I bought my first car here and I can safety say it was a rather enjoyable experience. Ask for Bruce Lee, not the famous actor, the car salesman. He is a funny guy who knows how to do business and look good doing it. I wasn’t even going to buy the car at first but after some negotiating with the man, we settled on a fair price the next day. Also, on a second note, the service and repair shop attached to the store does a great job at auto maintenance. The staff are friendly from what I can see and everyone is very professional. They don’t try to over sell you on things you don’t need and if you ask for a quick check on certain things, they will do so without charging you for it. They’ll also recommend any replacement parts but won’t do so automatically and charge you behind your back. 10/10 will continue to do business with them.

Alex P was so wonderful to work with! I tried multiple dealerships to find the car I was looking for - Alex was the one that got back to me the quickest, he was kind and transparent during the whole process. On the day I picked up my car, he was very accommodating and made sure the everything was smooth and enjoyable. Mr. Khan in financing was also very lovely to work with. This was my first new car experience and thanks to the people at Atlanta Toyota it was a great one at that. Great people that are professional dedicated and effective. I was here 4 times because I was being indecisive about my next car and Brian Bamba was so patient with me throughout this whole process. This was by far the easiest car shopping experience I have ever had. Ana was a fantastic salesperson and answered every single question I had. Choosing the perfect car for me took no time at all and I'm positive Ana got me the best deal. Esau made the financing portion and the signing of all contracts the most seamless process. I could not have asked for better help or a better car. I was looking to purchase a new 2022 Toyota Camry and Gary Pineda was my sales rep. He was WONDERFUL! Such a great attitude and so helpful! He was not pushy or trying to just make a sale. He really cared about what I was looking for and my needs and wants in a car! The car I wanted had to be shipped in and he kept me up to date on the delivery details. He sent me a video of it when it came in and made sure it was cleaned and taken care of when I got there! Not to mention when I got there you would have thought it was his new purchase. He was just as excited about the car as I was and it made me even more excited! He was devoted to getting me in my new car and out! the finance team also did a wonderful job and their personality's were great and helped me feel less stressed on my first purchase on my own! I was misled by Google Maps visiting the service center on a Sunday just to find that it was closed, although the Maps listed the place as open. However, my initial 3-star rating left specifically to attract the management's attention DID work, which raises my assessment of the business's attitude to a full 5-star rating. It was really great to learn that they DO care!!! And this is excellent!

My husband and I were lucky enough to work with Gary and Alex who helped us secure a 2022 Sienna. We have been working with them since the start of April to get on the "list" for the next Sienna and it showed up at the start of May- earlier than expected! We love it and the 2 of them made the process easy even in this crazy car market.

Initially, I stopped by to see if they had any inventory due to this new car shortage, and I was amazed to see such a large inventory. The place I visited before literally only had 2 used cars. When we arrived, Uzi met us at the door and showed us every Toyota Camry they had on the lot, including those that were still being detailed and had not yet been placed on the lot. The car that I found happened to be one that was still being cleaned, but they worked with me to get it cleaned up and ready for me to take home while I completed the paperwork. I ended up purchasing a burgundy 2018 Toyota Camry and I have fell in love with that car. Uzi was awesome and able to get the job done; he was even able to find me a company to finance with at a lower interest rate than my credit union. 5 stars to Uzi and Atlanta Toyota!

Replace driver side front light, which was damaged by accident, as shown on attached photo one. Atlanta Toyota provided me great service. The attached photo two shown missing light, which is exactly the evident of this great service. Because damage, the part on bumper to hold light in place is gone. If replace bumper, including paint, the total cost almost one grant. Mr. Jason Oglesby, the Manager of Service Department put his feet into customers' shoes and tried to avoid the unnecessary repair cost. He cooperative with the repair technician, proposed a modified method to repair, rather replace whole bumper. He also promised to come with customer together to Atlanta Toyota's collision center for better repair. We was at Service Department on weekend when the Collision Center was closed, so the light was not in place yet. We will go the coming Thursday. We are so happy the big money saving. We will recommend this great service to anyone who need Toyota car service without any reservation.

Cars were disappearing fast. Abdullah was helping me with a silver Corolla. He said, "uh oh." I asked, "What?" He told me that it just sold and had me quickly putting a deposit on a red one coming in the next day. Two and a half hours later, he had it secured and financed for me! I picked it up today. So happy!

