    Efficient servicing of our Coachmen Galleria class B van. Got the Service A done in luding oil and oil filter change and check of fluids and tire pressure. Cost $645 with tax.

    Definitely would give the service department of Mercedes Benz/Newton a 5-star shout-out or more if I could. Being unfamiliar with the area/dealer I Rolled into the service department at 4pm this past Monday with the worst flat/blown-out tire in my 55+ years of driving. Lauren and Linda jumped into action luckily located a matching tire, one of those low profile 18” types, got it mounted, checked out for other possible damage and even had the car washed before we finished our cappuccino. Great service team!

    I needed to print out an email for the service manager Ted, unfortunately I missed him he had left for the day, however I did run into Mr.Ralph Casbarro Sales Rep/Consultant, this gentlemen took the time to assist me with printing out the email in question his demeanor was patient, professional understanding and very helpful this was a great experience for me at Open Road Mercedes.     I put in everything, insurance/check photos/credit card info/credit application all within the same day, the same day they agreed on an GLE deal. And a day after, after I gave all sensitive information, they called me an called off the deal. It's probably the most unprofessional experience I've ever had with anyone, or anything. If they can screw you up with a deal you shook hands on, you'll probably be screwed with any other vehicle services they provide. Buyers be aware.

    I was not able to use the Mercedes Me app because the VIN number of my car was attached to the previous owner, I live 5 min from this dealership and called them to help me set it up, guess what, they wanted to charge me $295 for that, my car is a 2022 certified pre owned not purchased from Mercedes, I called other Mercedes and the one in Edison offered to do it for free even though they had nothing to do with my car so I can only imagine what else they overcharge, they could have won a customer for many and many services that I’ll be doing but I’ll definitely take the trip and go to Edison

    We live in Edgewater and still drive an hour to Newton. You just can’t beat the customer service there. We bought a 2021 GLE 450 recently and the process was seamless and efficient. When we get our cars serviced we always get top quality support and speedy repairs. If things take longer than planned we are updated. Can’t go wrong with this dealership.

    The post is long overdue. Last June we went to look to purchase a car. They didnt spend the time with us and they gave us someone who wasn’t knowledgeable. They made us feel very uncomfortable. We went to BMW Newton and purchased our vehicle who were EXTREMELY nice and great customer service. Yesterday we needed to purchase a second car and instead of going to Mercedes Newton we went to Mercedes Manhattan to buy since Mercedes Newton basically “judge” you when you enter. To me, in this industry customer service is everything and its such a shame how they acted. Will not recommend friends or family here.

    Having been a Mercedes owner for years, probably one of the more substandard experience I have had. Staff I encountered were abrupt and not very customer service oriented. Seems to be a lot of “attitude” and excuses when you ask questions and there is questionable knowledge about stuff that needed clarification. The service manager Bill was the only person I spoke with that helped the most and took the time to explain the plan and what needed to get done. I have known Mercedes to be of a high standard from the front end to the back but this particular dealership and encounter was very odd and left a bad taste.

    Stay away from this dealership, scam artists at their finest here, selling beat up cars and don’t care about customers one bit… STAY AWAY, these people don’t deserve to be selling Mercedes it’s an embarrassment what goes on at this dealership.

    Service department is outstanding. Bought my car at another dealership but prefer Newton for its excellent service department. The mechanics are courteous and honest here, and repairs were done in a timely fashion. This location is not as large as where I bought the car, but in this case smaller is better.

    Terribly disappointed with the customer service here, especially after such a great experience at another Mercedes dealership. Purchased a vehicle and a three year bumper-to-bumper warranty from another Mercedes Benz dealership (attached to my vin# in the system so they could verify this), and they tried to tell me a gas cap was not covered and wanted to charge me $300 before returning my vehicle to me . The person I was speaking to, who turned out to be the sales manager Keith DeYoung, walked away from me as I was trying to resolve the issue and threatened to call the police (hilarious, my husband is a police officer). How incredibly unprofessional. I wouldn’t expect this type of treatment even at a used car dealership, so to be treated in such a disrespectful manner when I’ve spent top dollar for a vehicle is completely unacceptable. I will happily drive further to another dealership where they know how to treat customers properly.

Keith is our Sales Manager who attempted to help you but based on the information he was given, there was no way he would have known the balance was taken care of since the Service Department was already closed for the day. He was trying his best to do the right thing but we apologize if it didn't come across in an acceptable manner.

    The best dealer you will ever deal with. No pressure at all. Vinny the manager is a outstanding guy. Dave the salesman is a super sweet guy and Mo in finance is amazing. All around the best dealer I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve been buying cars for twenty years.

    This dealership is not doing the customer right? I have been patient with this dealership, with no negativity that came from my way. My car has been back to the dealership numerous times due the SOS inoperable warning that keeps coming on. I told them that my breaking assists warning has come on, my vehicle has cranked out on me twice with this vehicle. I brought the vehicle in about the SOS inoperable warning and they told me that they had to replace a speaker because it was interfering with the dashboard and that would fix it. I have had my vehicle back for a week because of the warnings that have came back. I took pictures of the warning for proof. I came in Saturday on the 11th and spoke with Mr. Keith DeYoung and explaining to him the situation in which he gives me all kinds of excuses about why the SOS inoperable keeps coming on. Mr. DeYoung even told me to go on YouTube and find the fault and fix it myself. Mr. DeYoung even tried to have a coworker tell me oh we get those calls 3-4 times a day between the hours of 8am and 12pm in which I told Mr. DeYoung well I didn’t get that warning at that time, then he goes on again to give me another excuse. I have been patient with Mr. Keith DeYoung even when he’s being unprofessional in his customer support. I asked him for the phone number to the general manager and he gives me the stores number. I am asking for the same respect that you give all of the customers that comes in to do business with you. This is a brand new car and it shouldn’t have all these same issues over and over again. Who tells a customer to look on YouTube to find a fault and reset it themselves. Mr. DeYoung and please do not call me asking me to take my review down like you did last time.

    Great experience. Came and picked my car up and left a loaner and then brought my car back cleaned with the interior vacuumed and with its oil change. Thank you to Linda for taking such great care of me, and to both gentlemen that did the drop off and pickup. They were so nice and friendly!
