Customer service is key. We made a wire transfer, the lady that helped obviously did not want to help to begin with. Then come to find out she entered the wrong account number of the transfer. So we don’t know where our money is til this point. The manager has yet to speak or apologize for the inconvenience, instead another teller was trying to help us but she has a limit to power. This is very upsetting and frustrating, we just need solutions to this problem, and we are talking about thousands of dollars that are still missing from that wire transfer. As a customer I am giving my trust to take care of me and my money. Very upsetting and disappointing.

    Response from the owner

This certainly isn't the experience we aim for. Give us a ring at 1-800-655-2265, so we can take a deeper look over a secure line. ^TD

Went in to close my account because I'm not happy with the charges ive been charged for a FREE account!!! Not to mention they've screwed up on my bill pay SEVERAL times!!! Of course I'm very upset ... I wasn't bellagerant or rude... I was very stern about not leaving until my account was closed. I noticed the other tellers behind the glass started making snide comments as well. ... hmmm this will be taken up with the branch manager!

Capital One has become one of the worst banks ever they used to be so good and now the customer service is the worst they have not enough hands to handle their customers and they treat you with disrespect. it's our money and they treated like we are begging for the money. I would not recommend Capital One with anotger as soon as I can I will move all my accounts to another better account bank which understands customer service

1 star because I can't leave zero. I have never been to a financial institution, handed them a paper check, and been told they can't cash it because there isn't enough my account. Since when have we not been able to cash checks for cash? Not only did Adrian refuse to cash my check she was extraordinarily rude about. All this after sitting for an hour in the drive through. Avoid at all costs. Chase, Bank of America, Credit Unions, literally anything would be better than this rude, uncaring bank.

Worst bank experience ever. We have had an account, for about 6 months. My husband gets paid weekly, by his employer, but they couldn't deposit a check, from the same employer. They put a hold on a check, that they get every week. Because of them,Mt kids had to go without food. Because of them My husband had to miss work. I am to the point of sueing,Because they won't release my husband money, that they deposit every single week. Never ever use this bank, they only care about their selves. They even know ,that Because of them,my kids had to go without food. They still haven't released it. So please use prepaid first, they aren't worth banking with.

I see why this location has a 2.1 star rating, worst customer service EVER! I went through the drive thru to deposit money into my saving account. I gave the teller $500 in twenty dollar bills. I said to the teller I will like $300 to go into my savings account and I’ll like $200 back in $100 bills. The teller came back and said that I deposited $300 into your savings and $200 into your checking. I stated to the teller that I don’t have a checking account. She then went to her computer and tried to reverse the transaction and for some odd reason she said that the system wouldn’t allow her to reverse the transaction and that I’ll have to come back tomorrow to get my $200 back because the department that handles that type of situation has closed for the day. I was in the drive thru for over an hour trying to get this situation handled and I still left without my $200. This particular location didn’t have a manager on site that could take care of this. She gave me the manager card and stated that the funds will be deposited into my savings account tomorrow after overnight processing. This was an huge inconvenience. I live 40 minutes away from this location. I’ll never ever go back to this location. They need to hire competent people, especially when it comes to dealing with people money. This was totally unacceptable and should’ve been handled differently. To put the icing on the cake she had the audacity to ask me if I can get out of the line to let her take care of the car behind me?! How freaking rude, after I’ve been in this line for over 30 minutes at that point. That employee needs to go back through training and an extensive customer service class! I’ve been in banking for over 13 years. That employee should’ve ran her drawer short and or took it from a GL and fixed it tomorrow, not inconvenience me because of your screw up!!!!

100% recommend Ryan Hall! He was amazing! Helped my whole family set up accounts and transfer money and the whole thing. He was incredible. So great! He walked through the entire process with my family and even explained things to my son as he was getting his first debit card. ASK FOR RYAN

    Response from the owner

I wish I could leave 0 stars... Capitol One is my main bank and I've never had problems at this location before. But today I went to go deposit money at one of the 24/7 ATMs. When I inserted the money it spit back two perfect 20 dollar bills so I reinserted them. When I put the money back in and it started processing there was a sudden error and it gave me my card back but not my money... I waited for the error to go away, but when it did the machine said cash deposits are unavailable... and now it says its down. So now all of my money is stuck in the money deposit...
