I have had a number of closings with Kendall Title and each one had its own unique circumstances; however, that didn't prevent them from providing exceptional service to the Sellers of the properties. As most of these closings occurred under COVID-19, they were extremely flexible in coordinating the Buyer and Sellers' individual signing arrangements. I highly recommend their services!
