This was my first time buying a Honda, and I have to say that I am loving it so far. Thanks to Chris and Juan, my experience here was relaxed and quick. They both made sure I had everything that I needed to get back home on new wheels. They made sure I had a full tank of gas and a fresh wash. Not to mention, they assured to have the windows tinted. I appreciate that both salesmen made me feel comfortable about my selection and in which i didn't feel pressured. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking into buying a reliable car. I would also recommend asking for either Chris Brown or Juan Delao when coming here.

I had a great experience purchasing my new Honda Accord at Gwinnett Place Honda! Aaron, Collin and Mike were so helpful with the process of buying my first ever brand new car! I talked with Aaron every Monday with updates on my car's production process until my car arrived, and then I got COVID so was unable to check it out when it got there. He made sure to reassure me I didn't need worry about anything but getting well first and my car would be there when I was able to come, he even sent me several pics of my car so I could see it since I couldn't come. Collin helped me the day I finally able to come and he was very informative, showed me all the cool tricks my car did and helped me with all the details. The finance guy Mike was very easy to communicate with and made the "paperwork" part of the process not so bad. Even the detailers did an awesome job getting my car cleaned up for me to drive off looking sharp! Right before I left in my new car the manager came out to make sure he thanked me and made sure everything was good. NO COMPLAINTS WHAT SO EVER with anyone I came in contact with at the dealership- everyone who answered the phone when I called had pleasant attitudes and made sure I got what I needed. If I ever purchase another Honda I know exactly where I will be going!

Getting a car can be pretty stressful but with the great help of Cruz, I was able to do it fast and easy! He was such great help with finding my ideal car and getting a great deal on it. 100/10 recommend going to him, he’s a great help and you will leave with a big smile on your face! Love my mustang!

Literally the easiest car buying I have ever dealt with!! Thank you Noah for helping us find the perfect car that fits my family. We were initially looking for a 2022 Civic with a list of features we would like to add. Noah found us a few options that had everything we wanted and we chose an Insight instead. Because the car was being transported at that time and we were not able to test drive, Noah let us put a refundable deposit on the car. The car got here within a week and they put a Civic next to it so that we can compare two cars side by side. The whole process was smooth and relaxing. Noah was really helpful and patient. I am a repeat Honda buyer with my most recent purchase made in October 2021. Not only am I a repeat buyer but I have repeatedly asked for and worked with Maury Courtney. Maury is super attentive and patient with his customers and follows through on every request. Maury even follows up months later to ensure that you don't have any questions about your new vehicle. I had the best experience in purchasing my car from this dealership. From the time I walked into the lobby to the end of my business transaction, I can say, they have the best employees. The process was smooth and I will say that CHRIS BROWN - (the sales person) I worked with is truly the best. He took his time and explained everything I needed to know about my new car. For my new Accord’s recall service, and at the same time for its first engine oil change, I made an appointment specifically with Mr. Brandon Wood because I read the good review on him here. He was very efficient and courteous. My Accord’s front lower engine cover plate was slightly dented and he helped to fix it as a part of the oil change with no issue at all. It was a very pleasant experience. I will for sure look for him for my Accord’s next service.

First time working with Gwinnett Place Honda. We worked with Kha Tran and all I can say is, he will forever be my car guy! AND…. HE NEEDS A RAISE! (Whoever his boss is!) Kha was absolutely wonderful. I was actually looking at another dealership and had decided I wasn’t going to go with GPH. But Kha messaged me, just to check in. He wasn’t pushy like most others. His kind, fun, and honest personality won me over and I am so thankful for his persistence. I can truly say that I threw him every curve ball there is and he went to bat for me and got me the deal I wanted. He was told no several times and he kept going back and pushing until they said yes. The buying process was smooth and easy. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had and I’ve had a few. 🤣 I trade yearly. Mike Pham took care of us in finance. He was just as nice, friendly, and easy to talk to. We are highly pleased with our buying experience with Kha and Gwinnett Place Honda. I’m telling you, ask for Kha! You won’t regret it. Despite living closer to two other Honda dealerships, we will continue to use Gwinnett Place Honda due to our experience there. They were extremely professional and accommodating every step of the way. Joseph Y. got us exactly the special-order vehicle we couldn't find anywhere, and Zach B. walked us through the entire process with exceptional customer service. Zach was also very knowledgeable in the less-known specifications on our particular model, which was quite helpful. Gwinnett Place is EXTREMELY competitive and generous on their trade-in values, which also made doing business with them painless. We will use GP Honda for future purchases, no doubt. Great job!

