Do not bank here. My debit card was hacked and I called PNC who told me just go to the bench and they will issue you a new card . When I arrived I was told I needed an appointment and would have to wait maybe up until 2 hours. When the very nasty man took me into his little cubic and I gave him my licence to get a new card I was told I would have to listen to his speech about online banking . When I said I don't have time he well you have too. So I took my license left and called the 888 number for PNC I spoke to a very nice woman who told me she never heard of making an appointment for a card replacement . Very very nasty man . Horrible customer service

Had a horrible experience, had to close my account as the business merchant manager, told me upon account set up that he would not charge me for the merchant account device so I signed up with them and lo and behold he charges me $150 for the device and then tells me I should have read the fine print. Confronted him about it and he gave me the number to close my account. I can not lie the tellers are so nice and the branch manager truly tried to tried to help deal with Bernard but this bank and branch can not be trusted.

Bank manager is worthless! Can't return phone calls. My closest PNC, but always have problems with them.

Friendly employees. Rarely any lines, 2 atms, plus drive thru.

Do banking here and haven't had a problem with PNC. Only issue is, when I come here on weekends. There is always a line and it takes 30 minutes to get to the clerk. So I just come on weekdays when there is no line.

Of all the PNC branches in the Poconos, to which there are many, I would have to say this one is my favorite just on convenience alone. It's location, found just kissing this area's famous Flee Market's border make it a prime location. This PNC also has multiple access point for getting in contact between you and their ATM. One ATM is a drive through, while there is a free to access ATM that you could walk up to just in the case you lost your card but still need the cash.

Still charging overdrafts during the pandemic and refuse to refund ONE overdraft. Disgusting. Don't bank with them. Myself, my boyfriend, and my mother will be taking our business elsewhere!
