I highly recommend Googain. We just closed escrow yesterday, and Grace Park from Googain was instrumental in the entire process, in this hectic real estate and mortgage(!) market. Grace was able to provide updated pre-approval letter at a very short notice, which was instrumental in submitting the offer letter on time after we decided to increase our offer at the last minute (although we still lost that bid..), she gave advises on number of occasions that turned out to be very good, and she acted quickly to lock the best possible interest rate, in a very uncertain market. Grace was very responsive, both on line and off, and she checked her email frequently (even late at night) and we really appreciated that. Additionally, Grace was very patient, even when I made mistakes (such as using ACH instead of WIRE to transfer funds! Don't do that), Grace did not panic and worked out on her end to ensure everything stayed on schedule. (THANK YOU!!) Googain uses an on-line tool that is very easy to use and manage, and having very organized system saved us lot of time and reduced the stress of buying a house. I heard many good words about Jacky Tian from my friends and my RE agent. I knew I could count on Jacky to get my loan done right. I started my loan with a wrong loan broker during one of those days when rates jump UP wildly. I bite their bait of lower rate but they couldn't lock the rate in days even after telling me they had to raise rate. Their loan estimate was far from what they told me. Complete disaster if you choose the wrong person. Then Jacky saved my contract and EMD by reliably and rapidly finishing my loan. Super responsive during the time when I most need it! We were even able to close early if we wish (after wasting days with the wrong guy).

My wife and I had been through tones of refinancing institutions before, some are better than the others, but overall the experiences were about the same, until we met with Googain. First of all, the documentation requirements were less, just that alone made them 50% or more hassle-free than all the other institutions. I'm not saying that the requirements will be the same for everyone, but we have good credits, and some institutions still hounded us for proves after proves, which were very annoying, and Googain didn't. Second, the staffs were very helpful and always were there to answer questions, which I really liked. Finally, the rates were pretty competitive, so we chose them for our last 2 refinances. I would definitely recommend them to my families for loans and refinancing in the future.

This would not have been possible if we had not been with Jacky. To be honest, we did not work with Jacky in the beginning. We went with a loan agent from a famous bank. That process took a month, I had to upload/email documents over and over again, explain the same thing to different people over and over again, while at last, we were told that the loan application failed.
