Great lender! We worked with Hans and his team for 2 years as we started our new house hunt before COVID. We finally decided, spec’ed and closed at the end of 202 1. Despite the holidays and restrictions, Hans and his crew went out of their way to close on time. He also had a great relationship with our agent and builder so nothing was missed. He got us the best rate, better than the preferred builders lender. Easiest buying experience yet!

I've worked with Mr. Han & his team once for refinancing my house & once for an investment property. For both mortgages, I felt very comfortable & received explanations easy to understand. Not sure why a bad review. I have worked with Hans for 8 years and never had anything except a positive experience. He always looks out for his clients and makes sure the mortgage process ends in a good result for the clients he represents. He is honest and shoots straight giving his clients the opportunity to make good choices based on their particular financial situation. Hans is a geart resource for home loans...just maker sure as a borrower you are responsive and give him all the information requested so your loan makes your selected closing date.
