Usery they rip ppl off to much paperwork to overwhelm and confuse ppl. So sad we pay $300.00 on the loan and only $2.64 goes towards the loan where does the rest of the money go very confusing. Never again. -1 star.

I went in to talk about lease buyout options and representative Steven Pitts was available to talk. He made me feel like I was bothering him just by being there. He didn’t seem to know what a lease buyout was. Honestly I’m still unsure if they even do car loans at all- I kept getting the runaround. He brushed off my questions then got frustrated that I wouldn’t answer his questions (that were clearly trying to lead me to a bigger personal loan which I stated multiple times I wasn’t interested in). The questions he was asking demonstrated that he wasn’t listening to a word I said. He clearly only cared about getting the biggest commission he could. He also put his personal phone number on the back of his card advertising his side business. Overall the experience was frustrating and unprofessional.

Very competent, very pleasant, made it possible for me to get my dentures fixed after having pain for almost a year! I really liked the detail but thought more of the background paper work would have been completed before I came in!

Rip off completely. If your payment is $400 a month and let's say you make a $1,000 payment to pay off your balance, they will apply $770 towards the interest for that month and the rest towards your principal. A bunch of crooks and they have to be reported to FBI and BBB. They have to be shut down and thrown in prison for fraudulent practices.

Predatory practices used on unsuspecting customers.

What a horrible place, not only do they lower your credit score, they will also insult you and not give you a loan. My advice look somewhere else.

They were very professional and a pleasure to work with so far. I expect the same throughout the loan. They were helpful and worked quickly and proficiently. I appreciated their knowledge and help.

Paid off loan over a year ago and went to trade in my car (used for collateral) and One Main Financial still has a lien on my vehicle. I call and wait on hold and still don't have issue resolved. Ridiculous.

So far o had a great experiance with OneMain financial. Aproval was quick and easy, Money was in the acct next morning and the staff was Awsome. Definatley would recomend .

it seems that paying your account on time never being late! Isn't good enough! well there get there money when I get around to it..Never, Never deal with OneMain there shaddy as hell.
