Waited 20 minutes to make a simple withdrawal. I was 2nd in line. They only had 1 teller working. There were 4 people waiting behind me by the time I left. 6 other staff members were present including a manager who was wholeheartedly apathetic. He recommended I go to a different PNC location.

Worst customer service ever. !! #PNC Bank. Would not notarize a car title even though my daughter has an account there. Went down the street to Key Bank and they were sooo nice and helpful. They too care of us with no waiting. And we are NOT Key Bank customers ....yet. Moving accounts next week to #Key Bank
