Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Satellite Blvd, Duluth

Really upset with the service on this branch, so slow and terrible long wait time for the teller services! If you can try another branch this is a super duper slow bank, so stressful to be here!! Bank of America charge the monthy service automatic but the services services they provide is not automatic it’s take forever..30 min wait lane for 6 customers??

Respect, and fast service !!! I visied this location bank to wire transfer for my house closing And they really help me and smooth processing.. Satisfaction of all service at bank of america!!!

Tellers don't care to help people fast enough with their transactions. Will make you fill every form, regardless. Not favorite bank anymore.

Slowest service 10 customers in line but just one teller You must expect at least an hour on this location. No more BOA in my life.

Ok, Bank of America must have too much business because their customer service in the banking locations are HORRIBLE! Every single time you go into the locations, you have to wait for minimum 1 hour, yet there are staff just standing around doing nothing. And they lack courtesy. I suggest a training be held for all their staff because this is getting too bad.

Like most of the Bank of America costumer service and value of costumers time is not a priority, I have 12 people on front of me and been on line for almost 20 minutes just to do a deposit. If you need to talk to the manager goood luck because the waiting time to talk to any one was over one hour!!!! This is not a business is a bank where I put my money why all the locations are getting worse and worse. I’m clear about something and that is that you need to prepare your self to wait around 45 minutes in line just to do a deposit. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE LOOKING TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNTS HERE.

Very bad customer service. Banks shouldn't be a long waiting line even on weekdays. I had to spent 45mins standing in the like for just a small work. Not at all happy with this locations customer service.

I came in asked to speak to the branch manager and had to wait an hour to speak with the branch manager who was standing behind me the whole time not doing anything until I realized she was the branch manager and asked for help as I spoke with the branch manager I was explaining to her my situation and how my account was closed out for something ridiculous I couldn’t even finish explaining my issue before I saw her smirking at me like she thought it was funny that I can’t access my money at all i jus thought that was rude terrible customer service and worst bank ever I’m reporting her everywhere I can

If I could give this a rating of zero I would be absolute worst customer service the absolute most unprofessional and rude employees I have ever come across in my entire 52 years of banking. this place should be shut down. it should not take an hour to make a simple deposit. they act as if it is an inconvenience for them to service you the customer. I think you need to get your head in the game and realize there are many other banks out there and if it weren’t for the fact of depositing it into our landlords account you would never see my face and your office ever. I will make sure I tell everyone I know how horrible of a location this is.
