Jordan was very helpful and explained the details of my loan very clearly. The process was very simple and if I need financial assistance in the future I won’t hesitate to reach out to OneMain again!

Got pre approval online then downloaded the information they needed. They called me to walk me through the loan paperwork. Money was in my account the next day. I'm extremely happy with my experience.

I thank One main for the loan . Victoria was great. But when I was approved for the loan on line by there main branch. I had terms that were sent to me. Which I saved. They gave me a payment amount for the amount I requested. and all was good. The loan term was to be repaid in 3 years. Well when I went with wife to sign papers at branch in east Stroudsburg. They did not give me the terms I already was sent from the main branch. I guess you can call it a bait and switch instead of 3 years like original documents said from the main branch in Ohio. they were changed to double the amount of years to pay. I didnt want to make a stink with my wife there, I just figure ill pay it off early. But still people should beware. I have given info to my attorney will see what he recommends. Its really about the point of the matter.

Lied and said the loan was guaranteed if I had collateral then did the application and denied me and stated I would get a letter in the mail stating why, how dumb can you be to state one thing then minutes later something else, I would have never ran my credit.

As always the staff were helpful and efficient...Very fast and low interest.

My experience with One Main Financial, was excellent.

This company is highly unprofessional. A rep named Victoria completely wasted my time due to incompetence. After going back and forth for about a week with sending documents, I was told that I was approved for a $2,800 refinance cash out. She told me all I had to do was come in. Hours before I walked in the door she calls me back and said “ I’m sorry I forgot to put the VIN number in on the car that we were refinancing and when I did, the numbers came back low and the pre approval was wiped away. We can only give you $500, not $2800. Sorry about that”. I will never do business with this bank again.

The biggest nightmare to deal with F--- I had insurance in case of anything, i ended up losing my job. I have been harassed so bad, every single month! Its the insurance job to deal with it, thats why i got it! Then they trick you and you end up paying double the amount you're approved for. Go elsewhere for your own sake!
