Beyond angry! We have a Cadillac CTS-V and the screen on the entertainment cracked like so many others (Cadillac has had 2 class actions filed against them about this) and I was told the ENTIRE ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM had to be replaced......absolute lies!! My wife and I were priced 1800.00 for the repairs. I was able to find a replacement screen online for 50.00 and do the work myself. We were about 2000 miles out of warranty and shouldve taken it in when we still had warranty but it was a tiny Crack that wasn't affecting anything at the time. The fact that they wanted 1800.00 for a 50.00 part and 30 min of labor.......seriously??? I will NEVER let them touch my car again. Makes me wonder how many people have been ripped off on service by this dealership??

You hear so many horror stories about car buying but I did not experience any of that with Hennessy Cadillac. It has been many many moons since I purchased a car and so I was nervous and apprehensive about it but everyone at Hennessy Cadillac was VERY nice and friendly and professional the entire time I was there. Car buying is very different in the current environment with COVID and Supply Chain shortages and I was struggling just to find a physical car to look at lol. I purchased a used car, a 2020 Chevy Traverse, and Reginald and David were excellent. Very laid back atmosphere but had a desire to make sure I was taken car of. I would recommend Hennessy for your car buying needs.

I've had my vehicle serviced here a few times and experienced significant delays when getting the repairs done. Walter Veras was my service advisor and is extremely rude and snappy when answering questions about repairs and my warranty coverage. I would not recommend this dealership and will not be returning.

We negotiated and purchased a 2019 Audi from Hennessey Cadillac. The experience was good until they delivered the vehicle. They added a $950 Apex tracking charge to the agreed upon price. This was not discussed before they delivered the vehicle. When I asked about it, our salesperson, Matthew Thorpe, said this was on all their vehicles and could not be removed. This is exactly the sort of deceptive behavior that makes buying a used car so frustrating and why consumers feel like sales folks and car dealerships can’t be trusted. It is so incredibly disheartening when you think you have found a trustworthy person and dealership only to find they are just like the rest.

We drove all the way from South Carolina to look at a car that was falsely advertised on their website. We were lied to over and over by the salesman. (Joe)...The car was not the advertised price due to about 3000.00 worth of extras put on by the dealer..The car was advertised as a Certified Pre Owned which it wasn't. They really tried to screw us on the trade in.....It goes on and on.....NEVER AGAIN....#CROOKS

Excellent experience! I found the car online and did online chat to find out if it was still available. The lady on chat matched me to an excellent salesman, David Bacchus. I met him at 5:30pm, he already had the car pulled up front for the test drive. I had a preapproval with one finance company, but they actually got me approved with another company at a much lower rate! I completed the deal and drove home in my new car that same day with a full tank of gas! Overall, this was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. This was my first time working with Hennessy Cadillac. I would like to personally thank David Bacchus (Sales & Leasing Consultant), Chris Tafoya (Sales Manager), and Sergio Bermudez (Finance Manager) for an A+ car buying experience. David was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were thoroughly answered. He never once was pushy and was extremely professional with a focus on a an exceptional customer service experience. Even after the sale he has follow up on a daily basis to to make sure my expectations were exceeded. Chris Tafoya was continually checking in on me during the process to see how he could make the experience even better. Never once did I feel any pressure to buy additional services or warranties. Sergio Bermudez was very engaging, professional and worked hard to beat the current credit union rate I had. Never once did they push their financing on me or give me the "price is only good if I use their financing" trick. Sergio was thorough going through all the numbers to ensure each line item matched up to the penny of what was promised. Overall, this was the smoothest transaction I have ever had in 32 years of buying cars. I was in and out in less than 90 minutes. Quinn was my sales coordinator and he is amazing. He brought the car out to Sandy Springs/Buckhead for a test drive - that alone was far beyond many dealerships quality of service. Quinn pointed out many features and also a few drawbacks he noticed. This was refreshing to hear a sales person being honest - he wants you to love the vehicle and be happy, not trick you into buying with "salesy" pitches. The next day we drove out to the dealership to purchase the car with Quinn. He also followed up a couple times to check in and see how things were going, always offering to help if we need anything. We also worked with Virgil in finance. He was top notch, beat the rate we brought in and negotiated an awesome warranty with us. I have purchased (3) Cadillacs from Hennessy over a 7-8 year span. The customer service has continuously deteriorated in all areas. Good luck getting a return phone call for anything whether it be Finance, Service, or Sales. I started experiencing the poor service after purchasing the 2018 XT5 and simply started getting my vehicle serviced elsewhere. I purchased a 2021 CT5 this past NOV in hopes that Hennessy’s customer service had returned to the excellence common with most Cadillac Dealerships. I am a loyal Cadillac owner, the CT5 was proceeded by XT5, CTS, Escalade ESV, XLR, and Escalade EXT. Still have issues with the Brand New 2021 CT5 with engine light on and other features not operational. Love the Cadillac Brand and will continue to be a loyal Cadillac customer but no more purchases from this Dealership! Looking at other reviews this poor experience is definitely not isolated.