We had a great experience purchasing new Honda Civic Sport at Gwinnett Place Honda and highly recommend the dealership. Ask for Will Cardwell, he is the best salesman, provides amazing customer service and highly knowledgeable on the car design specs. He has been very patient answering all our questions, provided frequent updates on the car transit status and arrival time. More than anything, he kept in mind our criteria on car required features, color preference, price limit, usage, optimal interest rate, etc and brought a deal to the table that’s worth it. Great service! The dealership did not charge market adjustment around $2K which other dealers are charging. Five stars to Gwinnett Place Honda.

My 72yr old mother just purchased a car from here. Charles Kim was amazing! He explained all the details thoroughly, spent a lot of time to show her how to navigate the unfamiliar features, etc. My mother literally asked me to write a review for her because she had such a great experience at Gwinnett Place Honda, and with Charles. Also, She does not recall the names of all the staff she met, but she mentioned that everyone was friendly.

Be advised that, currently, the customer service area is being renovated, so you might want to stick with drop off for now (early May 2022). That being said, the service was outstanding. David, the advisor who assisted me, was very helpful and informative. My Pilot was in there for some recall work and to diagnose a system error involving the VSA system. It was a few months out of warranty, but the dealership waived the diagnostic fee. Saved me $150. The car was fixed right and in less than two hours. I am very pleased.

Harrison in the service department was excellent!!! I had some issues with my tire that I’d taken to several places. Brought my car to Gwinnett Place Honda and met Harrison, he suggested it maybe one thing that no other tire service shop recommended. And bullseye Harrison was right! Hands down the best and most personalized car buying experience I’ve ever had. Aaron Hardy, helped me through this process from start to finish and even checked on me after my purchase was complete. My family has been buying cars from Gwinnett Place Honda for almost 2 decades and I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else. What an exceptional experience with my car repair! Traves communicated with us for each progression of the repair. My car was repaired within 5 days and was cleaned/detailed when I picked it up. I hope not to need future repair work, but would definitely use them again if needed.

I worked with Maury Courtney for about 7-8 months. He was pretty knowledgable and transparent about the car buying process during the pandemic. It was extremely stressful, due to lack of available or accessible vehicles. And I will be honest, I hate trying to purchase a new car. He was very transparent and patient and communicated with me through the entire process until I was able to purchase the vehicle of my choice. Brandon Wood in the Service Department is phenomenal!! I called to set up an appointment for an oil change & routine maintenance- they got me in next day! I came in & Brandon greeted me right away with amazing customer service. I explained how I’d been having issues connecting my bluetooth & Brandon took the time out to help me, a problem I’ve been trouble shooting for weeks he resolved in minutes. This was the fastest oil change, tire rotation & check up I’ve ever received, they had me in & out within an hour!! I have been in the service department now twice in 30 days and Brandon has taken care of me and my car, and each time he has been just delightful and so helpful. I didn’t think there was a worse dealership in the area but I had the misfortune of going to this place, Gwinnett Place Honda. Brought my 2019 CRV here for oil change, tire rotation, and fuel pump recall. Paid for service went out into the parking lot and the car won’t show any lights when locking or unlocking. Sit in the car and all the display is glitching out and flickering on and off. Brake pedal is going weak and strong, and the car won’t start, unlock, lock, or activate alarm. Interior smells like the tech dropped 2 gallons of gas on the carpet. My multi point inspection shows everything is good other than brake pads and that the battery is good and has 450 out of 410 CCA so it’s better than rated. Yet the tech had to jump start it to get the car running. Asked for a rental so I could get back to work while they figure out and 3 hours later they call me to tell me the battery is broken. “Something with one of the interior cells.” Won’t tell me which cell or how they came to that conclusion especially when I have a paper from them showing my battery was better than rated earlier this morning. I ask them to ensure the fuel pump isn’t shorting out and draining the battery since that’s the only component that was electrical that they were supposed to touch to ensure my car won’t blow up while driving it and nothing. TL;DR: Stay away! Take your car somewhere else!!! Avoid this place! If your service is like mine, your vehicle will be worse off than when it came in, not better.

