    May 2020 - my 2017 lease was up - and after having always had such a pleasant and professional relationship with the service dept, I knew THIS was the dealership I wanted to lease my new car from. I looked up the model, color, and trim I wanted and found it at 2 other dealerships within 50 miles. I went to Springfield and was honest - “this is the car I want and this is who has it in stock … but I want to buy it from YOU, if you can make that happen” They did. I went home so they could do the backend stuff and a few hours later the salesman had my car in his possession. I returned to the dealership and within an hour was on my way home in my new car 🥰 January, 2022 while getting an oil change, I decided (on the spot) to buy out my lease. The process was quick and painless … and was done by the time my oil change was complete. There were a few minor hiccups - but none worth noting in a review since they were “me” specific and may not apply to other customers, plus they were resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. The service department here is the REAL reason why I chose to buy a car from this dealership, in particular. You deal with sales/finance ONCE … but you will see the service dept every few months for regular maintenance (at least while under warranty) so having a pleasant and competent service dept/advisors/technicians make ALL the difference. - Raquel

    I have such bad experience in this dealer I got involved by the seller i got a lease a car which one I want for 36 months and they put me for 48 months soon I realize I signed and I change my mind they said can not break the contract with the bank they obligated me to have the car and i end up paying a lot for this car Nissan Rogue sport! Be careful when you go sign make sure you read it right!! Because ones they make u sign there is no back! I very frustrated I feel kind like they did take advantage as a woman and not experienced in this, I am very sad and crying all night for such mistake!!!

    Updated review for service department. Sorry. Have to change this to a 1 star now. . They added an undisclosed shop charge of $40 to my bill. Service staff said it was outside her control. I asked why it was not reviewed with me when I asked about the pricing and charges they said every customer is charged. That does not remove your responsibility to review and disclose to a customer. …….seems like buyer beware here . As a serviced provider you have a responsibility to fully explain charges to a customer. I gave this dealer a 2nd chance and it was another unpleasant experience. ……………. Would not honor the True Car price but I decided to stay and negotiate anyway, We agreed on a payment of 395 per month for 72 months and the payment turned out to be $395.99. I pointed out the discrepancy to the finance guy and he shrugged his shoulders. I signed anyway so silly me. ** edited the review after Dave from the office called. Thank you Dave! I appreciate the follow up. I upgraded the review to 3 stars because of how Dave handled his follow up. Very professional and courteous. My experience was from 2019 so is not a reflection on the current staff. I should have posted this in 2019.

    Had a wonderful, pleasant experience purchasing a car from here! From the moment I walked into the showroom I was treated with respect and friendliness. My Sales Rep Bryan Mulligan was beyond great! His knowledge, professionalism and patience is commendable. He made car buying easy!     I was informed by the service writer that the front hub assembly needed replacement, I explained to him that was exactly what I had fixed the last time I was there. He looked it up & confirmed I was correct and said "Oh!" I asked him if they used new parts, it should last longer than that. He just dismissed it by saying it happens, we will look into it. Wrong response! He didn't ask me to bring it back so a tech could check it out, offer free replacement, not even offer a discount to replace it. That's the definition of very poor customer service.

Unfortunately, Nissan's manufacturer warranty for defects is 12 months or 12,000 miles.     I simply hate car shopping. But the experience I had here was amazing. Professional efficient friendly staff. I highly recommend our sales associate Bryan Mulligan. He took time to explain all the details of our new Rogue. I love it!!!

    They don’t even deserve one star. Carmine or Cameron whatever his name was, was extremely rude and disgusting attitude. We wanted to see if we could do something with our lease and off the bat he was rude and had a horrible attitude. Clearly explains why they got no customers.

    Contacted several other dealerships, and just kept getting transferred Dept to Dept. I was very frustrated because I was simply looking for a part for an older vehicle and it seemed like no one wanted to assist me. I finally called this dealership and spoke to a gentleman named Joe, who was extremely helpful! He answered all of my questions, knew exactly what I was looking for, and even went and made sure the dealership had the actual part before I took the 45 min drive! The part was at the service counter when I arrived, waiting for me....what excellent customer service.