My wife and I drove down from Nashville to purchase a vehicle and absolutely would recommend this dealership. Greg Simpson did a fantastic job of making sure we were happy with the vehicle we drove to see. The way Hennessy Cadillac handled the transaction was nothing but professional and friendly. They made the 4 hour drive worth our day in getting the vehicle we loved. Chieb the finance guy was awesome in handling all of the the paperwork and the finance process. Excellent and Professional Service team! This is was about 2 to 3 weeks ago but I wanted to leave a review on Roland. I explain my anxiety with coming in the dealership to complete the paperwork. So her understood and through phone calls, text and email, so when I tell you Roland took excellent care of me. I had the VIP treatment (Roland's words) and I did. It didn't stop there, Sergio the finance manger that assisted me didn't was stop the VIP treatment. Even after the company that had originally pick me up decided to drop me. Sergio was still working in my favor and saved me additional $3000. I felt some kind a way about it, my family said he did good by you. So to Roland and Sergio thank you for all you do. We drove three hours to this dealership after searching for months for the car we wanted.. the day we got there it was raining and our salesman Quin was very professional and personable he is as good as they come. He was so helpful and went out of his way to make sure that we saw every vehicle we wanted to look at. He stayed in constant contact with us through the whole purchse even a week after we took delivery he still followed up with us to see how we liked the car and how we were doing. We were NEVER pressured to buy a certain car or to get something that we didn't want. When we get out next car they will be our first choice.. My only suggestion is when the car is delivered to your home request a truck and not for it to be driven.

Brought in my 2013 Cadillac SRX to replace the transmission. During the process they damaged my exhaust flex pipe. After contacting the service manager in resolving the issue with the flex pipe, he informed me that they would not cover the cost of the repair to the damage that they caused saying it would be $1,100 to fix. I've never been treated so poorly in my life in any place and I did not expect this of a Cadillac dealership. you spend $55,000 on a Cadillac you expect some level of customer service and Hennessy Cadillac service manager did not give me any. I do not recommend this service center for anyone because of anything goes awry during the fix it seems that their policy is to not fix it but to charge you for stuff that did not have any problems prior to the repair

Matt was great. He assisted me with my helping the shop Foreman who was Phenomenal as well understand the issue I was having with my transmission. It started off a little bumpy at first as they could not locate my warranty, which ended up being labeled under “Certified Pre-Owned”. Once we got past that, everything was smooth. I got a loaner car and was able to pick my car up the next day. I hope to continue to receive this type of service every time I visit. During these tough times customer service has definitely fallen by the wayside and it’s always refreshing dealing with pleasant and non disgruntled people.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. They are rude, and try and rush you out the door. I have a warranty claim and yet to be resolved. I will never go there again or refer anyone there. Called classic Cadillac and what a difference. I’d rather drive 45 minutes longer than to deal with these people again!! Update I called to speak with the gentleman that responded to my review, and no one knew who I was talking about. Seems like a generic response. Anyway my wife took the car to capital Cadillac today, and within 45 minutes they said they were going to replace the tail lights under warranty and had them in stock. Please remember Hennessy told me a regional manager needed to look at the and that they couldn’t use there tail lights that were in stock that they had to order them from factory cause of it being a warranty claim. I asked could they not use there’s in stock they said no!! This went on 3 weeks and 2 visits no resolution. Fast forward to capital Cadillac and problem resolved all in 1 visit. Again that’s what customer service is supposed to be like. Hennessy could take notes!!! Agin stay clear of this place they could care less about there customer!!

Great service! Our Sales Representative was Ms Roxana. She took care of our choices and need with respect and professionalism. She was knowledgeable enough to explain features and suggest alternatives. And eventually we bought our new XT6 from them. my initial visit to Hennessy Cadillac was full of apprehension. I Purchased my car at another dealership so I was concerned about bringing it to Hennessey for servicing as well as there may be some unknowns. From the moment I arrived there I was treated with courtesy and respect which relieved some tension. Then Curtis explained everything to me and I exhaled. I really appreciated the time Curtis spent with me as well as the text messages keeping me updated as to the status of my car. If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Brittany Brown made our experience here one ill never forget. She actually joked around with my son and gave him snacks and juice boxes & made him so comfortable. She was actually interested in listening to what we had to say about running credit & down payments & running things by her manager. The finance guy (Sergio, i think) did literally everything in his power to make sure we walked out owners of the car we were interested in! I highly recommend this dealership to everyone!

On July 26 we took our 2014 Cadillac ELR to Hennessy Cadillac to get looked at. The vehicle was having issues charging. We tried calling them multiple times throughout the week and were informed that we would get a call back but never did. I personally went to the dealership twice, on August 3rd & August 6, so that I could get an update as we were tired of getting the runaround on the phone and not receiving a call back. When we dropped the car off, the first person to help was Matt Cowart. I assumed he was our service adviser when I went back on August 3rd to get an update on our vehicle. I waited for him for about 10 minutes. Once he was able to see me, he informed me that Walter Veras was in charge of my case so again had to wait another 10 minutes to receive help. Once I got to Walter, he informed me that they were still trying to figure out what was wrong with the vehicle. At this point the vehicle had already been there for over a week and we have yet to receive an answer. Rob talked to them to get an update. They informed him that they thought they had figured out what the issue was. They advised us to update the system in the vehicle but in doing so it would cost us $400. They guaranteed that it would fix the issue so we agreed only on the condition that it would, in fact, fix the issue with the vehicle. After the vehicle had already been there for two weeks, on August 6, they informed us that we needed to take another Charging Station as they did not have one for the vehicle. You can imagine my surprise that Cadillac Henessy, a huge dealership, did not have another charger to test out on our vehicle. I went to drop off another charging station for them to use. Rob spoke with them again for an update on the vehicle. That is when we were informed that the update did not do anything, which they guaranteed would fix the issue with the vehicle. They suggested we move on to do other services on the vehicle in hopes that it would fix the issue. These services total an estimated cost of $5,000! We were understandably upset as they informed us that the $400 would fix the issues when it did not. The only reason we agreed to the service was because they guaranteed that our vehicle would be fixed. Walter stated that they never guaranteed that the service would fix the issue. They informed us that their calls were recorded, as it stated that as soon as you call in, but when we asked them to produce a copy of the call where they stated they never guaranteed the update would work, they failed to do so. Our vehicle was there for over 3 weeks before we got an actual answer from them. We believe that it is overly justified that we are not charged due to the amount of time the vehicle has been there and the issues we encountered with your dealership. We are looking forward to a response within 24 hrs to avoid further action with their dealership.

