LOL spot the fake five star reviews in this thread. These worthless cretins bought my loan in 2011. Have taken over one hundred thousand dollars from me since then and now return my checks and claim not to know who I am. I am having to pay a title company to find out if the property title is clear or if Ocwen sold it to someone else and neglected to tell me. Avoid at all costs.

Too bad there is not an option to give Ocwen a negative star!!!! I called them 4 X to get copies of statements they never sent me. It has been a year now and I never got them. I sold my house on 11/17/15; I called them on 11/11/15 and told them not to pay the home owners insurance. Of course they did and now I have to chase down the money. I feel sorry for the employees because they have to handle irate customer calls all the time. I am so glad my house sold because I don't have to deal with them anymore. THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can never speak with anyone. They are no help at all. The most unprofessional, rude, company I have ever dealt with. If I could give 0 stars I would. Can't say enough how unpleasant it is to contact them, and that is when you can reach someone.

I will put lower this is the most sorryest mortgage company that I ever seen as sure is funny how they could take your money and when they could take your insurance money and get you have to wait for days and weeks until they can release the money for the contractor to do their work but one thing you pay for your own insurance they don't but they sure can hold on to it I ask to speak to a manager supervisor assistant manager there the most sorriest company there is can't wait until your houses are gone and you'll have no home to go to. Our success is grounded in a shared set of values, which guide our behavior and define the way we do business. People in Palm Beach office do not seem to understand your Mission statement or Values. We have been trying for months to find a person to file a satisfaction of mortgage so I can close on a house (contract signed in September). No one is willing to take responsibility. "We are working on it" is the message given. There is no incentive for anyone to do ther job. I need a contact with authority to help me through this frustrating situation. The title company calls every day for a status report....no results. Is this the way you do business? I have followed the lawsuits from the Florida Attorney General and feel it might be necessary to contact her office about this. It is inconceivable that no one would respond to this email - which is going to you all and other officers in the company. Who is in control here?

This company hides behind a bunch of Philippine and Mexican call centers who's operators seemingly cannot or will not assist with anything and have a hard time if you get them 'off script'. They refuse to connect you to a US center even though one supposedly exists in Iowa. That is probably as bogus as the way they apply payments or offer to set up accounts. There really should be a Federal investigation into the handling of our sensitive financial information and the inability to get answers or assistance from the "customer service" lines in this operation. The board of directors obviously is happy with things and management is probably well paid, but the whole lot should be scrutinized for failing to act responsibly toward customers. Horrible service and a shame on the industry.

Should be 0 stars. If you ever run into a problem where you can't pay your loan for a short period of time expect them to attack you and call even your place of employment. When asking for a loan modification due to 2 backed up payments that continually lose documents and seem to just love to delay the process. Not to mention customer support isn't even in America. How is this company still around?!

Extremely difficult to deal with. I work with a contractor and to get insurance checks endorsed by this company is exasperating. They require the home owner's written authorization for EVERYTHING even when you have a signed Assignment of Claim that authorizes your company to work on the homeowners behalf. Even releasing general information. Because the call center is outsourced outside of the US if you don't phrase questions in a way that matches their scripts they get confused easily. Their call times are typically relatively low and it's reasonably simple to get in contact with the company however they basically refuse to speak with anyone but the home owner. If you're thinking about using this mortgage company just know you're going to have to be very involved in any home repairs or contractor work.

My husband worked for this company. He came from environment that promotes team work and assisting clients, his former employer relocated to another state. Ocwen does not work efficiently from the inside out. When employees attempt to solve the issues they are met with termination. They are currently being sued by regulators in several states. The are restructuring under Homeward, BEWARE!!!
