Anthony was amazing. He was so helpful. I bought a laptop that was not connected with my online test I took it back two days later and I was able to upgrade it with only paying the difference. Pretty nice jewelry selection however, the young man at the jewelry counter was very dry. He didn't seem interested in earning my business today. That's unfortunate. Businesses and their employees should always strive to provide top-notch and enthusiastic service to customers as you never know who's business you're discouraging and turning away.

I recommend that shop to buy anything at a very good price, I had a good experience at my recent visit, I went to the shoe session and Anthony was very nice to me and to other customers as well. Excellent customer service. Hope to go back soon.

I recently fell on hard times and needed help. I went to multiple pawnshops and was turned away due to the fact they didn’t take silver. Like silver isn’t work anything or something it was embarrassing and they obviously didn’t care about another human hard up and in a bad place. Then I tried premier pawn and as soon as I walked in the door I knew this pawnshop was different. The greeting I received was welcoming and I knew the employees cared just by their tone. I was helped by a gentleman named John and he was amazing extremely friendly and funny(customer service on point). I was excited to find out they did take silver and was willing to be fair with an offer that helped out so much. John’s help was more needed than he’ll ever know. Thank you so much.

Yazmin explains the process to ensure that you understand when pawning things and also very informative of layaway options as well. She also works great under pressure. The store was short staffed and people were coming in and she was handling things very well and was able to multi task ver efficiently. When going to this location make sure you ask for Yazmin.

I discovered Premier when I first moved to Duluth/Lawrenceville a few years ago. The store has great looking merchandise but I’ve been more often a pawn loan customer. I try not to do loans but sometimes I need a little help in between paychecks. The staff is great. Usually when I come in I’m assisted by Anthony. He greats you with a smile and not judgment while you try to get some money for your items. He always makes the process easy, pleasant conversation and great customer service. Thank you to ALL of the staff for your assistance and patience.

My husband and I came to this establishment looking for jewelry. Right away we were greeted by Luis who assisted us throughout the duration of our shopping. Luis was super helpful, knowledgeable, professional yet personable and most importantly he was patient with us while decision making. I honestly have to say Luis made our visit very Pleasant, he also gave us a great deal on our purchase which lead to us buying even more items. Premier Pawn, please keep more associates like Luis and I guarantee you shall have great success!

Horrible customer service. They don’t even have the ability to communicate their own policies. There was one young man in the store that was respectful and attempted to resolve the issue however it totally unacceptable to not be able to clearly articulate your own store policies. Bottom line proceed with caution and if the young Black guy ( I forgot to get his name) isn’t in there I would turn around and walk back out! This was my first and last experience ever with a pawn shop period and certainly wouldn’t come there again.