    They are nice up to the point that you agree to buy the car and accept the price. After that it's very high pressure to close fast. Their strategy is to over quote a lot after very effective and slick sales pitch and then reel you in really fast. As a result, I am paying much higher than I should be on the lease. Yes, I got gypped. Please protect yourself by verifying any lease price they quote directly on nissan finance. I signed a lease whose with a monthly payment 35% higher than what Nissan Finance is offering directly on their website for the same car. This was the first time I leased a car - live and learn.

    I would have left zero stars if it was possible. I have been a loyal customer for around 15 years, leasing multiple vehicles from Springfield Nissan. This last visit I attempted to negotiate a deal for the Nissan national lease price on a vehicle. I understand if a deal cannot be made, its the nature of the business, but it was more than that at this last visit. Salesman and Sales Manager would not explain why they couldn't match the deal, only to say they don't have to. The entire time the General Manager is standing watching instead of stepping in, to maybe explain what the other two couldn't. Then when I asked the General Manager for his card, he rudely just said no, I never had that happen at a dealership before. I felt like they didn't care for my business. It was a horrible experience and I also contacted Nissan USA to complain about the dealership

    I purchased my Rogue Sport from another dealership and lets just say the service I received there was horrendous. Nissan World is just a few miles from my office so I crossed my fingers. From the moment I walked in Evelyn greeted me warmly and listened to my concerns. She pulled up my records and started the ball rolling to have it diagnosed. I thought there was something wrong with my brakes, but the diagnosis was actually not my brakes, but a substantial over inflation of my tires from my previous dealership. John took me for a test drive to be sure I was satisfied afterwards AND both he and Evelyn found a problem with the front crash sensor… something the other dealership told me was normal. All taken care of… including wash. Long story short… I found my service home.. and I found my service advisor in Evelyn. I haven’t felt that level of comfort and confidence in a service department since I bought my Nissan. Please don’t change a thing.

    Went in for an oil change and they were all really nice but when my dad opened my hood (less than a week after) the windshield washer fluid was completely empty and the antifreeze was also almost empty. They didn’t fill any of them or let me know that I should. Will not go back there for servicing.

    I went into Nissa of Springfield and Amer Mohamed helped me. I originally went in for service on my lease but I was present with a great offer for an upgrade. Amer and Chris the finance manager were very patient and really worked with me to keep my payments at a good place. I want to thank them for working with me in making the decision.     This place has one of the worst Service Departments. I scheduled a service way ahead of time because a part had to be ordered. Two hours after dropping off the car I got a call that the part was never delivered. I had to plead with the representative to get the part from another dealership nearby as I can't take any more time off to service the car. The worst part is that when I showed up to pick up the car 45 minutes before the closing, no one was present in the Service Department. It was a Saturday and everyone left one hour early. One of the Sales Managers thankfully helped me out but I literally had to walk around the whole place asking for help. This was an awful experience and one that will definitely turn me away from dealing with Nissan again. There are so many other dealerships that actually value their customers. This one, unfortunately, is not one of them.

    I recently purchased a "certified" vehicle from this dealership however within 2 weeks of purchase, we had to get a complete brake job - so much for it being "certified" - its a rip off. When they say a vehicle is "certified", it is not. Don't believe the hype!

    Diagnosis of my passenger air bag error message was never done, the tech just suggested replacing several thousand dollars worth of seat belt retractor and seat cushion to see if that would fix the problem. When I drove away after refusing any repairs, the error light was no longer on and the vehicle has not indicated any further problems

    From the time I pulled in the gentleman asked me what I was their for. I told him I made an appointment to have my oil changed and that the lady on the phone told me I was due for my 35,000 mile check up. I also showed him that I was missing a screw in the front. They took care of everything for me and he told me next time I would need an ailment. I always get my oil change with them, and last time I was rushing and went to Jiffy. I was so disappointed with them that I went running back to Nissan. I would tell everyone to stay with this dealership. They are the best in customer service

    From the moment I walked in I felt a connection with salesman Amir. He was friendly while being detailed in his presentation. Rather than haggling we conversed, each of us respecting the other’s perspective. When an agreement was reached I felt that I had experienced an honest negotiation.     I brought my 2003 Maxima in for an airbag recall. The service was great. The only problem was the notice we received stated that a 'loner car' would be available. That proved not to be the case, so it required my taking time off work to have the recall work done.

