PNC Bank Main St, Frisco

Just charged 40 to cash a check That is ridiculous never bank in here ever. On top of all that they gave me 100 has been taped together with two different serial numbers

This comment is not directed at this branch in particular but rather this bank as a whole. This has got to be the worst bank I have ever come across. I don't even own an account with them, but my brother in-law does and his experience has been awful!! Customer service does not answer calls, their email responses seem like they are clueless, its a total nightmare. How do I know all this? Because he's scheduled a transfer to me for a meagerly sum and its supposedly "under review" never mind its been 2 business days. Customer service can't find the scheduled transfer and yet its there in his online banking account! Ridiculous! It's so bad he's considering flying in from Africa to close his account because of the really poor service.

I highly recommend you bank somewhere else. Not just this branch, but PNC in general.

This is about bank that is not open on sat'day. I have been banking with various banks but never seen one (not sure if this is limited to this one on main st alone) which is closed on sat'day. How convenient.

Went to this bank to cash a check as a non customer. The want 8 dollars as a non customer. Seems a little cheap but oh well. Then I present my ID and official renewal printout from the DPS and the arrogant manager says she cannot accept a piece of paper as it's not an official ID. Which is odd since every other place I've presented this to has been fine with that ID and renewal certificate from the DPS. We all kind of use this thing called the internet these days as that's how it's done. Guess her unique policy only applies to people not wearing a suit and tie. Completely annoying experience and felt like I was being talked to like an insignificant piece of trash not worth the managers time. So happy that I bank with a different company as this one seems to be stuck in the 90's and only talks to you like a person of you meet their specific WASP standards.

Bad bank , teller will give you a hard time even if you deposit in your account and you have beautiful outstanding account they don’t care If you’re gonna close your account and loosing clients I will never open account with that branch

I don't think there is anything more irritating than when you come to the bank 45 mins before the drive thru closes (which is at 1pm on Saturdays) and they already left for the day. You can clearly see they last updated their hours in February. I have seen 2 other cars drive thru also thinking they are open. If they did change their hours since Feb & now close before 12, then they should keep that up to date on Google. I look across the street and see Capital One Bank open & is looking way more convenient to me right now.

1st experience walking in with my husband to open an account: We watched a teller ignore a customer who walked into the banking center, and when she addressed him as she was handling her transaction with a teller beside this particular employee for not speaking as she had seen with other customers he turned his back and walked away from her. The teller assisting her stated she would speak to him about his professionalism however, when the woman left, they laughed. That was the sign this is not the best bank however we opened an account and honestly two months later we closed our checking. Customer service lacks and banking polices are outdated and intended to be at the disadvantage of the customer. If you’re looking for a bank go across the street to Legacy Texas! You won’t regret that decision.

Love this Bank, They know me when I walk in the Door, they are very helpful and do there best to handle my business needs. I would suggest to the person who had the problem with the loan. It could have been the product of the many changing loan guidelines that many people are feeling the stress of.

Quite possibly the worst bank that I have ever dealt with. Tried to do a refinance. After 4 months and extending the lock 3 times I have had it. The bank gets close to closing and then they need another document or something that no one else has mentioned before. In the meantime the lock expires and it costs more to close. My advice - steer clear of this bank altogether.
