My wife and I have done 3 mortgages with Louis. When we first bought our house he helped us obtain a mortgage, which we thought we couldn't qualify. He did it! Several years later I gave him a call because I qualified for a VA loan. He got us the VA loan for the same house and pretty much cut the interest rate almost by half. We eliminated the PMI and took out equity since we wanted to do a major renovations to the house. Six months after closing the VA loan, he called me to tell me that we qualify for a much lower interest rate using a VA program that I qualified for. It was a no brainer. Prime Time Mortgage also helped my family members qualify for mortgages. My mom could not believe how much she was saving after Louis helped her refinance her house. It was several hundreds of dollars she was saving of payment on a monthly basis. She was able to refinance and bring her loan balance down quicker by doing this. Overall I have known him more than 10 years. He is very supportive and caring throughout the process regardless of who you are.