At first, I thought this place was amazing. It was an easy car buying experience. No, I didn’t buy a Cadillac from them and didn’t spend a lot of money compared to their other cars. I did spend money on extra added safety features. Bought the car the end of January and I STILL can’t get any paperwork saying what I bought and who from ( aftermarket company did it). I have emailed and called multiple times and spoken to the after market company that directed me back to Hennessy. Early last week I got a call from the GM and here we are Friday the following week and still no other word. Just as an FYI, I got the blind spot monitor added to my car and asked if it was on the mirrors. I was told yes. It isn’t. It is two buttons inside the car that light up and beep. **I will give Hennessy props for finally getting me the info I needed and being professional. **

The worst experience in history of car dealerships. After all the below explanations now even the GM of the store is not answering my calls. Hello Jones, I hoped it would not come to this, but I am reaching out to you as a last resort before reaching out to General Motors directly. Every single department in your team failed miserably regarding my visit to Henessy Cadillac. I was there buying not one but 2 Cadillacs and the service I received was very bad. Your sales team conveniently forgot to give me a GM Supplier discount even though I specifically asked for it. Your sales rep mentioned very firmly that you did not do any deals like that, which is not true as I have account information from the General Motors website itself which says otherwise. I am eligible for GM supplier discount as you can see below. I had the details in email, don’t wanna share it online. Your finance team sent the check to my previous lender the settlement check 1 month late, that too only after I called Ally 4 times and got things straightened out. I bought a brand new XT6 and XT4, and in case of XT4 there were issues with paint damages as well as other minor things which your sales team completely denied even after we brought it to their attention literally 2 days after. I have called your sales team, your sales manager about 25 times at least left multiple voicemails and I have yet to receive one phone call back. This is absolutely a mess and I hope you can sort things out for me.

After a rocky initial visit with a different sales consultant, I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Daniel Roland (internet sales) and Donald Wooten. Don stayed late on a Thursday night, well past close, to ensure we had a smooth sales process. He went up and beyond to make sure we had a good understanding of all the vehicles features and even took the time to take a family photo with the new ride. I wanted to trade my 2021 Subaru Touring for a 2013 $18,200 Cadillac. I was made to feel like a criminal over my actual "good" credit rating. Long ago financial mistakes were thrown in my face, and I was treated like an irresponsible, terrible person. I was trading a brand-new car for a much older one to have a lower payment. I was given a payment almost as high as my Subaru payment, $460, instead of their advertised a little over $200 payment. I was supposed to be called back to try to finalize my used car, and possibly work something out, but Chris in Finance didn't want to be bothered with me, and he had made the payment so high that is was discriminatory and totally unfair. He never called me back as promised. I had told my salesperson Roland, who earnestly tried very hard to make this happen, about this. Chris was the massive, unwilling, stumbling block and was determined not to allow me to buy this used car. I will never forget his disgusting, awful treatment of me! VERY unprofessional and unseemly. Beware of this person. He is uncaring and extremely biased. I am 82 years old, and this was totally discriminatory and biased. I will never forget this awful treatment . Another thing: it also boiled down for m-o-n-e-y for old Chris, who doesn't give a damn about customers.

Best buying experience ever. I live in Jacksonville Florida and they did everything over the phone and delivered the car to my home 4.5 hours away. They even made the deal I wanted on my first offer. I spent 12 years in the car business managing for major car dealerships so I know exactly what is possible when negotiating. The sales manager Dorian had no idea that I had the knowledge that I have which impressed me more than anything. Normally I have to tell the dealership that I know all the games they are playing in order to get them to stop and just make the deal. This was awesome. My suspension was riding horribly, and I had been told previously that nothing could be done, I called in and spoke with the manager Mr. Lloyd Leget and he let me know that he would do everything possible to return my vehicle to its previous ride quality. He connected me with Matt who was extremely professional, and I even took a ride with the shop foreman Marvin who's been servicing vehicles for over 30 years. It's not very often you ever see the foreman, let alone have him personally see if he can solve the issue for you. My Cadillac now glides like American excellence, and I am beyond content. I purchased a used vehicle from Hennessy Cadillac two weeks ago. I came to the dealership after searching multiple independent used car dealers in the city. After growing frustrated with the quality of the vehicles being offered and disappointed in the customer experience I decided to head to the franchise store. I knew that I would end up paying more money for my car but I assumed that I would get treated a lot better and the quality of the inventory would be much better being offered from Hennessy Cadillac versus the average independent use dealer in the city. The Tahoe that I purchased from them was one of the most expensive 2013 Tahoe’s in the city. The salesman as well as one of the sales managers that I met during the sales process told me how well taken care of the car was. It has been through Their shop and it was ready to go. Less than Two weeks after purchasing my car the check engine light came on. I got the check engine light diagnosed and was told I needed to replace the O2 sensors.Being that I just purchased a car That the dealer told me was in great shape as he justified the sales price I called my salesman and told him I was having a problem already. I asked for some assistance.....I had just given them $11,000 cash as a down payment and I am a man of modest means so a repair so soon was frightening. I asked if maybe they would cover the labor if I would buy the parts the salesman told me he would check and call me back. Well I missed Mr. Holloways call but when I checked my message I was very shocked I had a message on my phone telling me that I could go find a part myself cheaper If I did not want to pay the dealer prices but that was all he could do for me Now this is the same salesman that called me twice asking me to activate On Star so he could get a commission even though I told him I wasn’t interested in the product and it’s the same salesman that emailed me and text me multiple times trying to purchase the wheels and suspension that were on my truck because I told him during the sales process that I did not want them but now all the same person could do for me is tell me to go find a part cheaper myself. I’m very disappointed and I will never purchase at Hennessy Cadillac again. Update: 11/18 no one from Hennessy has reached out to say they care about my experience. The message from the owner saying someone would look into my complaint and contact me was just an auto reply ... no follow up from the dealership. I guess they have my money so who cares Update as of 12/15/20 - NO one from the dealer ever contacted me. No phone call, text, or email They really do not care about the clients they mistreat. They do so much sales I guess they don’t have to care. Well just beware of their used car sales. You are on your own once you drive off the lot.

