I had some gold jewelry that I no longer used. I decided to try this place based on the great reviews. They were not wrong! I dealt with Claude; he was friendly, knowledgeable and informative. He explained the process and gave me a solid offer. I did not expect to get nearly the amount that I received for items that were in my jewelry box and not used for so long. Great experience!! I don't even know how to start. The guy who runs this place is super freaking awesome!!!He is very welcoming and even remembers me from the last time i sold some golds. He genuinely cares about his customers. If i can give 10 ⭐️‘S I would and customer service is EXCELLENT!!! I definitely RECOMMEND this shop! You wont regret it.

I usually don’t write many reviews unless I feel like I’ve found a great place. And I’ve found it!!! I’ve been taking my used and unwanted gold and silver here for awhile now. They are very professional and have lots of knowledge when it comes to any questions you may have regarding your jewelry. They give you the best price for your unwanted or broken pieces. TOP DOLLAR I took a gold piece to another store and felt like the price wasn’t right and in fact it wasn’t I went to Cash for Gold on Winchester in San Jose and boom there you go I was given double of what the other place was going to give me. They are just a honest, friendly, knowledgeable family business. If you are reading this you must go here if you want the best price in town. Hands down I don’t go anywhere else. And they are open 6 days a week and until 7pm.

i went to this place yesterday with my grandmother because she wants to sell some of her gold jewelry. The guy he helped us was very kind. She received a significantly higher payout here for her gold jewelry than what other places had offered her. will definitly come back to this place and highly recommend it.

Claude was super friendly and helpful. I stopped by in September and didn’t complete the sale because I wasn’t ready to at that time, but went in yesterday (a few months later) and Claude remembered me! Now that’s customer service! Came here to sell some gold. I did some shopping around and this place offering the best deal in the area. Great customer service, the guy was friendly and honest. If you need to sell your gold, this is the place to go.

I went in and did not get that great customer service line everyone is saying .I did not get the value of my ring .I should have followed my instant and went somewhere else .He gave me peanuts for my ring and on top of that told me my silver i brought in was not enough for me to sell and whooshed me away .Not going back there again .

An absolute rip off. Took in a Tiffany certified platinum and diamond ring. Was offered $60.00 dollars and was told I only paid for the name Tiffany's. Do not go to this place if you have quality jewelry,
