I have been to open a checking account and Yash was the one I got assigned to and he is very professional and explained me all the information which is required to know. On top it he is very friendly ,I went later one day to help my friend get account opened and that day we were helped by Yash with short notice.

absolute trash customer service, you think a customer of almost 20 years would be treated a little better and be taken care of, however that was not the case. once this is resolved I will close out my accounts and never do business with this company again.

He gave me all of the info that my brother needed to open new account. It was the best experience I’ve ever had as the customer of a bank!

Yash is always the best! As a young adult, I knew very little about credit, different types of bank accounts, etc. Yash has spent countless hours with me, teaching me all there is to know. He’s very kind, patient, and is a great teacher. I live two minutes away from my nearest Chase, yet I drive an extra 20 just so he can be the one to help me. I couldn't say better things about him. If you are a young adult, looking to learn more about credit, he’s your guy... and also for all other inquiries!

What a great experience. I worked with Yash Ajmeri as my personal banker and he did a phenomenal job. Very patient, personable, and fast. I was done just on time and he went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. Likewise the tellers in the lobby are very professional, kind, and helpful. Chase has absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My wife and I tried to open up a few checking accounts online and the bank closed our account. We waited on the phone for 3 hours, only to be told to go into a local branch. When my wife showed up to this branch, the teller told her she would have to make an appointment. This is so unprofessional. We will not be banking with Chase anymore.

Natasha Redmon is very helpful and an asset to this branch. I hold a few chase accounts and am traveling through Dallas, the tellers were not very helpful in the branch, the blonde one was exceptionally rude. Natasha overheard the conversation, intervened and helped with opening my new account. If it wasn’t for Natasha than I would have left a one star. I hope someone in management reads this.

Worst customer service. They don’t have details upfront, not ready to listen completely. Also, just ignoring and talking to other customers.