Service Dept- Miss Diagnosed my Platinum Escalade. Over Quoted the repair. Costed me Thousands and still same issue. When I asked to speak to Service Manager Loyd, he Embarrassed me in front of his entire service Dept. and said “he didn’t have time to talk, nor have time to make an appointment for future to discuss” his tone was Loud and Body language aggressive. I was in shock and embarrassed because his employees and customers were present. This is how this service department treats a client who purchases a vehicle with a sticker price of almost $100,000. Absolutely disgusted. I will eat the $2000.00 I lost due to dealing with this location. I will be bringing my vehicle to another Cadillac Dealer where they treat their clients with dignity. I won’t step foot here ever again, not even to get an oil change and purchase from another dealer as well. Loyd the Service manager should seek counceling for anger management. AWESOME experience here at Hennessy Cadillac. I drove an hour from my home just to see a particular vehicle. Irving came out on the lot to help us and made the experience great from the start (no pressuring, nor did I feel rushed). I appreciated that he talked me through the process and was transparent about pricing BEFORE he even ran my credit. He and the finance manager Khaled did a great job with getting everything to a great price that made sense. The appraiser manager (I believe his name was Matt) was nice and fair with my trade-in value. They washed my car and even topped me off when I had to drive back to the dealership from my home an hour away for something. Even Karen the receptionist was so nice! Overall, I'll be going back and would highly recommend Irving and the team for your next car!

It appeared service was great BUT when I bought car in June 2020, there was no window washer fluid, drove me nuts when I needed it. I specifically asked to have filled when I made appt and when I brought in for service. He says they would take care of it. It's been raining the past week and guess what--NO window cleaning solution!!! Hence the 3 stars!

Brought my car for a diagnosis. They mis diagnosed my problem costing me Thousands. They said it was my rear Differential. Over quoted me. The Service Manager Loyd was explosive and rude to me & by this point I decided to go to another dealership. At the new dealership they found out my front differential was the problem not the rear like they said. The front differential went bad after Hennessy themselves installed my front axle. My vehicle is a Platinum Escalade very well maintained. With that said the Service Center caused the problem on my Caddy, Loyd the manager has explosive anger issues and costed me Thousands on buying a rear end...just to find out it was the front end. Complete waste of time and energy. Also the manager that replies to these reviews never actually speaks to you at all. Still waiting.. But let's talk about the Awsome service I got at Classic Cadillac in Dunwoody. They actually brought a 2020 loaner to my job and swapped me out. My job is 45 minutes away from their location. They repaired my Caddy and complimented me on how pristine I kept it. The repair was Significantly less than Hennessy. Handed my Platinum back to me detailed clean a week later. Problem fixed and they were nice. Were talking about a vehicle that is almost $100,000 here. Still can't believe the first time I ever spoke to Loyd (service manager) in person he shouted at me and was explosivly rude. Buyers Beware. Buy where they give excellent service. It is worth driving to another dealership than to put up with things like this. Save money, time and dignity.

Hennessy Cadillac has a very dishonest finance team. There is a lack of communication between the sales team and the finance team. We were ready to purchase our Escalade in full, but was told by the sales team we did not need a certified check. At the time of purchase, we were told that we now all of a sudden needed a certified check. Which was impossible because it was on a Saturday. The finance team CONNED us to financing the car, assuring that we can easily pay it off the next business day, Monday. Finance assured us it was only a day of interest - no problem. We had even voiced our concern about interest accruing because we wanted to purchase the vehicle paid in full. It actually took an entire week before we could pay off our vehicle, with interest accruing everyday. During that time, I reached out to the finance team with little help except an email telling me to just call SunTrust. Considering that Hennessy Cadillac has done many financial deals besides ours, they should've known it takes SunTrust more than a day to process our paperwork. So what they told us was a complete LIE. When we called SunTrust, we were told it takes 10 days to 2 weeks for paperwork to be processed and they don't even know why we were told one business day. I left two voicemails with the GM and he did not call me back. The only help I've got is from Cadillac Customer Care. This is our first experience purchasing from a Cadillac dealership, and we are so disappointed with their poor customer service and dishonest finance team. The only thing Hennessy Cadillac has going for them is a decent selection. Kind of wished we would've purchased a similar vehicle from a different, more honest dealership. If I was General Motors, I would be ashamed of Hennessy Cadillac representing their brand.