My wife took our car there to get full synthetic oil change done.They recommended front brakes and they told her there is only 3mm left on the pads and she might not be able to make it home. I told her take it to a NAPA auto care place up the road and come to find out did not need brakes. Please look at the pictues . Saved $258.67

Not only is Atlanta Toyota a great place to do business but the management and staff is awesome. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jorge Mancillas hands on and I must say not only is he a professional but he made sure he catered to my needs and I was more than happy. Never once did I feel as if I was pressured into anything. I would highly recommend Atlanta Toyota to anyone looking to purchase good quality vehicles at a very competitive rate and if you have the chance to work with Jorge I promise you will be more than satisfied!

First off, let me start off by saying how difficult it is to have a good car salesman after you’ve had a bad one. My car buying experience was off to a rocky start prior to discovering Brian at the Atlanta Toyota dealership. There were absolutely no games or gimmicks involved during this car buying process what-so-ever, just honest good-hearted human beings. I sought out my pre-owned Audi Q3 online and immediately called to inquire. The dealership barely have an opportunity to upload all of the vehicle’s information into their online database being that it just recently arrived on their lot. Brian answered my initial call to the sales department and immediately provided me with all the requested information as far as car images, videos, and the carfax goes, just so that I could get a better feel for the vehicle itself. Still a bit skeptical, I immediately scheduled a test drive that same evening . I was completely surprised how beautifully the car ran, I truly believed the asking price was too good to be true. Mind you, this was prior to any conditioning and the car still drive like the gem that she is. Yet, I was still assured that the vehicle would be conditioned and checked thoroughly by the service department before offering me a sale. After checking all of the boxes on my list it was an obvious sale! I felt absolutely comfortable and confident with my purchase. Brian was super helpful, answered all of my questions in depth, and made this a very pleasant car buying experience (and I am not an easy person to please). Five star rating for sure!!!

I had a great experience with Atlanta Toyota in Duluth. Luis Sanchez was my Service Advisor and he continued to check in with me while my car was being serviced. He was considerate with my requests, and recommended appropriate steps to take first to find out what the issue was with my vehicle. I am thankful to the mechanics that took the time to actually trouble shoot the problem and work on my vehicle. 'Sparkle' is now check engine light free and is driving smoothly! I replaced my fender liner. 2 stars to Atlanta Toyota and 5 Stars to Jonathan in the parts department for making that the best part of my experience. Thank you for your assistance with the Service Department! I rate Atlanta Toyota, 2345 Pleasant Hill Rd in Duluth, GA, with 2 stars because when I initiated my service request they had be jumping though unnecessary hoops. That's when Jonathan came in and got the process ironed out properly with Service. After my service install was completed, I inspected the liner to find that 4-6 grommet/clips were NOT installed! The clips costs over $100! Where is/was the quality control specialist? Must Jonathan do that too!!? The reason the liner needed to be replaced is that a mechanic (elsewhere), removed it, replaced it and didn't put all the clips back on. As a result, it flew off my car on the highway causing a bit of a commotion but thankfully no accident. The same thing may have happened again but with a deadly result. I want to be safe and expect better of Toyota service. This is exactly why I changed my mind and decided not to just purchase the liner and have anyone else install it but to have you, TOYOTA install it because I wanted it done right. Makes me wonder about the accuracy/completeness of all the work that you do that isn't visible to the eye...

If you like efficiency and good communication, this dealership is not for you. From leasing the car three years ago to buying out the lease one month ago; it’s been nothing but a hassle, miscommunication, misinformation, and total lack of urgency to get anything done while always being given the run around. They always claim such and such process will be simple and it never is - and they always manage to miss one piece of paperwork or something goes missing in the mail. Not to mention, they always address my husband before me and direct all questions to him - while I, the female, am the actual vehicle owner. 0/10 don’t recommend. If there were vehicles readily available at decent prices, I’d be gladly taking my business elsewhere.

