I cannot say enough about this most positive experience. We were coming off of a horrible situation with another company. From the minute I walked in the door Tracey (actually all of the girls!) treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. It was painless too and very affordable compared to what we were paying. We were only looking for car insurance but ended up switching our home owners too. The car inspections were done by Tracey right on site which made it so easy. This agency is a gem! I am sending this notation on behalf of Miss Tracy Harris very beautiful, intelligent, well spoken, very beautiful personality, took time to answer all questions that I had ,I just feel that her professionalism was so great that she should receive two days off with pay or dinner for two as well as a candidate to become a supervisor she made my day and a couple days last week when I reached out Dad & I. Appreciate Miss Harris so much that we both agreed that if everyone that we speak to take care any type of business and the personality and professionalism that she has we will have much more merchants on our plate each month . I been with the company for years. At the end of last year I called to add a car, the representative who helped us, changed our medical coverage PIP without even explaining what it entail, and they didn’t even asked for our permission to change my medical coverage and put my health insurance first. Also It’s been almost a month since I sent an email and called asking to request to cancel. I now get two separate bills. I was promised a call back and it’s been over a week and nobody has called me back. If the owner reads this , I would appreciate it if your staff could try to be helpful. I left your company for their lack of service and professionalism. Rosalyn and another girl have been rude to me. Please make sure you honor my cancellation as requested on my email.