The only reason I did not purchase this time was because I am looking for a VERY specific vehicle and year. When he finds it (He always comes through) I will definitely purchase it from him. My experience buying a car was perfect. Deja Kelly had complete knowledge of the 2022 Honda Odyssey and and gave me an organized tour of the car. She found the car we wanted which was being built at the factory and tracked it, keeping us informed. It came in a couple of days. She went out of her way to stay with us untill all the paperwork was complete and the car prepped. She even was able to get the tinting done at 9 pm when the staff was long gone home. She is the best and most honest and upfront car sales person I have ever worked with.

I have been searching for a used car and this is the third location I have tried. The people were nice enough until we drove the car and ran diagnostic on it with a computer. The catalytic converter code came up on the car, which should have been something they were willing to fix, however, since the check engine light wasn’t on and it had passed emissions in April they wouldn’t even entertain the idea of fixing it. IF we hadn’t had a computer to check we would have never known and the cost to replace it in a year when I would have had to have gotten my tags renewed would have been another 2k. Bad business and if they are willing to sell me a broken car then I’m sure they are willing to sell you one. Not ok! Beware and DEFINITELY get an outside vendor to check before you buy!

Unfortunately I have to lower my rating significantly after my last 2 experiences with the service center. Yesterday I had a 4:30 apt - arrived at 4:10 - and did not leave until 6:25. Basically 2 hours. My appointment was only for an oil change...on a Monday afternoon. I would cut them some slack but my previous oil change experience appointment went the same way - 2 hours with an appointment! I do not understand how this happens if this is a service with an appointment schedule. The reason I came back is that free oil changes offered with the purchase of a vehicle. Unfortunately it still isn’t worth it. Even the work isn’t great, the tires weren’t rotated (when noted they were) cannot under good faith keep a high rating.

Mr. Tala our service advisor was very professional and courteous!! We advised him that we were having a problem with our Honda CRV. Gave us a diagnosis quote of $150. Advised us that the molding around the front windshield was dry rotted. The mechanic showed us the problem, then repaired and he did an awesome job. Job took about 2 hours. We had a courtesy shuttle take us to home and back to the dealership. Even through all the construction going in at the dealership every one was amazing!!

I’m a busy mom and was having a hard time finding someone to fit me in immediately to repair my sunroof glass that suddenly shattered. I was calling around with no luck at several Honda locations. I showed up to Gwinnett Place and Service Advisor Steven Shoemake made it happen for a next day repair. He was professional and friendly. The repair was done quickly enough that we were able to wait at the shop and get it back same day. The shop is busy so you know there are a lot of repeat customers. Just purchased a 2022 Honda Accord sport 1.5. I had to wait three weeks for the car to arrive at the dealership but, it was worth it. JUAN DELAO was my salesperson great job sir. The staff was great. Young lady called to schedule an appointment and ken helped me once I arrived. I was there for roughly 4 hrs having my fuel pump replaced due to recall but it was ok. A few things I would change would be 1) wish there were wifi or something 2) put out some donuts to go with the coffee that vending machine was crazy expensive 3) make smokers go a little further away from the entrance. Those are minor things as far as service and attention they were great

Yesterday I got my 2022 Honda HRV with the help of Ray & I have to say this has been THE BEST first time buyer transaction in history! He was super invested & LISTENED to my wants & needs. The people here are really great. We were looking for a 2022 HR-V and Noah was awesome to work with! I had some non-negotiable must-haves for the car. Noah was quick to find one that had all of my must-haves given that most lots are pretty empty right now. Our car happened to be in production when they found it and they kept us up to date throughout the process. The whole process was pretty easy and I am happy with my new car. This is the second Honda that we have bought from them and we will definitely visit again when we are need of another car.

He helped me through this process to buy a new car and he told me everything all about the cars that I test drove and I came out with this car and I love it I've always wanted a metallic blue car and Martin made it happen! This dealership is very straightforward and honest. I had really good buying experience here, no pushing, no pressure, very patient and detailed when explaining every feature in the vehicle and the products available for purchase. Aron and the team did a really good job making sure everything is done right, very professional. The only thing is that the paperwork preparation could be faster, feels like there's some waiting time for the paperwork. All in all, very professional dealership, highly recommended.

Excellent customer service. I worked with Harrison in getting my concerns addressed and he did just that. He kept me updated on the progress, their recommendations, and worked with getting me a loaner vehicle until mine was fixed and ready. This place is so friendly and helpful! My car was at another Honda dealership where they were quoting me absurdly high prices. They do price matches at the one I was at. I've tried many different shops to service my car for convenience's sake, but I will be coming back to Gwinnett Place Honda from now on because I love how efficient and thorough they are. Ken was very helpful and respectful from the beginning to the end. I also really appreciate the free multi-point inspections they do on the car and explaining to me the conditions of every part of the vehicle and what's expected on the next visit and so on. They also provide a shuttle service to anywhere within 5 miles!

