I have been doing business with this bank for the last 3 years, I had experience working with other banks in the past, but Great Plains Bank experience is Uniquite, special and extremely impressive with their service, turnaround time, and friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend any small business owner can happily start their association with this bank and you will never regret. Here are my strong five bullet points why I am impressed, 1. Very prompt in response for emails / phone calls 2. Very professional and friendly environment. 3. All Staff members are very knowledgeable. 4. Easy to reach your banker whenever needed. 5. NO LONG STANDING LINES, You can walk in and walk out in pretty fast.

I've banked with the same BIG BANK for over 30 years, and I can honestly say that the experience with Great Plains was definitely different. My experience with the loan process was great and the customer service was excellent! Robert Cannaday and Corey Heffley assisted me with my loan and the communication was clear throughout the process...You are not just another number to them; they take the time to reach out (actually reach out) to keep you posted on the process of the loan or account. It's the staff that makes the bank great!!