    I recently bought a car and my experience was great. Kelly was really helpful and got me the information I needed. When I arrived she introduced me to John who was beyond nice and showed me all the tech features on the Rogue. I plan on buying here again and recommending to family and friends as well.     I had the best buying experience at Nissan World. My salesman, Bryan was incredible and found the best vehicle that checked all my boxes while still staying in my desired budget.     Louis is very friendly, professional, and communicative about the status of your vehicle. The two times I have used NWOS, it has been a pleasure to deal with him. Both times my truck has been in, the issues were covered under warranty. The work was performed quickly and the outcome was positive. My truck has had the same issue twice. The second time, greater measures were taken to find and correct the underlying issue (which ended up being associated with a new recall). I was happy to see that the shop was proactive in digging deeper the second time to find the issue without me having to push them to do so. Some service departments require customer inducement to get to the root of the problem. Not Nissan World of Springfield. They get the job done without you having to ask. Much appreciated.

    2015 Nissan Altima, was told that it will cost me $136 to replace 1 front headlight bulb and that my washer fluid is leaking and needs replacement which another mechanic checked and found nothing wrong!!! I’m not kidding $136 for a light bulb that costs $18. IF THATS NOT A RIP-OFF THEN I DONT KNOE WHST IS. Local mechanic did it for $30. STAY AWAY FROM THEM IF YOU NEED ANY WORK DONE ON YOUR CAR. ONE BIG SCAM AND RIP-OFF!!!!

    I’ve been hesitant on entering establishments since the pandemic began. At my arrival I was greeted safely by staff. Everyone was friendly and wearing proper PPE! It was comforting to see all precautions being taken seriously. I was scheduled for an 8:30am servicing but arrived around 8:05-8:10am. My wait wasn’t long at all! Maybe an hour tops! Everyone was friendly, considerate, socially distancing, and efficient! Thank you all for a job well done!

    Brought my car in for an issue that was similar to one that I was having a few months ago which was also repaired at this dealership. They identified the issue and offered to repair it at no additional cost because it was such a similar issue to the previous one. Repairs were completed quickly and my car has been good ever since.

    I have nothing but great things to say about this Nissan location. Amer has been helping my grandfather for years now with his leases. Amer sat with us and explained every part of the vehicle and its features. He even helped put on my grandfather's new license plates. He respected and honored the social distancing guidelines and was patient throughout the entire meeting. If you need to buy a car, I recommend buying from Nissan for their amazing deals and buy it from Amer. My grandfather considers him a friend now and has referred all family and friends to him. My mother and I plan on leasing with Nissan with Amer. Highly recommended and I encourage everyone to do the same. Thank you Amer!!

    I drive over 30 minutes to come to this dealer instead of the one 5 minutes from my house but the dealer completely ripped me off and over charged me. I looked up online for Nissan controllers + labor and the dealer charged me 4x that amount. I said something and then they gave me a discount but it was still too much money and then wanted to add $1,000 more in service. I refused to have unnecessary work which I was advised the vehicle didn’t need it. This dealer is in the business to make money off people at whatever cost!

    I leased my car in August 2020. They never called me to give me the new registration. I called several times, nobody was able to help me. I went in person in March 2021. In June 2021 I went in person again, and they finally gave me my registration after they saw me upset. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT. In addition, they were not enough humble to sincerely apologize for all the inconveniences I went through during almost a year because of their irresponsibility. LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM, commitment with the client and RESPECT.

    This place is awesome. My mother and I came here just to get an idea of what I could afford as a first car owner. Ended up leaving with a fabulous car with manageable payments all thanks to Amer. He was super attentive right when we hit the door and great with giving us all the details. Being new to all of this, it was great having someone who was willing to take their time to tell us all the options we had available and the various differences to determine would be best for me and not just a good sale. Paul in the finance dept. is also a great asset to this location,, making sure to explain what the agreements are in your contract and making any purchase you intend as affordable as possible. I would definitely recommend this location! These guys even arranged for me to take a couple of celebratory pics with my car in a big red bow. More than satisfied! Recently did an upgrade to a 2020 Sentra this October with Amer and Paul and I am more than satisfied! Thank you guys so much once again!!

