Bank drive up lanes open until 6pm, it was 4:30pm and no longer got service. When the lady answered, she gave attitude when asked why the lanes were closing an hour and a half before; she just said she was leaving. Lines were long for the drive-up and nobody cared to come out and explain their closure.

The slowest bank I've ever been to. It doesn't matter if you go inside or drive thru - both are super slow. Be prepared to wait 35+ minutes either way. Extremely inconvenient & I wish they would hire more staff or train the staff to be a little more efficient. As a business owner, I have a pretty busy schedule & can not afford to wait so long for a simple deposit.

Bank is poorly located. No space for parking. Seems to be understaffed because there's only one teller ALL THE TIME. The people that work there are nice but that doesn't make up for the amount if time u spend waiting to oark AND waiting to be seen.

Was here for over an hr with my mother in law to open an account. Apparently only 1 person here can help with that so we got skipped til she was available. This is the worst location ever. I've never had a bad experience with Chase before. They should have more people available to open accounts not just 1. They should all be fully trained. Gets crowded and they work really slow.

Very friendly and helpful tellers. They ask you how you want your bills whenever you withdraw money. I also like that they have 2 outdoor ATMs and even 2 indoor ATMs that allow you to chose your own bills. I would recommend this one over the Highland Park one any day.

The drive through is the speed is horrible, and I'm in the business line... I even had to remind the girl after she gave me my change, where are my rolls of coins? She forgot...

(San Antonio, Tx- branch off of Goliad Rd) There was only one lane available for withdraws/deposits. I arrived before 2pm, however it was taking a while for the customer ahead of me to be helped. By the time I arrived, I asked for a withdrawal slip, the teller, Erica, said she would tube me one, and then called back to say they were closed and she couldn’t help me. I mentioned to her that I was there before 2pm, and that I waited in line while the customer in front of me was being helped. She said that there was NOTHING she could do for me, and gave me a excuse that made absolutely no sense! Extremely disappointed!!!

Very disappointed on how customers are treated, even through Covid 19 crises. Cannot believe Chase closed their drive thru while other surrounding banks keep their drive thru open. It was really inconvenient and causing major traffic hazard on E Southcross

Good staff but the site location is too small for their own good. The place really pulls in a crowd, especially with the recent closing of the branch on S.E. Military. There's not enough parking, driver thru tellers or banker offices. Expect a 45-60 minute wait during lunch hours if you need to see a banker.

I've visited this branch twice and in both encounters the wait was unacceptably long. 30 mins the first time and 1.5 the second. I came to open a new account and after 30 minutes an did employee come to speak to me only to say there's only 1 banker here today would you mind a little longer. I left and hour irritated and still with no new savings account