Edit: I was contacted by management and they apologized for the issue. The manager assured me that there would not be any issues and he said if there are any issues in the future then to contract him directly. I've come to this location for a long time and did not want to go somewhere else and I'm happy they worked to resolve my issues and I'm happy to continue coming here! This place is trash go anywhere else but this. In my house we have 2 semi new cars, 2019 and 2021, mine still has Toyota Care so my oil changes are free. When i went there it turned out that i magically have a nail in my tire and they want $35 to repair it. Don't know how I could get a nail in my tire as I drive like 10 miles a day. Not to mention there are places that repair for free or charge like $10, but I digress. Maybe I did drive over a nail even thought when i looked at the nail, as I was not going to pay $35 for a tire repair, the nail looked like a brand new nail on an impossible spot to get a nail. Then my dad went to get an oil change and even he got a brand new nail in tire, a nail that looked just like the nail that i pulled out. Don't even come here go to a different dealer or different Oil change place all together. I'll go to the stone mountain one as long as i have Toyota Care for free, then I'm out.

Where do I start. Let’s start back to 2017 when I first purchased through this dealer. The service has ALWAYS been outstanding. I purchased another vehicle (current one) in 2018. Fast forward to 2021 and I was contacted by Winston Murray on refinancing my current vehicle for a lower rate. The process was seamless! I got a much lower rate/note. This was an early gift to myself! Just when I thought things couldn’t get better, they did! I received a complimentary oil change and several more services while I completed my paperwork. I took a car in for a pre-purchase inspection that I was looking at down the street. I brought it in and they were awesome in running the diagnostics and looking the vehicle over and providing a recommendation at a fair cost. While I was there I heard the service writer in the service department talking to a lady and could tell he was being honest with her telling her that even though there was a sound coming from her water pump, it was normal with the age of her vehicle and that everything was good with her vehicle. Atlanta Toyota continues to impress with their reputation for excellent customer service. I am in the market for a car and they had one that caught my eye. I called and confirmed the vehicle to be in stock. I met a sales person shortly thereafter and test drove the vehicle. While I unfortunately had to pass on the vehicle due to concerns with its condition and history, the sales associate that I was dealing with remained professional and courteous. He did not try to pressure me into purchasing the vehicle, nor did he make excuses for the issues with the vehicle. I have experienced both of those “tactics” at other, lesser dealerships and from unprofessional sales personnel. I have been a customer with Atlanta Toyota since August of 2018 and will continue to do business with Atlanta Toyota for years to come.

WINSTON is the best asset at Toyota. He work so hard that day to make sure we didn't leave without a car. Everyone from the representative whom answers the phone, to the staff whom greets you when you first pull in to drop off your vehicle— they are all so helpful and kind. Rich, the representative in service is so very efficient and communicates very well what needs to be done with your vehicle.

Recently, problems have been popping up with my Corolla (to my dismay 🙄). This last visit was completely unexpected. But I really appreciate the care provided by service rep Paul Pendley. He really tried to get to the root of the problem and thoroughly explained everything to me on the phone, and again when I came the next day to pick my car up. I purchased a vehicle here recently. My sales consultant Anneliese, understood and located the exact vehicle I wanted. The entire process was very efficient and she did a great job!

What is the point of an appointment if you go there and have to wait 45 minutes before the staff talks to you? Recommended replacing ball joints and brakes. Brakes had months of life left, ball joint were ok too. Missed failing control arms. Can’t say if it is shadiness, incompetence or both. Will not go back. On the plus side, staff is kind and polite when you finally get to see them.

After an accident that totalled my car, I was so desperate to find a car that I really wanted to get. I tried so many Toyota dealerships to see if they could get me the kind of car I wanted and all was to no avail. While driving towards the mall of Georgia Toyota dealership, I remembered there was a branch on pleasant Hill road in Duluth. I got off the highway and pulling into the Atlanta Toyota dealership, I ran into Mr. Faisal Taj who unlike other salesmen in other dealerships told me it was possible to get the kind of car I wanted and in the color I wanted it. After numerous talks, I ended up signing to get a brand new Toyota CHR XLE with him. He and his manager even agreed to pay for my rental while I waited for the car to be delivered. I was really impressed by Mr. Taj's charisma and patience in explaining to me how everything was to take place. I even received the car a few days earlier than the expected delivery date. Glad I ran into him that day when I was so desperate for help. Mr. Taj Faisal surely deserves a RAISE for the good work well done. Am now happy with my new Toyots CHR XLE

The experience was amazing! Joseph and another employee there were making the experience fun, it was a good price considering all prices are going up. Found us the best car in the lot that fit our description.

My car had the tire pressure indicator light come on and stay on for over a year. My service advisor Richard Camacho explained that the tire pressure sensor on one or more tires was probably bad. When the service tech indicated that all sensors were fine, Mr Camacho convinced the technician to do a more thorough inspection. The technician did and found that one sensor was bad, and he replaced it. The light has not come on since. Thanks Richard !

