Great experience at Jacksonville Title and Trust! They took care of everything and were very responsive with any question I had. The actual closing was smooth and positive. I worked specifically with Gena and she is awesome. She went beyond what she was supposed to do to make me happy and satisfied. She told me I had portability with my homestead and helped me file it and it saved me about $400 on my monthly mortgage payment! I would have never known about it if Gena had not told me! Lauren and Gena were absolutely amazing during the process of selling our house.
