PNC Bank Goliad Rd, San Antonio

Branch manager is extremely rude and wouldn’t even take the time to listen to my situation. I have gone 22 days without a debit card. My debit card has been promised to arrive on several different dates, BBVA has also promised to rush delivery, still haven’t received one. Went into this campus to see if there might be a solution, possibly opening a new account and getting a temporary card. She wouldn’t even give me the time of day and talked over other customers in line while I stood in the lobby patiently waiting. This bank is garbage.

Terrible experience. Treated me like I was a criminal trying to scam the customer/bank. Then once they realized they were in the wrong they asked for two forms of ID and tried to charge me $10 to cash a check drawn of BBVA. Who carries two forms of ID? Didnt know this was a communist bank that requires multiple forms of ID to pass through. 10 of 10 would not recommend bro.

Jennifer A assisted me she is very friendly and kind. The wait is definitely worth the service! This is my home bank and I will continue coming here. It’s nice to know my money is in good hands.

Worst experience ever with this bank. Called the bank before I went in to open this account and customer service told me that they can open my account with my temporary ID as long as i brought in my social as well. I came in that same day to withdrawal my money because my debit card is on the way and the rep said its perfectly fine just come in to the teller. I go in and teller Elva Ramirez attends to me and present her my ID and this animal makes a scene and tells me you opened this account with this ID and said I sure did why its a valid ID even a DPS trooper that was waiting on line said that's a valid ID given by the state. Well this ghetto bank teller tells me to wait for the branch manager or so called bank manager Isaac Solis. I'm waiting for almost 25 min ago I go on my BBVA online banking app and transfer my money to my friend since he is a member and its a success so I get and leave since my money is already transferred and I took care of what I needed to take care of. As I was walking out of the building Mr Branch Manager decides to help me I told him its ok I didn't need his assistance any longer because I took care of my issue. Well Mr. Branch Manager decides to pull the money I transferred to my friends account back to my account an freezes my account. He states that my account shouldn't have been opened with my temporary ID I told him I called before I came in to open the account and I got confirmation that i could and is that my fault that his employee said its ok to open an account and now my account is frozen.

Went to cash a check from a relative... Made me wait for 25 minutes while they are trying to "verify" it, then tell me to come back and cash it later...??? I've taken checks from clients from wells fargo, chase, and bank of america and have NEVER had this kind of problem!!! PATHETIC BANK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Competitive interest rate on my auto loan. Customer phone service sucks! Their call center is in Columbia South America. Good luck finding someone to speak understandable English. Took me 3 trys, then the construction noise in the room was louder than the customer service rep. Why offer service in the USA if you can't clearly speak the language. Not everyone speaks Spanish here, believe it or not.

I'm not trying to be mean over one experience, but repeated offenses of callus diservice. I was forced to use this bank b/c I needed to make an international wire transfer from Mex.and first they said I would have access to unlimited cashiers checks then when I tried to order a cashiers check they said I didn't have that service. I tried to add it 3 separate times to no avail, then gave up and just wrote normal checks. The drive through cashiers act like they have never set foot in a bank and don't use their resources to help or resolve problems, I seriously feel like I'm playing bank as a child. Bank ANYWHERE else. I don't think the people are trained properly to do something out of the norm of cashing, depositing etc. On the other hand they do have the capability of sending and accepting international wire transfers!

On the drive thru 2 cars ahead of me and still waited for 26 minutes for service.

They obviously need more reps it’s 2 pm on a Thursday I’m the only one in line and both counter reps are on the phone and the drive way is backed up with no help as well I will not be returning to this bank ever again hopefully I’ll get quality service , in Dallas they at lease greet you .