A special shout out to Terry, Jason, and Tony who were swift, kind, communicative, and pleasant to work with while I had my RAV 4 serviced there. My Rav4 is one of my most prized possesions so naturally when my car had issues come up I was in a panic! They took the time to listen to me and to reassure me every step of the way that my car was in safe hands, during a very stressful time. Also, I'd like to add that I have had a windsheild replaced at another company whom left oil stains in my car in multiple places that will not come out. Came in for oil change, tire rotation, and an open recall. 1st time with new car and team did a great job inspecting everything and recommending what was really required. No upselling or pushy sales attempt. Booked appointment online, came on time and spent 2 hours despite initial estimate of over 3 hours so speedy service i would say. Shuttle was out so couldnt go back to home but worked from the customer lounge. Ended up changing battery too. Rich definitely saved another visit for me. Will definitely return back.

Brian, my salesman, was excellent; he was able to help with everything I needed, and I love the truck I got from the dealership. The only hiccup was how long it took to get to financing and finish up buying the vehicle. We had already put down a deposit on the truck and thought we had everything ready to go once we walked into the dealership. We thought it would maybe take an hour once we got there, but it took 3 hours from start to finish, and most of that was waiting in the lobby to speak with someone to go to the next steps. It seemed like it took entirely too long after we did 90% of the process over the phone and email. The best part was Brian, with how helpful and knowledgeable about the truck and how great he was about following up with me about the next steps in the process. I would be happy to buy another car or truck from him again.

Once I decided to buy RAV4 Hybrid Limited, I contacted most Toyota dealers near me and Atlanta Toyota was the first one to give me a positive response and a timeline that I can get the vehicle. She promised to deliver the vehicle within 90 days (not a long wait considering current shortages) and here I am in less that 2 months to pickup the vehicle. I just purchased my first Toyota. I was blessed with the best salesperson that I have experienced at a dealership. Her name is Ana Tarazi. She wasn't pushy, demanding, or aggressive. I have purchased quite a few cars in my lifetime and have always gotten the same sales pitch from everyone " I'll make you a deal, if you get it today"or " It won't be here tomorrow ". I didn't get that from Ana. She left the ball in my court and addressed any discrepancies I had. Using the word "perfect" is always a stretch when describing situations or people; she was the perfect sales person for me. Very efficient, Dustin explained all suggested work for maintenance check up and was performed promptly-not much wait. However I have to go back today as tire pressure light will not go off and I checked tires were at 42 pounds not the 32 on door. I called was given advice let air out still not off so must stop by to have it checked. The service person was very helpful on the phone.

My fault for trusting both the salesman and the financial department. After they fooled into buying a used car at new car cost. Plus after they wouldn't see me or accept my calls. Plus they hard pulled my credit report 5 times. Yes 5 times. Imagine what that did to my credit score. If you don't know each pull for a car lowers your score. Only mortgage pulls count as one if done with 45 days of each other.

The communication at this place. I was not even able to schedule through my service advisor. the appointment coordinator / receptionist assured me she could handle all of my needs. I ended up spending $400 overestimated cost, and had work I wanted done not finished because of Parts she said would be available. When I called to schedule my service I immediately asked to be patched through to my service advisor and she assured me I didn't need to be, and in the end I did. I don't need a receptionist telling me she can handle it when she can't. If I want to speak to someone particularly I should be able to. I don't think I'll ever go back. I've been a customer for almost nineteen years and I think I'm done

This was my second visit to the facility and in both cases had serious problems with the car. In the first case Atlanta Toyota went out of the way to have transmission replaced and resolved the issue ( the car was under warranty) when earlier a toyota dealer had refused to entertain on flimsy ground. This was only possible due to response of caring and competitively proffesional staff at Atlanta Toyota. I have nothing but all praise for people running this excellent facility.