    Just purchased a brand new car at Springfield of Nissan and my experience was nothing but the best. The salesman Herbie was so helpful throughout the whole process making sure everything went smooth from beginning to end. Also the financial advisor Paul was also a great help to make sure everything fit my budget. Everyone there was so helpful and provided excellent customer service experience.     Good experience. Took my wife's car in to have it serviced and have some repairs done. The staff was great. They automatically checked to see if the repairs needed were under warranty and they were. They also gave me a loaner car at no charge because the repairs were going to take a day. My only complaint is that they don't have a baby change in the men's room. Other than that I certainly recommend them!

    I would recommend this place just to that one boss I had at my previous job who was, in the opinion of anyone and everyone who talked to him a "what a douche". We went into this place looking for a CPO(certified Pre-Owned) vehicle they had listed on their website. I did call and confirm if they had it available and they said yes it was available. I get to the showroom 30 mins later and find out that the car is not available, I should have taken the clue and left at this very point. I ended up telling the sales woman the car we were looking for and our budget and she makes us seat at a table goes looking for a the car that would meet our requirements. She comes back once with some car and we don't like it, so she goes back and gets the best deal that she could get which was a 2018 Rogue S with like 5 K miles on it for 17995 something. This was a too good to believe deal and I try to get the exact number but she keeps pushing for us to give us a card to show it to her manager so that he would give her the final number. I give her my card and she comes back with $5000 more in fees on top of the 17,995 of base price. The fees were as absurd as a loyalty fee of 1500 and a certification fee of 1895 and documentation fees and some other scam fee which I don't remember the name of. All in all this was the worst dealership I have ever been to. I am glad that we did not let them run a credit check for loan unless we got the final number which was absurd. The place is a total scam, they are just in to get your money and some how charge you insane amount of fees to make up for the low price on the cars. May be it was just this one sales person who was too desperate to meet her numbers at the month end which is why we had such a bad experience but still the management needs to do a lot better with the dealership experience.

    Last time I felt extremely disappointed by the service and how pushing the dealer agent was by asking me to purchase everything. This time, it was a different story. The sales person treated me with respect, patience and had a great capability to listen to all my concerns, she is definitely a rising star, and if I go back to Nissan is due to her charisma and the quality of the vehicles. I did not like when I was told that I had to pay a difference on taxes, which once again was something I was not told before signing the paper work. However, since I love my new Nissan, I let this go for now. I want to let customers know that Nissan takes really serious the maintenance of their vehicles and they have the best team working at Parts and Services. This department is phenomenal. They always provide a 5 🌟 service to my vehicle.

    After having dealt with many car dealerships and sales reps in the past, I will say that Jessica made this experience a pleasure. After speaking with her explaining what I was looking for she called me back within a couple of days informing me that she had two vehicles that would fit my needs. My wife and drove there and we test drove the vehicles and the whole process was painless even with the current market surcharges due to the current environment.     I was contacted by this dealership after completing the inquiry on the advertisement through social media, for 2022 Nissan Pathfinder available at this location. I spoke to a customer service manager Jamie, who encouraged I set appointment to come in and speak to sales manager Dave or Louis & test drive this vehicle, and so I did. I left work early on Monday to make it to the appointment by 5:15. Upon arrival, I was advised with "sorry but the vehicle I was interested sold" I understand completely that due to high demands and shortage of inventory, a dealership is not at luxury to hold onto the auto for me. But they had plenty of time to advise me that car I was coming to test drive is no longer available. This way I would not waste my time and leave early from work. The floor manager just said sorry and brushed me off, with no attempts to justify or offer another solution. As per my conversation with Jamie I was advised this dealership would help me locate an auto if need be. When I asked the floor manager, he said "sorry but this is not correct" I expressed this is unprofessional and sorry is useless. I guess with the high demands of autos, they can afford to lose or turn away potential customers. The next day I was contacted via text by the customer service manager Jamie, who I spoke to and scheduled the appointment with. He was asking how did my visit go with Dave or Louis. I asked him to call me, this way I can express the disappointment of my experience. But no one ever called me.

