The most unhelpful, unorganized experience, a complete waste of time. So much misinformation, and customer follow up to correct the narrative. Multiple correspondence being sent, that seemingly aren’t enough. Yet, told what was sent would suffice. Nothing about this experience was seamless or stellar. Thankful to have this experience, to know what NOT to accept in the buying process moving forward! First time home buyers, that are contractors, look elsewhere. These mortgage programs AREN’T favorable, the underwriting department is a joke! Don’t taint your first experience with false hope, and time you can’t recover.