Marcelin Holloway was very down to earth and straight up. He made buying the truck of my dreams a reality. In August 2019, I purchased a certified preowned vehicle from Hennessy Cadillac in Duluth. From day one, I had problems. I had to take the vehicle back twice within three weeks. Additionally, In 1.5 years, I've had three parts replaced that went bad, AND I've had transmission problems. The transmission shifts hard between 1st and 2nd gear, and the dealership neglected to apprise me of this situation. There are numerous class action lawsuits regarding transmissions in 2016-2017 Escalades. My salesperson did not mention these issues when I purchased the vehicle in August 2019. Had this issued been mentioned, I would have purchased a 2019 or 2020 vehicle. Additionally, no one told me that the phone charger was only for iPhone 6 and 8 models. Had this issue been brought to my attention, I would have purchased an upgrade to ensure I had a working charger for my iPhone 10. Further, the service manager, Llyod Legrettee, is extremely rude. In two encounters with him, he was very defensive and combative. The first time I experienced Llyod's rudeness was after returning my vehicle twice within two weeks because his service department failed to ensure the vehicle was properly serviced and reconditioned. I would not recommend this dealership because their customer service does not extend beyond the initial sales experience. Further, they sell vehicles without properly notified customers of potential problems.

I believe the pictures speak for themselves. But my experience with this dealership is not good. We purchased an Escalade from them nearly 2 months ago. Our Cadillac Cue touchscreen has never worked since owning the car, not horrible but not enjoyable. Fast forward a couple weeks and there’s a new horribly scary grinding noise that occurred while on the interstate and persisted. We decided to check the brake pads and rotors. And wow! Pretty ridiculous for a nearly 50k car!! It also still has the upper and lower control arms that were RECALLED. So it was sold to us with an active recall, no touchscreen, and now the brakes are metal on metal in the rear. They need to be actually performing those 120pt inspections!! They would have caught all of the issues BEFORE selling it to a busy family of 5! And the long list of add-ons at the end of the transaction just puts a sour taste in someone’s mouth!! Especially when they were more concerned about collecting their $1300 for “RESIST -ALL” being applied (super sloppily too and stained the interior), than the safety of the vehicle itself. Sad is what it is! Give your business to a more trust worthy dealership!

Sometimes you don't have any choice but to take your vehicle to the dealer, especially regarding engine problems. I knew I was expecting a huge bill, but I didn't want to take a chance of having to take the car to be fixed to a local shop. It was costly, but after being serviced, it ran like new. I'm talking about a 2014 SRX. I appreciate Mr. Walter Veras for explaining the services needed and the options I had in detail. I knew this appointment would be an all-day thing, so I brought my laptop to do work-related stuff. I mentioned to Walter for the lack of accommodations for customers, like me waiting a very long time to get their car service, an area for business professionals. I'm surprised that such a "luxury" dealer has not updated their accommodations. Even my Mavis Tires have workstations. Walter understood and offered me to use one of the showroom salesperson desks with use.

12-19-2020 Hennessy Cadillac dealership is as good as any I've dealt with in my lifetime (I'm 65). I do have one complaint that cost me money. When I inquired to my sales person if the selling price could be reduced he said he could only waive the $717 dealer doc fees. So on the initial paperwork it showed the original asking price and then a 2nd line showed a discount of $717. He did however mention we would have to discuss this with the finance manager ... and so we moved forward. When we met for final paperwork and signing at finance office we did not get any discount off the asking price! They added the doc fees of $717 then showed a discount of the $717 which is a NET-ZERO effect to the asking price. They kept telling me this was my discount on the sale! In fact their web site clearly indicates the doc fees are 'already included' in the asking price unless otherwise stated which was not stated not included for this particular vehicle. I argued and stated my case and that point about it for 15 minutes and got nowhere with the finance person. In the end I gave up and bought the vehicle at the asking price only because I did very much like it and had searched for one like it for a while. I almost wanted to just walk away. I feel I was not treated correctly and would have preferred to have been told from the beginning there was no lee-way to reduce the asking price.

This would be my second review for Hennessy Cadillac cause I made my first one in haste without getting thru the whole experience with them. The reason I am giving them 2 stars is for their lack of customer service support and just being plan rude! I had called the manager of the dealership about an issue I had where I was told twice by an employee there something that they not only didn’t do as they said but tried to get over on my when it came to the price of trade in and buy of my car. Watch and make sure to double and even triple check your paperwork there. But I left messages on voice mail email and with people at the dealership to have the manager please call me back. Can you believe he has still to this day contacted me and I bought my car there in January 2019! You would think that when you spend the amount of money that we do buying cars like this that you would at least be treated fairly and not just being plan rude to! I traded a new Lexus LS500 with 4000 miles on it for my Cadillac which I love. But the difference of how I was treated at the Lexus dealership compared to this Cadillac dealership almost makes me wish I had kept my Lexus!!!

We drove from Knoxville, TN to purchase our new Escalade. Lance Ross and Robert Barnes made the entire process almost effortless, handling almost everything online or by text...no more spending the day at the dealership. We reached out, told them what we were looking for, reached a deal within a couple texts, and we were off to pick up our new Caddy. Consumer alert: If you buy a new Cadillac there will be some GM locations that will not work on Warranty items and several Cadillac dealerships has closed. I was told today by Cadillac, the hopes of going full electric by 2025 and because of this, some GM dealerships are not required to work on Cadillacs' if it is covered by warranty unless you want to pay out of pocket. I was not told this before buying and actually was told that any GM dealership would accept the Cadillac.

Saturday was my first time purchasing a vehicle from Hennessy and it was such a pleasant experience! I was dreading going to look at cars but Marvin and Mike Allen made it an easy and enjoyable experience for my husband and I. Mike was not a typical pushy salesman and was very patient with me as I asked to look at several cars. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase any of the vehicles either. Marvin made sure to have all our paperwork done as quickly as possible and the financing portion of buying the care took all of five minutes. I ended up order floor mats for my vehicle as well and Mike even offered to drop them off at our house if we couldn't came back and get them. I am very impressed with the quality of service we received.

