The team at Porsche Stevens Creek provides excellent customer service whenever I bring my car in for service. I feel like a VIP! Grateful to have built a great rapport with my service rep Chelsea for the past 3 years. It makes things easier when I bring my car in for service. She's great to work with.

Stevens Creek Porsche and Chelsea who helped me was such a good experience. Dropping off my car, getting the loaner, was so smooth and efficient. Great communication while my car there, so I knew what was going on and when I would need to plan on picking my car up. Better service than anywhere I’ve ever dealt.

Troy Corriere is an excellent person to work with. Keep me updated on my car. Friendly and contact me often. Love the dealership. They always take care of me and my car. Had a recall notice for a Porsche 911 I’d bought two years ago. Chose Porsche Stevens Creek. Everything was perfect from start to finish with Porsche Stevens Creek. Making the appointment. Reserving a loaner. Checking in at my appointment time. The service manager was perfect. The car was done on time and even washed completely. I’m impressed.

My service was easy to schedule. They offered a loaner vehicle or Lyft service. Everything was serviced in a timely manner with text updates on the progress. I even received a video of the service summary at the end. Troy texted me with the quote before starting the work for my approval. When finished Troy sent a link to pay for the service which was very convenient and make car pick up very quick. They also washed my car - This was no included in the service and I didn’t not ask them to do but very much appreciated!

This was a very efficient process and Porsche provided a detailed video of the vehicle inspection outlining the condition of the vehicle and what needed to be addressed Ron Sakai did an outstanding job of communicating throughout the entire process. The a few days later followed up to make sure things were okay a very professional individual.

Received awesome service. They gave me a loaner car while my car was being serviced. When I picked up my car, I was so surprised that it was completely detailed. Top notch customer service!

Brought my 981S in for new ignition coils. The service staff are always very friendly and professional. Originally, I bought this car at Fletcher Jones in Fremont but didn’t like the service quality. But Troy and the staff make customers feel very welcome. The video review by the technician, Peter was excellent. He gave me an excellent level of detail about the issues to address now and in the future. The videos are a very innovative way to update and engage a customer on status. Well done and thanks for a great service experience! I always like coming to this dealership. The sales people actually approach you for assistance.

Had intermittent issues with AC not working. Stevens Creek Porsche did a thorough job running diagnostics and troubleshooting. Even sent a video with the technician articulating what diagnostics and investigating had been done. We were impressed with the attention to detail and overall diagnostic evaluation they performed.

Nice facility and did not have to wait long. Service Advisor listens to your concern and explained details of diagnostic. Also, did great job of follow up and make sure you pick up your car before shop closed.
