My initial impression of this business was at first favorable, they seemed to have gathered some good reviews so I decided to give them a try. I purchased a 2009 Ford Escape which on the surface seemed like a decent vehicle. The vehicle had already been inspected which gave me a year before I had to do it again. This is when the problem occurred. I was informed by two PA inspection stations, including one that Auto Valley Group had recommended that this vehicle would not pass inspection. I stopped by the establishment and was informed that the manager wouldn't be back until next week and that he would get in touch with me but never did. The man behind the counter said something to the effect like, "Well, it is used." Bottom line: I paid over six thousand dollars for a car that I was only able to drive for less than a year. This put me in the position of having to get another car quickly. I was given only 1,000.00 on the trade-in due to its condition. I understand that used car dealerships can be dumping grounds for vehicles that people have abused or no longer want, but this car should never have been cleared for sale in the state of PA and at this point, I'm curious as to who inspected this car last.

Great experience from start to finish. Paperwork was a breeze since it was taken care of electronically, just a few things to sign when arriving. Had one slight issue with the truck I was purchasing and they were more than happy to rectify it immediately. The truck was immaculate interior/exterior and runs well. My husband and I were desperate to find a reliable SUV with third row seating. Auto Valley Group went above and beyond to get us into a vehicle with everything we were looking for. The staff is very friendly and so easy to work with . They made sure we got into our vehicle fast the SUV is amazing and I have never been happier. 5 STARS IS NOT ENOUGH! I am 19 years old and am starting my own company in which a truck is an absolute necessity. I found one on CarGurus and gave Lev a call. He not only responded almost instantly, but gave me detailed information and pointed me towards an even nicer 2011 Ford F-150 that he had available. My experience with Lev, Al, and Samantha was nothing but PERFECT! They were able to answer all of my many, many questions and get me into the truck I wanted quickly, for an outstanding price, and with NO headache. I give myself 5stars,them nothing! I never got service there.Coming from Lancaster ,my intention was to go there because I was looking for a work truck.One thing I pointed out was the lack of inspection stickers.They offered it up for 7k.Truck been there for close to a year,and it was an as is vehicle.Dont buy that 99 F150.Person who picked up was cool,whoever the salesman that I spoke to was,but after a cup of coffee,it wasn't worth going for a 200 mile tragedy, and I thank him for his honesty,and didn't go.Today I practiced patience.I didn't lose nothing,they didn't gain nothing.Fair exchange is no robbery.I woulda been putting in work from the start,on rust alone.It woulda been hard to find pieces for that 23 yr old classic,and rust isn't nothing classy to deal with.Some things are better left alone.This one was one of them vehicles.So I give five stars to the honest worker if anything.If this is what inflation is gonna be like,I wasn't impressed.

Lev and Samantha are absolutely FABULOUS, as is the entire staff at Auto Valley Group. This is the third vehicle we've purchased from Lev, and couldn't be happier. They've always been kind, helpful, and accommodating. You can't go wrong!

If you have to buy from these guys make sure a real tech looks the car over real good. Especially NYS customers because they will not have it actually inspected prior to sale if its going out of state. My truck needed ball joints, upper and lower, tie rods snapped taking them out. Driver brake caliper was seized up. And after I fixed it all he can say is I have a warranty....

Shopped around a lot of placed in Northeastern PA for an older used car for my kids to drive to work. Prices are currently outrageous at most places, but at Auto Valley Group we found a very reasonably priced Honda Fit - thousands of $ less than other places. They made the purchasing process quick and easy, and my mechanic tells me that the car is in good shape. Very pleased with the purchase and the experience. Will definitely consider going back in the future.

I’m located in Austin, TX and obviously couldn’t come view the vehicle in person. I was able to get pictures of the vehicle from the dealer and at no point did I think the vehicle was being misrepresented to me. I did however do my due diligence and have the vehicle inspected by a third party company of my choice. As expected, the vehicle wasn’t perfect since it was used and a 2006 model but the main components (engine/transmission) were in good running order. I then proceeded to finalize the purchase and arranged shipping through my own sources. I dealt with Albert throughout most of the process, whom was willing to work with me and had no problem keeping the vehicle stored until the shipping company picked it up. This is also where my trouble began. The trouble was with the shipping broker! After offering me a low ball offer to ship the van, the process of finding a driver drug-out for weeks. Albert was able to look up the shipping request on the central dispatch system and see the listing which was actually already for double what the broker had originally quoted and still no driver. Albert offered to assist with shipment if I preferred and was able to get a driver a few days later and still save me money on the shipment! The van got delivered to my driveway a couple of days ago, so I’m very impressed with the service provided throughout this whole process! 10 out of 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So my Boyfriend tried to get a truck from here they told him to come up with a down payment.. ok no problem we got it …the last couple days they gave him a run around and he found out today they sold the truck he wanted …. Definitely going to another dealership that didn’t give him a run around… don’t waste your time with them

The salesperson was late and the vehicle should have been posted (as is ) ,dirty, smells of a smokers, unsafe front end, door not working properly, no air, needs oil change, and price change, posted 10,900 now 12,400 ,and I drove over a hundred miles for nothing 😪