Highly recommend Hennessy Cadillac! Marcelin was my awesome salesman. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and punctual on responses to all of my crazy questions via text and email. He’s quite humorous too! He made sure to go above and beyond what was asked of him. Chip was the first finance person I met and was very pleasantly work with. It was very late when he was working the numbers of my deal and did not make me feel rushed at all. The deal needed to be finished the next day (which was chip’s day off) so the deal was wrapped up by Chris. Chris really took extra time explaining everything perfectly for me. He made sure to go through the extended warranty and showed examples of what he was explaining. There was no beating around the bush. Chris was very straight forward and honest which we appreciate very much. We had a great experience here and would definitely consider purchasing another vehicle through them.

Overall we are very happy with the used Cadillac we bought. It’s beautiful and came as described. My only issue was when we first showed interest and asked for an out the door price, lots of “extras” were added on. I wasn’t a fan of that. But the sales woman and sales manager were great and we worked it out in the end. We live in the florida panhandle, so most of our interactions were via phone or email and they were very accommodating.

My wife and I enjoyed working with Carl and Nigel. They both made our car buying experience a pleasant one. They were awesome. We drove more than 2 hours to purchase a vehicle at Hennessy because of the success we've had buying cars in Atlanta in the past. Mostly I'm happy with my purchase however I'm still having issues with the Check Engine Light. The service department guy said it was probably bad fuel because the car had been sitting for a while. He said if it came on again to take it to my local dealer to get it resolved. Not really what I wanted to hear but I had already spent a good portion of the day there and had a 2 hour drive ahead of me. Well it came on again before I got home. This vehicle had been at your dealership for a few months and I believe this may have been an ongoing issue but was not addressed properly and not disclosed prior to my purchase. It will be an inconvenience for me to take time out of my day and from work to have this issue resolved at my local dealership. Not what I expected after paying more than $30.000 for a vehicle from a reputable dealership.

I had a great buying experience at Hennessy Cadillac. Everyone there seemed nice, but ask for Marcelin. Probably one of the better salesman I’ve ever worked with. I was leaving town that afternoon and wasn’t sure I had time for the hours long dealership experience. Marcelin had me out of there in just a few hours and without all the games. He even followed me home (45 minutes away) in my new to me car so I could get on with my trip.

The staff at Hennessy Cadillac is great. Especially Walter. I began to have problems with my car on my birthday. I took my car by the Service Shop to have it looked at. As soon as Walter found out that it was my birthday he immediately told me to get my insurance card so he could get me out of there In a loaner. He said I'm not going to let you spend your birthday at the shop. I was out of there in 15 minutes. Now that's Service

Great place to buy a car. There was no pressure just options. Salesman Steve was very helpful patient and polite. If you buy a car from them I recommend this man. The only thing is make sure that your temp tag doesn't fall off your vehicle. Mine fell off and when I called to inform I was told somebody will call me back, nobody did. So I communicated directly with Steve about on hr later and he resolved my issue.

Hennessy Cadillac listed a super clean Bmw that they took in trade. The car was very low mileage and mint. I contacted Felicia and flew in 2 days later. She was not only excellent at her vocation, she’s genuine and a pleasure to deal with. Moved on the finance and worked with Chib. Super cool guy and easy to deal with. No hard sell at all. They had me in the car driving back to Florida within 3 hours. I’m extremely impressed with the dealership and would recommend them to anyone.

We lost our dad in August of 2020 and he always wanted a Caddi! He planned to trade his Lexus in for one but life had other plans.. Unbeknownst to me, my oldest brother traded his car in for a 2020 Caddi in honor of him… I guess he feels the need to carry on Dad’s wishes on that end which touched me.. my brothers wasn’t a Caddi person but now is in LOVE with his Premium lux Caddi lol… I needed a larger SUV and he suggested a XT4 but the 5 was more of my lane so yeah… this was my personal introduction into the Cadillac fam… Irving Cantave, my sales person was great and so was the finance manager! The customer service and togetherness of the staff was awesome to sit back and experience. Everyone was so positive and thoughtful And they spoke and acknowledged me and other customers as they moved around the facility which is MAJOR to me. I’m all about customer service. I’m not real patient so to say I was in and out and totally unbothered by my time there tells you they moved fast And the atmosphere was just so peaceful and positive mixed with some humor as the end of the day drew nearer. I’d stopped by the night before minutes before they closed and looked a vehicle knowing which one I wanted, I submitted my app the next morning.. I was in the area that afternoon so I decided to stop by and check the status… I was literally in and out in a couple of hours with my new 2020 Cadillac with a great interest rate. I’d definitely recommend.. trying to get my brother and mom in a new car soon so we will be seeing Irving again hopefully sooner than Lord willing!! Thanks Hennessy Cadillac!

I had been going back and forth to Hennessy Cadillac since I moved to Georgia about a year ago for oil changes on my 2017- xt5. They always had great customer service but I believe they have out done themselves. I want to first acknowledge my salesman Marcelin Holloway and David Bacchus. They did a fantastic job. David reached out to me to get me to come in based on an inquiry I did online. Very nice on the phone. Once I arrived at the dealership, I ended up going on the test drive with Marcelin. He was very knowledgeable about the xt6. I had no preference on outside color but I did wanted brown seats. So he suggested one that he thought would be perfect for me. He pulled up the car and we went on a test drive. It was nice to go on a test drive with someone like my self, a car enthusiast. A person that knows a lot about cars. He also assisted me at the end with setting up feature. Katy Franks the finance manager was helpful with letting me know what discounts and incentives were available for me. The GM Marion Woodmore is the MAN! He was one at the end who took the last shot and help to make the sale. Chib the business manager did a good job with the paper work and getting me out of there fast. Everyone I came in contact with made my experience great. I definitely recommend this dealership.