I recently sold my car last month & now I’m having problems cause the sales lady gave me a paper that was “Georgia secure power of attorney” even after I asked her if I was supposed to keep that paper & she said yes. After selling them my car I forgot to take the license plate off so I went back for it & they told me they threw it away but when they called my dad cause he was my co-signer they kept saying they gave it back to me. At this point I honestly feel like they’re just trying to make us feel dumb & I also feel like they need to retrain these people. They have good service when it comes to buying a vehicle but the worse when you sell them a vehicle. Doesn’t seem like they owned up to their mistake

Here are some of my favourite things about ATL Toyota in Duluth. 1. ***!!!GARY PINEDA!!!***:) You all need to clone him and hand one out to every business in Atlanta. His phenomenal attitude and demeanor should be a sales blueprint for every single place within a 100 mile radius or at least from Marietta to Macon! Not only is he polite and spectacular, he made this vehicle purchase extremely EASY. It was even easier than the purchases I made there before! He even sold my long time colleague and friend a beautiful RAV4. He was super accommodating as I have been injured and he did all kinds of things to help me out such as helping me pick a vehicle that was suitable for me personally. 2. Easy finance options - I brought cash but still wanted to finance the remaining balance. That was quick and easy and always has been. Mr. Baker helped make that process quick. 3. Great place for service. I have always enjoyed my wait time - though brief - it’s been a lot of fun and comfy. It was fine pre-renovations but it’s really bright and super clean. Lots of sitting space. If I had to complain about anything I just wish the seats were wider but I’m sure I’ll fit in them again once I heal and shrink back to normal from my injury. 4. Transparency - no surprise charges. They tell you up front. It’s great! If there’s something you want to wait to get later they will not push you to do it immediately. They’ll gently let you know the consequences of waiting too long. But you can schedule it for another visit. 5. Rental - this is super convenient. I’m usually rushing on my way someplace and being able to drop off my vehicle and rent a car then bring it back later is one of the main reasons I come to this dealership. They also make that a smooth process. I don’t want to come across as out of order but I love this team! Like genuinely love them. It’s hard not to want to bring a big cake or presents on every visit because gratitude abounds. I thought I was Financing a car from here for $23k at 4.5% interest, which I was told came out to a ~$400/m payment on a 5 year amortization. When signing the contracts, they deliberately did not show me the first page of the purchase contract detailing the amount I was actually paying, along with their add in fees - totaling up to $26k, at 5.6% interest on a 7 year amortization for the same monthly payment. I buy a new car every 3 years, I hope the extra $3k you dishonestly took was worth it, I'll never buy another car from here again, nor will anyone that I know. How they did this - During the signing, I had to initial many pages of a contract. At some point in this process, the contract I was initialing was swapped with the purchase contract without informing me that we were now on a different contract(easy to do on an electronic medium). I initialed and signed what I thought was the final page of the contract we had spent the previous 20 minutes going through, but I had in fact signed the 5th page of a contract I had not seen the first 4 pages of.

Hit a razor blade on the way home. Scheduled an appointment the following day and was able to get a new tire within an hour. Great customer service!

I bought an extended warranty when I got my vehicle. When it came time to have a repair, a big one, they worked hard to have the claim authorized. In the end my vehicle was repaired at no cost to me, They communicated with me through the process and there were no surprises.

I'm giving such a low rating due to deceptive business practices in the service department. I called asking for a quote to fix a problem I've had before that seemed to have come back. Because I had gotten a lower quote elsewhere I wasn't going to bring my car here but the man on the phone insisted that they would inspect my car for free and I would be under no financial obligation if I choose not to get service here. I figured I had nothing to lose but time and it would be good to get it looked at by a second party before committing to the other mechanic. When I arrived the representative told me I would be on the hook for a $150 "diagnostic" fee if I chose not to get service there. I explained that the employee said over the phone that it would be free. To my disbelief he explained to me that a "diagnostic" was different than an "inspection" and to confirm what the problem was an "inspection" would be insufficient. Needless to say I got my car back immediately and left annoyed that I had wasted part of my day to drive here.

I came in to trade my truck for a new RAV4. Abdullah helped me all the way through and even stayed late to make sure we could get a deal done. It was a great pleasure doing business with these guys. Abdullah is a rockstar and I’d definitely recommend Atlanta Toyota 10/10.

What can I tell you that you already don't know about this place? I talked to Zaib and Uzair for my new vehicle. Not only did they both help me to make the best decision for my family. But they also made the process very painless. Buying a new car always takes a few hours, from deciding to finally signing the papers. But by working for them two, it didn't seem like an eternity. Rather, both of them helped guide the process in a very smooth way. My wife and I both are extremely content in the way everything was handled by the two reps. I'd recommend this place to anyone. 10 times out of 10 times.