    When I was dropping off my 2012 Sentra for service, I told Evelyn I thought it might be time to look at new cars. She brought me into the showroom and I met Bryan Mulligan. What a great young man! I knew I wanted another Sentra, and He answered all my questions about the new 2022 Sentra, and made it very easy to set up the way I would pay for the new car. Half down in cash, Half on a 36 month 0% NMAC loan. I wasn’t able to stay for long, so I came back at 6pm for delivery, he got into the car with me and showed me all the amazing technology that the car has. Wow! What a difference from the 2012 model!

    At the end of June, my husband and I went in to the dealership to view one of the Rogues that they had on the lot. We walked in and were immediately helped by Bryan. He got the keys, pulled the car around, and we were able to test drive the vehicle with no problem. We got back to the dealership and let Bryan and Dave know that there were other cars at other dealerships that we wanted to see. They did not play the usual mind games that other dealerships play when trying to keep you on the lot. They told us to give them a call if we changed our minds and then when we returned later, they warmly welcomed us back. The quality of service that we experienced here was fantastic, and that was what brought us back to Nissan World of Springfield. We purchased the Rogue that we previously test drove, and have been happily driving it for over a month now with no problems. I highly recommend buying your vehicle at Nissan World of Springfield. Bryan and Dave were incredibly flexible, understanding, and accommodating throughout the entire process. There was no stress involved with this car buying process whatsoever. We'll definitely be back in a few more years to buy our next car!

    Shopping for a new car alone as a woman is an intimidating experience, and my salesperson, Emma Gomez, took the time to help me feel at ease. Emma made me feel comfortable from the get-go and did not pressure me to make a decision, but instead listened to my needs and worked with my very limited budget. She gave me a lot of options for how I could get a new vehicle--buy, lease, or lease to own--and she was willing to take the time to explain each one and let me do the math and make the decision that was best for me. She also took the time to give me a tour of the whole dealership, which made me feel more comfortable and like I could return there for service if I need to do so in the future. Finally, she sat with me in my new Rogue Sport and explained how to use all of the safety features and Apple Carplay. Her manager, Dave, was also very helpful and receptive to my concerns. He explained all of the financing paperwork and optional extra insurance options without pushing them on me. Overall, my experience with Nissan World of Springfield was a very positive one and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle, but especially a woman car-shopping alone.

    Very disappointing experience. I came in to have my rearview mirror reattached to the windshield.I was told a new rearview mirror needs to be installed and it would take about one hour and a half... Fine. After about an hour an a half of waiting there with a small child in my care, the service person tells me they couldn't help me today because they need to order a special part... She wasn't even apologetic about wasting my time until I pointed out that this is something I could have been told shortly upon arrival, not almost two hours later. Even then, no one really seemed to care that I just wasted my time waiting for nothing.

    At first I was skeptical because of the amount of negative reviews, but I gave Nissan World of Springfield a shot since it was closer to home. I just turned in my old lease for a 2020 and unexpectedly, had a great experience! Amer Mohamed was very thorough and he didn’t waste my time, unlike many other brand specialists have in the past. I test drove the vehicle on my own, due to COVID restrictions of course. Although I was not very confident that I would drive away with a new car today due to past experiences, I was pleasantly surprised with Amer and his customer sales and service skills. This dealer also has a decent sized showroom, and a big lot. I also let Amer know that I had to finish by a certain time, and he had me out with time to spare. I will absolutely return to this dealer when my new lease is up. Thanks Amer...all business aside, you were very kind. Thank you for being safe and maintaining social distancing! :)

    Went in for an oil change and transmission drain and fill. Oil price was good but $299 for transmission drain and fill that's overboard. Service advisor recommended throttle and something else cleaning all they did was add two different bottles in the gas tank and connected another one to a hose and car ran for a while. Walked out paying over $800.00. During the diagnostic they found a faulty front sensor and to replace and calibrate they wanted to charge me over $1600 meanwhile the vehicle is a certified pre-owned with extended warranty to 100k miles and at the time vehicle had 60.8k miles. Service advisor said that's not covered meanwhile I paid $2000.00 for bumper to bumper protection. Wow between salesman or Service rep one of them are BS'ing. I see no customer satisfaction.....