We recently purchased a 2020 GMC Yukon from Hennessy Cadillac. It was an exceptional buying experience. Our sales consultant, Reginald Batts, was outstanding. We were looking for a unicorn when we met with Lance Ross. Initially we test drove a vehicle but weren’t happy with the mileage. For weeks Lance contacted us letting us know every time something he had available that matched what we were looking for. Finally on 1/18 we came to see our potential unicorn and it was more than we were expecting. He negotiated like crazy for us and truly made our car buying experience the best. 5 stars truly isn’t enough for him. If you want a salesman who has your best interest at heart and will not pressure you into buying something just for commission I highly recommend Lance. Nigel in financing was the one to close the deal. We came in with pre approved financing and Nigel was able to get us better terms. Nigel is absolutely hilarious and has a way with relaxing customers in a very stressful part of car buying. Katie- an absolute doll! She made sure any cosmetic issues were ordered to be fixed and always answered any concerns or questions we had. Over all the experience and staff were all amazing at Hennessy Cadillac and we look forward to doing business with them in the future!

Issac as well as the whole management team were absolutely phenomenal! They were very welcoming and accommodating. I knew what I wanted when I walked in the door and Issac made it happen! I was never pressured into anything! I called before I got there to make sure my car was available, Issac immediately pulled the car up and shot a video to let me know that it was in fact there. I walked in I was greeted, Issac introduced himself and within minutes the GM came over to introduce himself. By the time we got back from my test drive, we were treated like family! I explained that I was in a time crunch and I couldn't be at the dealership all day. They made it happen for me, they were quick, they were friendly, and never once made me feel like they were rushing me. All of my paperwork was completed quickly. My car was detailed and super clean and ready to go the moment I came out of finance. I can't say enough about the customer service I was provided! So, when you need a car, holla at my boy Issac! We ordered a 2021 Escalade with a $2500 deposit in December 2020 from Hennessy in Atlanta, GA @hennessycadillac. The vehicle came in June 2021 but didn’t have any of the options we specified. We were given the run around as to why the car wasn’t built to specification. We were then told they would try to intercept another vehicle in construction and “make it ours”. We have called and emailed multiple times, and again we get a run around how they are “working on it”. Well now it’s nearly August—we have no vehicle and no one has communicated anything—every line of communication has been initiated by US! Such a disappointment to us and a disgrace to the brand @cadillac. We specifically worked with Reggie Batts and Josh Jones

Donald Wooten, was an excellent salesman. He was very persistent in getting our deal done at the rate we wanted. He also made sure we were comfortable during the car buying process. He also gave us a loaner during the time, our car was being serviced for delivery. We are very pleased with him.. Now I must update my review!! On August 29, we purchased a car, we were not given a loaner as promised. We had to drive back to the dealership on Sept. 3 to get a loaner, which is an hour and 10 minute drive for us. There was no communication to when the car would be ready, I left over 10 messages for the General Manager and Sales Manger about the car. Then on Sept.12 th Donald called you say the car was headed to my home. I in turn had to get home quickly to receive the car. If that wasn’t a mess the car had damage that wasn’t there when we purchased it, it was filthy and to say the least it had not been serviced. I in turned reached out once again and got no where. I then took off again and took the car back to service on 9/14, the car was taken into service by Paul the advisor. We also met with Dorian Sales Manger to show him the broken things, the items that were missing and the mess within the car. At that time he had Donald order the missing items. We left the car again to have it serviced. The car was returned to us on 9/21, with the missing items. But still no repairs had been performed. After speaking to Dorian about the issue, he promised to call back in 30 minutes on 9/21, but no response to date. We have since gotten fed up with the dealership. We haven taken our car too another Cadillac dealership, who is now performing the repairs. To add insult to injury we received a notice in the mail saying we need to bring the car back too Hennessy to have the emissions done. Wow!! Can’t believe this whole situation. This dealership has the worst customer service and communication I have encountered. I will not and do not recommend Hennessy in Duluth. I will also reach out to General Motors...

There were 4 issues I had when purchasing a vehicle from this dealership in October 2020. I purchased an SUV with under 50,000 miles. #1 - The original car I made an appointment to test drive was sold 12 hours before my appointment, but the salesperson claimed they didn’t know this until I showed up for the appointment and the keys were missing. He and the sales manager apologized and she mentioned that she didn’t want my husband and I to think they did a “bait and switch,” which seemed like a comment only someone with a guilty conscience makes because we never alluded to suspecting that that was the case. #2 - The dealership was completely disorganized when scheduling simple repairs that were contingent upon the sale. There were a few cosmetic things that needed fixing on the car in order for me to agree to buy it. For example, interior leather that had come loose and needed to be sewn, stains on the seats, and the like. After dropping off the car to have the work done and waiting a few days, I was told to come retrieve my vehicle because the work was completed. I arrived to pick up my vehicle and only 1 of 5 things the dealer agreed to was correctly fixed. No one did a walk-through of my vehicle to ensure the work was completed and furthermore no one was apologetic that I had driven 40 miles to come pick up a car that wasn’t ready. My salesperson told me he would oversee the fixes and he did absolutely nothing to facilitate the process and ensure it went smoothly. In fact, I had to do 3 separate walk throughs with 3 different people to let them know what needed to be fixed. #3 - Post-sale, it was impossible to get a call back from the finance department to provide information about the warranty extension that’s applied to all CPO vehicles. The original bumper to bumper warranty is extended for one additional year past the 50K miles/4-year expiration. I wanted some documentation of this which was not provided upon purchase. After numerous calls, leaving messages etc. over a 5-week period, no one from the dealership contacted me or provided the documentation. When I spoke to my sales rep, he told me the finance dept. handles that type of request and refused to assist me at all even though I told him how much difficulty I was having getting a response. #4 - They told me my tags would be mailed to me, but that wasn’t true. I clarified this several times during the purchase and in the next few weeks afterward I had not received my tags yet. Within a week of the temp tags expiration I called the dealership to ask when I might receive the tags. They told me to call the tag office and refused to look into anything on their end. I called the tag office and found out the dealer had not applied for the tags because they had not done the emissions inspection. According to the tag office, the dealership should not have sold me the car without the emissions inspection being complete. Even still, seems simple that they could have told me the process from the beginning rather than mislead me into thinking my tags would be mailed to me and that emissions were completed. This dealership’s lack of process places undue burden on the consumer to ensure details are not missed. The salesperson did not handle the sale with car. Once they had my check, all customer service screeched to a halt. I do not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. The only positive is that they took my trade-in at a higher value than what I expected.

