Today I called to inquire about a Auto loan and spoke to Rita who took some information and was quick, I was at a Dealership and she helped me get the loan process started and then Tiffany took over and completed the loan. This was a great experience which allowed me to complete the process over the phone while at the dealership. I appreciate their quick, kind and courteous help with this loan. Also a better rate than any bank the dealer could get a loan from. 5 stars for both the ladies.

Towpath's loan officer Sara Mick was friendly and professional in helping me secure a person loan for some home repairs. I joined the credit union on Friday and my loan was approved on Monday! Fast, courteous service at competitive rates. I've belonged to other credit unions in the past, but Towpath is by far the best I've seen!

Towpath is convenient and has great rates. The customer service is phenomenal. Lead teller, Mary Weirtz is fantastic. She's very knowledgeable, professional, always friendly, and follows up on things to make sure everything was completed to your satisfaction.

Beth Ann at Towpath Credit Union in Cuyahoga Falls was very helpful to me today. Her efficiency, explaining to me information I needed for my transaction, and her courteous manner was meaningful to me. Beth Ann helped me and also let another customer at the drive through that she would be with them to ease any impatience on the customer's part.

From my experience towpath was the absolute best credit union I've ever dealt with they're very friendly very professional and helped me get to where I needed to be with my loan. If I ever need anything else loan wise I will definitely be working with them again in the future.

Reached out to this credit union to purchase my lease out. I worked with Tracy and the staff, they were super accommodating and efficient. I was able to leave paperwork with a teller and it reached the right hands in an appropriate amount of time. I didn’t have to call and keep checking up on how my loan process. I greatly appreciate feeling like a true customer than just a number. 10/10 recommend

My experience from the start was amazing. I didn't really know how to handle a lease buyout, and Traci walked me through the entire process and kept me in check the whole time. She made the lease buyout quick, efficient, and easy — Plus the rate I got was better than any other competitor offered me. Once again, Towpath comes through for me. I highly recommend you give Traci a call for any of your loan needs. You will not regret it!

Go elsewhere. Towpath will jump the gun and charge overdraft fees for overdrafts that never happened, and then lock up your payroll check from a new job for 10+ days because your 2+ year old account is "newer". A fine bank for retirees or the independently wealthy, but not if you have to work for your money. Edit: While I appreciate the call from and conversation with Forrest, the VP who replied below, I didn't leave these reviews for my own gratification, but as a warning for other working class people who might have similar things happen but not have the wherewithal to spend over an hour dealing with it. How many other people have been charged overdraft fees for overdrafts that never happened?
