I recently purchased a home in North Carolina. Phoenix Nguyen, my loan originator, was such a great help. My home-buying process was extensive but Phoenix and her team were very patient and they checked in with me frequently to help out with the paperwork. She took time to explain, as I had million questions for my very first home buying. My real estate agent complimented both loan originator and the lender were very efficient to work with. The loan paper package was straight to the point and condensed. One thing I’d suggest is to have one representative to contact client or introduce which representative(s) would contact. During the process, I have received many Loan Factory calls from different numbers, I was extremely hesitated to pick up. Loan paperwork has personal information related to bank account and social security, it’s a high risk to tell people if one of these numbers is scam/fraud. Overall, I absolutely enjoyed doing business with Loan Factory, especially Phoenix Nguyen. I have recommended several of my friends to reach out to these folks for their real estate hunt.

I shopped around for my first home and Loan factory has the best rate hands down. They got me 2.85% loan, which is far better than anyone else. I recommend loan officer Tuan Tran, who is highly professional and very responsive. He always answers the phone quick, which make process painless and less scary. You guys are phenomenal. Hopefully I can do more deals with Loan factory in future.

As a first home buyer, there are a lot of confusion regarding the loan processes. Sometimes I felt I didn't know what are the right questions to ask. As a first home buyer, there were many things that we did not know much about in the closing process. We were fortunate when working with Tuan Tran and his team to close our very first house. Also, we would like to mention Huy Ngo and his team that forwarded our case to Tuan Tran. We had within a month to close our loan before closing and Phoenix was able to close it for us. Very responsive and quick. Lender is Rocket Mortgage and they too are quick with closing loans within short amount of time. Phoenix was very responsive and always communicated with me throughout the process. I personally was worried about not closing on time, but Phoenix told me to not worry and that she will take care of everything so I put my trust on her and she was able to pull it off. Plus they offer very good rates and I was able to have a flexible monthly payment due to not paying escrow, but have to pay it on a yearly base which is better for me. All in all, if you want fast and quick, competitive rates, and a company you can trust, this is the place to go. Ask for Phoenix she will take care of you.