Met with Curtis service was completely terrible! One week before a follow-up call had to call them for an update on my vehicle!! Brought my vehicle in with no brake lights left with no brake lights $374 out of pocket completely unacceptable!

I spent half the day searching various car brands and making appointments with dealers to test drive and explore my trade-in options. But, I just wasn’t sure of what I wanted, nothing I was searching for seemed to be the right fit, and I wasn’t sure if our trade-in options were fair. Until, I walked into Hennessy Cadillac of Duluth. The atmosphere was immediately different from my other experiences that day. After a friendly greeting I was paired with an awesome sales consultant, Marlene Topping. My 5 year old daughter and I were offered refreshments (which she was thrilled about). And after giving Marlene a few basic ideas of what I was looking for, we had narrowed down the perfect car for me in a matter of moments. I really felt like she dutifully considered my requests and was determined to find something that met all my needs (even the silly ones). She wasted no time figuring out how she can give me the best options for my trade-in and for financing. I felt very taken care of from the beginning to the end. I feel so appreciative of Marlene and the rest of the team at Hennessy for taking the pain out of car buying. It was an easy and calm experience the entire time. Want to give a HUGE shout out to Marcelin Holloway at Hennessy for his superb professionalism and tenacity for going the extra mile in the purchase of our new car. The staff is great. My service advisor was Matt and he met every need and concern I had about my vehicle. He went over everything that they were going to do and informed me every step of the way how the progress was going. The lounge is nice and comfortable as well. Great experience - purchased a used Honda Accord for my daughter here that was the cleanest car I could find. Runs great and tires aligned, and Hennessy made sure the car was close to perfect inside and out. My sales person, Joe Fuoco, did a great job and made me feel like family. I've bought a lot of cars from VW to Honda to GM - Joe and team made this probably the best experience to date. Finance guy was also cool and made the process smooth. I will look at Hennessy for my next car and keep them in mind during my search. They even just called me again even over a month after the sale to make sure everything was going ok.

We were about 500 miles from home we had just had our car serviced at our local dealer they told us it was fine but car started malfunctioning and we reached Hennessy Cadillac and Shannon Moore was very helpful and listened to our problems and diagnosed it and had it repaired in one day and even gave us a loaner car my wife was in intensive care in the hospital in Atlanta and it took a lot of worried off of us. He is to be commended for his help and should receive a bonus

This was such a wonderful experience. I did know of the integrity of Hennessy and went out of my way to make my purchase from them. I have purchased many cars from other sources but Marlene and the sales team went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. My service experience was fantastic! Matt always takes great care of me anytime I need to bring my car in. I told Matt the issue, he noted it, and then we both sat in my car to replicate the issue that I was having. My car was ready the next day, and I really enjoyed driving the brand new loaner CT6. Purchased a used vehicle from Jackson on Saturday. He was wonderful to work with and extremely accessible. Darwin, who was one of the managers, ensured that the process went well the entire time. Luke in financing was very knowledgeable in what our best financing options were. I only wish the process could have gone a little faster (especially with the likes of Carvana these days) but that is no representation of the people here. I do believe that by buying the vehicle in a traditional sense, I received a vehicle that is backed by a Hennessy Cadillac promise (if that’s even a thing?) I even had a small issue and brought the vehicle back up this morning and everyone was extremely helpful. David in the service department worked hard to fit me in unexpectedly and made arrangements to make sure I was taken care of. These people treat you like you are their daughter, sister, mother, etc. and I feel confident that I bought a good vehicle. When we get ready to buy our dream Cadillac, it will be here at Hennessy. My family of 6 were treated well and purchased our vehicle here. The staff and service is top notch. Carlos did an amazing job in sales. He listened to all of my requirements in a luxury SUV. Nigel was extremely instrumental in making sure that we had approval and proper coverage for our Escalade. Please keep him there forever. Mike also made sure that we were set up with On Star and activated before we pulled out of the parking lot. Roxanne spoke to me several times via phone and in person to make sure my trade was handled and that we were taken care of from start to finish. This dealership is fantastic! They have a great selection of top quality cars. I was interested in probably the oldest car on their lot (2013) and they still treated me like I was buying a $70k vehicle. Mike and David were excellent! They took their time answering any question I had and made sure I was fully comfortable with my CTS coupe. They even helped with my children during the process! After dealing with several different dealerships during this buying process, I can honestly say that their customer service made the difference! I drove 2 hours to get to them because they DESERVED my business! Highly recommend!
