Huntington Bank State Rd, Cuyahoga Falls

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE LET THE TELLER TREVOR HANDLE ANY OF YOUR TRANSACTIONS. HE SCREWED UP A VERY LARGE DEPOSIT PUTTING IT IN THE WRONG ACCOUNT COSTING ME 10 MORE DAYS OF INTEREST ON LOANS. HUNTINGTON NOT HELPING ME BUT DEFENDING THEIR NEW EMPLOYEES THAT WERE NOT TRAINED PROPERLY.

Why is your tellers still forced to wear masks when there is no mandate?

Staff was not knowledgeable about their own policies and unwilling to work with you. Had to call main branch and they were very helpful and explained my options. Why couldn't they at the very least do that? They acted like they could care less and oh well you are out of luck.

I went inside this location 2 hours ago and the line was at the door due to only one teller at the time. This wasn't my issue. My issue was the manager coming out to tell everyone in line that the second teller will be available in a moment. I'm at the back by the door too but she never came to me. I'm thinking okay maybe she feel I heard her when telling the guy behind me. But she told each person behind him so now I'm feeling some kind of way. The manager starts at the beginning of the line to ask what type of transactions the guy had to see if she could help if she could. He had checks the person behind did as well and the 4 other people after him. She wouldn't give me eye contact because she decided to look at the guy behind me and say "I see you also have checks". Now she couldn't see what type of transaction I had but walked backwards. I stepped to the left in her eye sight. She finally looks at me and ask what kind of transaction do I have. I told her all I wanted to do was turn in my rolled change for paper bills. I gave her my bank card and after she checked to make sure I had an account she came back to help me. I'm not happy with my first time experience inside this branch. I go to their drive-up all the time, even before they moved from across the street. I just wish she had on her name tag.

I had the most horrible experience with the location inside Market District with the manager there. Her sour disposition has proceeded her from the Giant Eagle on Waterloo; to this area. Which my gym member ship is(L.A Fitness) and I shop at the Market District. It kind of disappoints me, because I'm a new business owner just starting out and I opened an account there recently(already have 2 personal accounts).I've never had a major issue before. She definitely succeeded an making me feel disrespected and that I didn't matter or exist. I ran out in tears from anger. The associate under her was no better. I went to the one on Waterloo and got all of my needs completed, because my request were not out of line and were appropriate. She acted like I requested her to move the son and the stars. I was out in 5 minutes at the Waterloo Giant Eagle. I will be following this portion by copying and pasting my review I tagged to the other Huntington Bank: "If I could give no stars I would. Just made a complaint on this store today. The store manager Christy or Christine that runs this one and the one across the street from Market District was totally disrespectful to me. Come to find out she transferred to this area and I use to have bad experiences with her at the Waterloo branch. She's bad for business. Went to the Waterloo branch and they handled all my request. On behalf of her I lost time and gas money. I hope I never see her face again. She's makes you feel like she's being racist. I hope that's not the case; but being rude isn't an expectable trait in her field either." * I've never been compelled to write a review on Google; till this day. I'm going throw a rough patch and she made me feel worse than I already did. Don't think that's in her job description.

You have to schedule a notary here. Two days out. You don't at other Huntington banks. There were at least three people not assisting people. I don't understand.

I've never had a truly bad experience here , sure lines can be long but ... it's a bank and you should know most Americans use banks so. Anyways , I love this bank they are always super friendly with me. A worker named Jim (I believe) even came to my car with an umbrella in the pouring rain to help me to the door . Best bankers I've had to deal with !

Poorly run and bad time management. I was passed in line by another customer for banker needs because they were in a suit and needed business assistance while I just needed a notary. Branch manager wasn’t able to help while I was there but somehow was able to drop everything to call me almost right after I left without being served. May benefit from preemptive customer service rather than waiting for a problem to pop up. Might just need new management in general.

Be cautious withdrawing any money from the Huntington ATM on State Road. I did a withdrawal and never got my money but they took it out of my account. Now I’m waiting up to 10 business days for them to research the issue. Getting nothing but the run around with customer service. Very disappointed.

Never go to this location because the staff is pretty rude. Went to cash a check at 12:30 on a Saturday and the bank is already closed. Really? Noon on a Saturday when everyone is out running Errands the day after payday and you close at 12? Ignorant
