    Very impressed with my recent visit to this Wells Fargo branch! The teller was polite and helpful. Other employees were very nice as well— they greeted me as I was leaving the bank! I’ll for sure be coming back to this branch.

    My experience with Wells Fargo has been nothing but frustrating. I opened my account last January, and 10 months later, I’m told there’s an issue with my social security number. I go to this branch the next day where photo copies of my SSN and identification are taken. A month later, I’m buying groceries and my card is declined. They closed my account without any communication to me at all. I called into Wells Fargo, and their corporate is unable to see or tell me any information about the situation, and they tell me to go to the branch. The branch tells me my account is closed because my identity couldn’t be confirmed. My credit had also not been reporting due to this, and I opened up a case a month ago with Wells Fargo. Corporate refuses to put me in contact with the Case Specialist assigned, and he has not communicated with me at all. Bottom line, the incompetency of this branch, and the lack of transparency from the company is more than concerning. I cannot access my funds at this point, and need to wait for them to mail me a cashier’s check. Once I have my funds (pray to God I receive them), I will be switching to Chase. This is a sketchy organization, and the companies past practices prove it. All this company and branch does is deflect the blame, and I haven’t received a single consistent answer from them. The blatant lack of customer care should be a red flag for anyone who is considering wasting their time here.

    Very unprofessional. They do not know how to make an international transfer at all. Also they even do not know how to issue a formal deposit certificate. Very shocked for their so poor knowledge. The manager of this branch should be suspended for re-training. Otherwise this branch should be closed.

    I’ve been a customer of Wells Fargo since my first debit card. I like Wells Fargo. The staff there are most of the time friendly except that they didn’t give me an envelope when I asked for it. What on earth could be the worst thing people can do with an envelope ?? This kills the 2 stars.

    I called several times throughout the day and never got an answer. The automated system ok their phone likes to run you in circles. I am fully competent as to using "technology". But thier system is not user friendly not matter how well you know things. To this day I was never able to get a hold of anyone.

    I'm not quite sure what happened with Reviewer Jessica, but I've been going to this bank for 4 years now and not once have I had any issues. The clerk's are timely, friendly and all around easy to work with. 10/1 0

    Unbelievable. Teller made a cashier check of large amount without HER/HIS SIGNATURE. The customer is from out of state. I had to drive an hour here then back to correct this branch stupid mistake. I have been customer with WF for a long time and this is unacceptable.

    One-time I got a $1 bill instead of a $50 from the atm and it took 3 weeks to resolve. Ontop of that the atm almost never works. There's better locations to go to.
