I cannot express the amount of gratitude that I have for Mrs. Henry. I did not know which way was up when I first started thinking about selling my home. There was no immediate rush for me to make a decision. She was open enough to actually sit and listen to my story and understand all of my concerns. She made me feel at ease with her because she treated me like a human and not just a sale, and that led to me asking her to become my realtor. I was happy to turn my house over to her and let her take control as it was her own. I could not have been happier with my decision. Heather Hagan is a wonderful Realtor. She is very knowledgeable and definitely a people person. She takes the time to listen and answered all my questions concerning whatever is taking place. She is a hard worker who actually can be reached at 11:00 PM at night!!!! I know because l called her late one night concerning a situation that was taking place and needed guidance. Listen!! I wish I could give him more than 5 stars because my experience with Mr. Mark Gentle, was nothing but wonderful. I talked to him about everything that I was experiencing with my apartment and he told me not to worry. He was very professional, any question I had he answered, he never left me in the dark, Mark never got frustrated with me being very picky because me not being from Jacksonville I did not know where to look first and if I was unsure about something he would explain things to my understanding. I feel like with this being my first time experiencing buying a new home, Mark made it where it was the absolute best experience. Not only did he hold my hand, something I knew was going to be beyond stressful, was nothing but stress-free. Everything was a smooth transition and I definitely will recommend him to everyone. Kim Johnson was phenomenal from the first phone call. We searched for the perfect beach house for me for over a year and she never gave up and was always willing to take my calls and send info. Naajia truly went above and beyond to coordinate multiple contractors and source new appliances so that my condo would be one of the best in the complex. We sold over asking price within weeks of listing. My only constructive criticism would be to stick with larger, reputable contractors that will follow through and guarantee their work and honor contracted prices. We had to keep finding replacements, who in turn had to repair bad work. So while we stayed under budget, it took months longer than necessary. But it all worked out in the end, and we benefited from an increasingly hot seller's market. I highly recommend Naajia!