    Went in to turn in my 2018 Rogue lease and what I thought would be a smooth transition was far from. Found out they were not honest with and had no problem taking the deposit. I should have stayed with Edison Nissan! Called Nissan Corporate!!! Very disappointed in their dishonesty. So..I had my first service appointment April 2021 and Everlyn in service was VERY accommodating. I have no problem changing my "stars" It was very quick and her personality is refreshing.

    With two leases coming due at the same time, I was not looking forward to dealing with everything given COVID and having to do the dance – twice! But was pleasantly surprised with the Springfield location. The family was in toe for round one, kids too, and they made it painless. Amer was great at helping us through the entire process and I’ve never had finance go so quickly. Helped that we were happy with the deal we got, so Amer picked up where we left off for the second car. I’ve got three years until next time, but I know where I’ll be going.

    On Monday, March 8th I went to Nissan of Springfield, NJ. My lease for my 2018 Nissan Altima SR Midnight Edition was due. I talked with salesman (Ahmar) and we talked about staying near the same price with the new Altima. I told him I liked the remote start and dark interior and exterior, and I did not need the leather seats. Ahmar showed me a Nissan Altima SV with AWD. I liked it, but realized it was not as pleasing to the eye as my 2018 and seemed to be missing somethings. Ahmar told me that this was a better car because of the AWD and it had the same features except heated seats (which I asked about). I regrettably signed the paperwork knowing it didn't feel right. When I got home that night, I knew I wasn't happy. I called and left Ahmar a message the next morning (3/9) of my concerns: Paying more Longer lease term Less mileage Less features 1800.00 down And I was not getting anything more. When I got to the dealership that day (3/9), he said he didn't get my message. I began to tell him and Paul that I was not satisfied and felt like I was taken advantage of and wanted to see what a car equivalent to my 2018 Nissan Altima would cost or get something cheaper or give me my money back and I would leave. Paul and Ahmar rudely while interrupting my long speech why I felt like I didn't get a good deal and pretty much said there is nothing they could do. Paul told me to call Nissan Financing and maybe they could do something, called them and they said they did not know why the dealership would say that. I then spoke to Nick (GM) who more pleasantly told me his hands were tied and I should have said something before I signed the deal. I told him that I felt pressured and was assured the car was better. And I realized how disappointed I was with the car when I got home and compared the 2 cars. They only thing that I see that was "better" was the AWD. Which I told them I did not need, but it did seem like it made for a better driving car. The 2021 car is much smaller, less features, higher monthly payment, less mileage allowed, and longer lease agreement. I feel that Ahmar did not clearly state the differences with the 2 cars, did not give me option of another car, continued to use terminology that I didn't understand and said I didn't understand, I had to keep repeating what he was saying then using wording that I thought were true so I could somewhat know what he was talking about, he also at one point told me that the payment would only be $1.50 more a day (depending on lease term) and wouldn't make that much of a difference. Which is over $30 a month and a huge difference especially during these times and who is he to tell me what "only" $1.50 a day is to me? Anyways, I have been a Nissan customer for over 7-8 years and I am very disappointed in the level of empathy, professionalism, and honesty that came from the dealership. I am now stuck with a car that I am not pleased with for 4 years and cannot wait until this lease is over so I can go somewhere else. I really do love Nissan, but this left a bad and sad taste in my mouth. This is now a hard lesson for me that I should have went with my instincts and said no, I don't like this. Sincerely a DISSATISFIED customer

    The salesperson and manager were consistently elusive in providing straight answers and continued to play games throughout the process. They advertised a used vehicle online for $12k, but they never had any intention of selling it for $12k. They tried every angle they could to drive the price up on me, including saying the advertised price was only for past customers, the price was much higher for a cash deal, and charging ridiculously inflated fees. I would have paid $13.5k for the vehicle if they had been honest from the beginning, but when they start off saying they’re willing to sell it for $12k, I refuse to pay the $14k they we’re trying to negotiate to. I realize this is all part of the car buying game, but I’m just not willing to do business with people who aren’t straight and honest with me. I strongly recommend not wasting your time talking to these people.

