Shirley is the lady who helped me and she was the best.. she made things easy for me and helped me a lot and best of all she was fast in app lying me for a payday loan.. very patient and kind.best customer service I’ve had in a long time.

The lady who worked there in the evening in February of 2022 was rude and incompetent. She couldn't even call the bank number on the check to verify it. We had to wait for 2 hours for nothing.

If i could give 0 STARS I would. Ridiculous customer service. They ask so many personal information and yet don't even tell you why. Don't even think about cashing in your check there. They have such rude employees you gossip most of the time.

Be careful when you come to apply for a loan in this place because when you pay for a week they call you saying that you owe them more interest and that you must pay because otherwise they will increase if you can sue them, they are thieves

Hubby and I use the services at this location every month. The staff are always pleasant and courteous. 😄

There should be option for no star at all After waiting for 30 mins I asked the guy if he has help he was working by himself. He start yelling at me saying “ you can go somewhere else” I told him I was just asking you if you have help don’t be mad. He said “you know what I’m refusing you service get out of my store or I’ll call the police “ I told him I will talk to the manager he said “I’m the manager “ well your not good manager at all I was so surprised there was people behind me also mad. I understand you should be friendly with your customer but it doesn’t mean you can just talk about your personal business for 30 mins when you have people waiting . No body got time to waste. Bad for the store business !!!

Claudia is amazing! Friendly and helpful through the entire process. She helped me quickly and efficiently and I would certainly recommend this location for your check cashing needs. I will certainly be a repeat customer. Thank you!

They are supposed to open at 10am and it is now 10:10am and still closed??

everytime I go there there computers were down, all they say is western union service is down, they don,t even apologize for it, I called them many time but no one answer my call