I had service done at Gwinnett Place Honda. David Park was my service advisor. He was great! I was in and out in no time. He was straight with the prices, and they were much better than any other of the Honda dealerships in the area. Even though they are not the closest to my house, I prefer Gwinnett Place Honda Over the rest. I urgently needed a car, so I went to Gwynet Honda and met a sales consultant named Charles Kim.He quickly found the vehicle I needed and put it on the waiting list, and he contacted me in a week, so he quickly and accurately handled all the car purchase processes even though it was Sunday. I bought a Honda Accord Hybrid EXL and this I an amazing car. Dealership experience was good, only real issue I had was I had to wait for car to be delivered and I was informed when car arrives they had to have a day to get car ready. Well they had a whole weekend to do so and on Monday morning when I arrived , they did not have the car ready and in fact left the wrapping still inside and it was not clean and this is a brand new car. I said something, they said they would have it detailed when I finished signing paperwork and you can guess, it was not done. Before I could drive off I still had to pull plastic off and cleaned some of the inside. So again, great car, good sale, just don’t expect them to treat your car like a brand new car and present it to your liking.

Many times, we come here to do some service after that; we have another major issue and spend more and more money. I designed to go to another shop to be safe. Seem like they know the future too well. The last time I went to do transmission oil service, then 2-3 days after we got some fluid dripping. Then, back to them to check, we have a power steering problem. Which is it was no problem before. Before Ac, water cooler, valve, etc. We have been with them many years and after covid things getting worse for us. We bought 3 cars from here. Civic, Accord, Odyssey.

11/10 experience!!! I took my new car here because it was making a very strange noise! Zach, my service advisor, was very patient and took the time to find out what the issue was. The Service Department was quite crowded and busy, with extra seating provided outside and in a trailer because of construction under way in the main showroom and the larger of the two customer waiting lounges. Harrison was very pleasant, took great care of me, and found me a nice discount on the additional service work that my car needed in addition to the routine oil change and tire rotation that I was expecting to have done in this visit.

Out of the 10 dealerships we went to for my first car buying experience, Gwinnett Place Honda was by far the worst. We called our sales associate to tell him that we wanted to buy the CRV that we test drove only 20 minutes before, and told him that we were on our way to the bank to get a check. The associate told us that the vehicle was being taken to get detailed while we completed the buying process. We were also specifically told to get a cashiers check made out to them. While gone, we even sent our associate a text update when there was a line at the bank to ensure that he knew we were still coming. We returned to the dealership to find out that the vehicle that we were told was being detailed for us had in fact just been sold. We were originally told that they only had one CRV available at this location, but after this happened they magically found another one to offer us that was $3000 more expensive. However, this was not the doing of our sales associate, but the New Car Sales Manager (Dustin Vance). I asked to speak with him and he was completely unapologetic and rude. He wasted both my time and my money (via bank fees). After going back to the bank to re-deposit my check, the bank teller informed me that she has recently had several customers have to re-deposit checks for this same Honda dealership. It seems that this was not an isolated incident. I will never do business with Gwinnett Place Honda and will make sure that all my family and friends do the same.

He listened to what I said was important for me to have in a vehicle, took his time explaining differences between trim levels, safety features, etc. CHARLES answered all my questions and I felt that he genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle. Was looking to purchase my first car. From the moment I walked into Gwinnett Place Honda I was greeted and treated like family. They quickly directed me to sales associate Martin Emodi. This being my first time purchasing a car, I didn't know what to expect. But Martin was the best, he was super chill and laid back and felt more like a friend then a car salesman. He helped me narrow down the car that was best for me, I was debating between the accord and the new civic. They had one civic on the lot and I fell in love with it the moment I saw it. Martin was completely upfront in saying that it would take awhile to get my new civic due to the all the shortages going on, but I was ok with that. All in all I reserved my car end of August and didn't end up picking it up until first week of October, but throughout the whole process Martin was always available and kept me informed what was happening with the car and the projected timeline. Bought a used Honda Ridgeline from this dealership and had a great experience with Will Cardwell. He arranged to hold the vehicle while I drove 3 hours from a state away. Great deal on the vehicle and Will got me through the paperwork quickly and was very informative. By the time I came in there was a person to help me out. I didn’t have to wait and when I was helped it felt genuine. The whole procedure took about an estime of 30 minutes, which was an oil change and air filters. When I left the guy gave me a discount for the air filter change, even when I had the plan of a free oil change. To me it just shows the care they have for the customers and I would highly recommend anybody else to go there.