    Salesperson M Martin disrespectful. I asked for dealer invoice M Martin prints and then leaves office reappears with what is did not request. I asked again M Martin leaves again then reappears with what I requested informing there are no deals. A returning customer for the third time to do business. I will NOT ever purchase from this dealership ever again. I felt disrespected.

    I leased my car here last year. The buying experience was very good with a quick, to-the-point, clear conversation. However, some of my experiences with service have been frustrating. The estimated time for service is never accurate (you’re told 45 min and it takes 1.5 h). One of the first times I brought my car to be serviced, they actually forgot about it and didn’t start working on it until I asked why it was taking so long (after a full hour waiting). I also find it funny how they give you a book with coupons for service for things that you will probably never do/need with a brand new car. My last experience was the most frustrating, and I will probably never go back. Recently, I received two recall letters. I decided to get the recalls done at the same time I was getting an oil change to save time. I called ahead of time and asked if o could get a courtesy car. The service agent on the phone said that “yes, that’s not a problem at all. I’ll get you a courtesy car when you get here.” I planned my day assuming I’d get a courtesy car in the morning, on my way to work. To my surprise, when I arrived, I was told that “Nissan doesn’t offer loaners for services under 2 hours.” Great to hear that when you’ve been trying to do the recalls for over a month and you need to go to work. They shuttled me to work, but I had to change my entire schedule to be picked up because they would not have anyone to pick me up after 4 PM. Nissan should offer courtesy cars for recall service regardless of the length of time it takes for completion. Recalls are not the customer’s fault, nor are they pre-planned service. But the main problem here is to make a promise to the customer and not fulfill it. Very disappointing and frustrating.

    Had a 2pm appt. for an oil change and when I arrived, I asked how long, and was told at Least 2 1/2 hrs. which was unacceptable. So, I had to reschedule for another day. I shouldn't have to wait that long, for an APPT. I didn't just drive in and expect to be taken next. So, I had to make 2 trips instead of one. I'll think twice before I make another appt. Yes, the work was completed correctly, but not until my second visit.

    Great experience overall John Flores was amazing and worked to get me to the payments i was looking for. Only reason for leaving 4 stars is that most dealers will fill the car up after purchase. I drove and hour and a half there to pick the vehicle up and the same distance back. Otherwise A+ will recommend.

    Horrible sales and customer experience. Purchased the car in 2017. Sales representative was hard to reach. Very unprofessional. If you lease a car from them, make sure they give you the power of attorney letter and the registration card because these idiot sales representative seems to forget to give you these documents. 03/31/2019- Please Don’t even try to interrupt the service members silly conversation when you go to pick up your car after it’s been serviced. Tried to give these idiots a chance after they failed to give me my registration card. But hey, I’m a glutton for punishment. Those azzholes like to disrespect paying customers behind their back. Thankfully, there are other Nissan dealerships in New Jersey I can utilize for future sales and service. I would recommend going to another dealer. These people are absolutely horrible.

    I made my first purchase of a 2019 Nissan Rouge that I’m in love with thanks a million to amazing Milton the sales guy that helped me make this choice. Milton was so professional, pleasant and just phenomenal at making me feel secure with my purchase. He explained all details from inside to out and made me and husband feel so comfortable during the whole process!!     Nissan World of Springfield far surpassed any expectations I'd have of a dealership! I've been looking for a 2018 Nissan Leaf for weeks. After 10 dealership experiences of lies and trying to sell me a car I didn't want, I about had it. I passed NWoS by accident today and decided at the last minute to pull in. So glad I did. I bought the exact car I'd been looking for. Jaime is a great salesman. Perfect personality for the job. Knows his stuff, not pushy, listens well, and moves things along at a comfortable pace. Just a nice man, in general. Then, I got to meet Paul and Louis for the financial part, and the greatness just multiplied. I had a lot of questions, and all were answered and explained well. Great experience all around. Highly recommend this dealership!
