCA addiction! they will Collect and make your life HELL if you miss any payments. Mantis is very aggressive they will collect .

If I could give negative stars, I would give 10. The owner is a literal psychopath who does not know how to treat people (especially employees) and needs a lot of therapy. I wouldn’t trust him to do anything for my business.
