Wish i would have read the reviews before i put a down payment on a vehicle there. 3500 down then you go in this room to listen at a recording of the contract then taken back to another room to sign your initials on the contract(happens so fast)now im being told i owe 200 dollars a week for 3 weeks then my monthly payment. When I call i can never get a "supervisor" its always the same guy saying there is nothing he can do for me. Even when i insist on talking to his supervisor he tells me "oh she will contact you at her earliest convenience. They are a scam and i believe he is the only one there.

2 stars for Mr. ED cause he always has been patient with me....but the company itself is terrible . They give no explanations, they just do what they want to do ... I'm not even going to get into what I've been through with them as a company .. one thing I do want to say though ... If ya pay ya bills on time , you won't have TOO MANY issues with them.

Horrible horrible horrible... Loved my car but these wretched people are SCAMMERS. My husband and I might both lose our jobs behind this horrendous company. Definitely will be getting a lawyer involved as well as consumer affairs, BBB, news, or anyone else that can SHUT THESE PEOPLE DOWN!! They are getting good natured HARDWORKING people out of their hard earned cash with antics. IT IS DISGUSTING AT THE LEAST..MORALLY OUTRAGEOUS... ATROCIOUSLY INSUFFERABLE...

Stole my money, sent in a payment of $400, they still sent a repo and said there is nothing that can be done. Emailed them a photo of filled out money order a week before this. There is only one employee, not one manager. It is truly a scam.. disabled vet.. wow

I've never missed a payment but yet I'm in default I hate this company no one to ever talk to to try and figure it out I contacted a attorney cause u don't get no where with these people I've had my car for 17 months I'm so tired of dealing with them I just want them to post the money I pay to my account.

They made the payments every 2 weeks so if you miss two payments they repo your car . I bought a car through them in may and they repo my car 3 times and 1 of the times was because I didn't send them a picture of the payment that I made on time and made me pay 1900 been trying to talk to a manager and theres nobody to talk to and they say that don't have an office that I can visit to resolve this matter and I paid 1036 se second time . The first time ir was their mistake and I just had a sorry and plus everytime they took my car they broke something in my car and nothing happens because they don't know if the car was like that or not they stole property in my car and no answer to my email. I think this is fraud what you think???

Motor Mall in Jacksonville uses this company. I have been owed money for over a month. I keep getting the run around. Every time I call I hear "the check has been mailed" but they can not produce a check # and I still have not received the check. It's a shame that I will have to waste my money on a lawyer but it seems I am not able to get through any other way. Read the other reviews, I am not the only one being treated this way.

Prime Finance and Motor Mall are horrible places to purchase a car from. Every other time I send in a money order they say it's late and hit me with a 10 dollar late fee.One of my money orders was stolen, altered and deposited in some other account. The person that answers the phone can do nothing to help. My payments are due every other Monday, I send my money order out on Friday before it's due and it's very rare they post it to my account on time and they give me a 10 late fee. Everyone that has problems with them should notify the Better Business Bureau and report them. They are scam artists!!! Do not purchase a car through them, you will get ripped off and regret it!!!!

If I didn’t have to rate them they would get no stars they have no address it’s a P.O. box they have no buisness line it’s a cell phone no way of paying immediately if your behind due to they only take money orders like we are stuck in the 80s if they repo your car you can’t get it until the following week then you have to pay a repo fee of 598 plus what you owe these people are fraud and scammers DO NOt PURCHASE ANY CAR FROM MOTOR MALL you will regret it because they finance through prime finance that’s why it’s so easy to purchase a car

I Might Be Spearheading a Class Action, I am upset that they tried to defraud me and misrepresent their contract, as well as full disclosure of car price and shady Lease Agreement that they are passing as Financing Agreement. I need people to contact me to see how far this goes. [email protected]