We have been searching a 7 seats mini van since Jan 2022. The shortage of the market is getting crazy. We went to different dealers in our area. Most of the places have NO car to sell. The waiting time is about 90-120 days. Finally, Gwinnett Place Honda was my last place to shop. We bought our mini van here and I can safety say it was a rather enjoyable experience. I am going to be graduate by end of March. This is my graduation gift for myself. We ordered the car in early March and were told to pick up the car by end of the April. Fortunately, I got a call from my salesman last week and was told that he had a extra car coming in the weekend. I and my husband were so happy to get the car ealy. Ask for Martin Emodi who is my salesman. He doesn't try to over sell you things that you don't need. He follows up with you every week to give you an update. He was a fantastic salesperson and answered every single question I had.

Excellent customer service from Denis in the service department. He provided outstanding relay to the service department. We recently moved from Lilburn to Loganville. As a result we kept Gwinnett place Honda in mind for our service needs on our black 2009 Honda Fit. We could very well have gone to a place much much closer. But because of his service and being a valued employee we chose to go back and continue to have our car serviced with him. Our AC motor was making noises and it needed to be replaced today along with the preventive maintenance that was done. Thank you Denis, and we look forward to your service again down the road!

Talk about in and out with 5-Star customer service! Reached out last night online about the availability of a car I was interested in. Will Cardwell responded promptly and we locked in a time to meet today. He stayed in touch with me leading up to my appointment as there were others interested in the same vehicle. The sales process was not the typical you feel when going to a dealership like going in when the sun is up and coming out with the moon. It was laid back, no pressure, let me give you space to check out the car, but I'm here to answer all your questions. The entire process to finalize everything was a little under 2 hours. Thanks to Will I have a beautiful early Christmas present to enjoy.

I am modifying my review after recently interacting with both Kam and Trenton at Gwinnett Place Honda. Both were very professional and really listened to my concerns about my vehicle and gave valuable insight into what I needed to be aware of to properly maintain my car. Kam made an extra effort to handle my vehicle personally after voicing my earlier experience with (Tom?) and Trenton was very quick to give me an estimate for repairs after my company's car delivery had some damages to my vehicle. I am holding back a star since I hope that (Tom?) improves on his professionalism. Old Post Here: I had two calls with this location, one at the collision center and the other at the service center. Linda was very helpful and answered all of my questions politely but (Tom?) from the service center was extremely rude. When I asked how much an oil change was, he said it was $58 after taxes. I just moved to the area and I did not expect such a high price compared to my last Honda service center charging me only $15 for an oil change. Once I told him I would call back in to reschedule, he immediately said "Wow, okay" and hung up. His immature response makes me hesitant to even call back in...

I turned in a 2020 Honda Pilot EX-L lease and obtained a new Honda Pilot SE lease on Jan 28, 2022. The salesman was Kendyl Brown and financing specialist was Mike Pham. Both were very understanding of my wishes and needs if I was to consider leasing a new vehicle. They were also both very accommodating and exceptionally easy to work with and made me very comfortable with my decision. To explain the circumstances, I am going to provide the scenario of what occurred. I had an appointment for a 30,000 mile service on my 2020 Pilot. I loved that vehicle and it was exactly as I wanted. However, Honda is currently offering excellent early trade-ins on leased vehicles that are in pristine condition. The terms were very agreeable. We normally purchase the vehicle at the end of the lease and keep it until the car has one or sometimes two tires in the grave. This is our fifth Honda and we have always kept them well over 300,000 miles - one we actually had until over 450,000 miles. So, this was a new experience for me to obtain a new vehicle with only 30,000 miles on my current vehicle, but Kendyl called when I was driving over for my service and I agreed to meet with him. After all, what else did I have to do for the next couple of hours while I was waiting for my 2020 Pilot to complete the service. After hearing the terms and seeing the figures, plus the added upgrades that I wanted which I had added to my current vehicle were to be added, I decided to speak with my husband. He agreed that this was an excellent decision for a newer, higher end vehicle. It is perfect. We love Honda vehicles and we have been extremely happy with the sales and service department at Gwinnett Place Honda.
