Fifth Third Bank & ATM Graham Rd, Cuyahoga Falls

I just moved to the area with my family and have been using Fifth Third and banking at the branch on Graham Road since moving to the area and every time I have gone into the office the staff have been both friendly and helpful. Have been very happy with the quality of service I have received from Fifth Third so far, keep up the great work.

People stay away from this bank I can not stress this enough not just this location but all fifth and third banks. If I was able to rate fifth and third with -10 I would. I have a installment loan with fifth and third bank. They are refusing to give me my title. I paid the truck off in august gave them there last payment and they are just adding fees. They have destroyed my credit. Caused 10's of thousands of dollars in damages to my property. And 10's thousands of dollars in lost wages.. now after contacting the bank and trying to reslove this issue they canceled my account and are refusing to give up title. They have marked me and my wife credit unlawfully. When the truck has been paid for. They have added outrages fees to my loan and now they just up and canaceld it. I've attempted for months to resolve these issues with fifth and third bank. They will not talk to you unless you give them permission to record you. And as soon as I contacted the bbb and got my attorney involved they stopped responding all together. They have called my mother father and brother whom have nothing todo with my loan. And have threating them with " put me in contact with mr bojanac or will be putting liens against your house" even though they have nothing todo with my loan They have threatened my wife called her at work and threatened her. And now they closed out my account after trying to resolve these issue and will not even talk to me. This bank the american people bailed out in the bail out. While we was BAILING this bank out they was able to purchase multiple other banks in florida. Cant pay for there own problems and have tax payers bail them out. But sure the heck can buy other banks. This bank will screw you over all fifth and third banks. They will due everything in there power to screw you over. Please read my other reviews first my fellow American and get online and due you history first before you get a loan with this company. You'll see iam not the only person that had the same problems. This bank is out to get every last dime out your pocket even though you pay for your loans. I've went to the branch's of there bank they refuse to talk to me they have changed my loan multiple times with out my knowledge.. I was primary signer on the loan.. after about a year we recived a copy of the loan and they removed me from primary and put my wife as primary iam pretty sure right there is against the law.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK THEY ARE OUT TO SCREW ANYONE OVER THAT DOESNT AGREE TO THERE AGGREMENT. YOULL SIGN FOR LOAN AND WITH IN 30 DAYS THEY WILL BE CALLING TO CHANGE YOUR LOAN. Best bank I've ever had an account with. The emails alerts are awesome. They alerted me to a purchase of over $500 made in Valencia, CA. I've never even been to California. I called, they shut off my card and started the investigation. 5 days later, I have my new card and the $500 back in my account. THANKYOU SO MUCH FIFTH THIRD!!!

The managers at this bank have been so helpful after my grandmother passed. I was struggling to transfer the inheritance money for the grandchildren per her wishes. Rick and Beth worked with me to make sure everything went smoothly. I wish I had this much passion at our Indiana branches. Thank you Rick and Beth!
