My fiancee and I set up a bank account together. It was the first time doing something like this for both of us. Ms. Jaqueshia took such good care of us. She answered all of our questions and gave us helpful information. We had questions on home loans and she gave us so many options to think about and brochures. We both feel like we were taken care of and we were happy with the services provided. I would highly recommend.

My wife and I have conducted business at several branches in town, and the Goliad branch has always exceeded our expectations when it comes to customer service. We are always greeted with a smile and the member services personnel/tellers have always provided excellent customer service. Our last transaction was with Member Services Representative “Monaco”. He represented the Goliad Branch exceptionally well with his efficiency of service, professionalism and friendliness. I highly recommend this branch to all SSFCU members.

I have been banking with Security Service for many years. I recently was there and helped by Peggy Casanova and she has EXCELLENT customer service. She answered all my questions and concerns. My experience was great!

It took me multiple trips to the branch and two phone calls to get account set up after being denied for not proving identity. I provided them original SSN, Original Birth Certificate with State Seal Stamp, Seal stamped DD-214 of my service in US Marine Corps, Tx Photo ID which they used to release me from TDCJ, letters from Texas Health Department, Snap card provided by Texas, letters from Social Security office, letters from VA, VA Identification card, Letter of Release which had Texas ID number on it and State Seal Stamped Document and college transcripts from LBU Bachelor's degree and Lee College Associates degree and more documents. They told me they couldn't verify my identity with all those documents, I needed a Tx DL. I used only 4 documents, TX ID TDCJ, Birth Certificate, and SSN card and Letter from Texas Health and received Texas license after scheduling and going to DMV office, taking online course and then another trip for driving test, then couple weeks waiting for it in mail. THE VERY DOCUMENTS THEY CLAIMED THEY COULDN'T VERIFY MY IDENTITY, Texas used only 4 to verify my identity. I then had to go back into the branch to provide copy of DL and pickup and Debit card as I was told by phone representative, they acted as if I had never been there and started process over again. Now that we started the process over again, when I was signing the documents, I noticed they had my middle initial wrong, an E instead of a S. So, they pick up the documents and made a change in the computer reprinted documents for me to sign. Because the Account number cards were wrong, they took them back, (keep note of this!). They bring me the documents I sign, take me to the teller I deposit money into two accounts, round numbers easy to identify amount and time stamp and give me debit card. The very next day I'm attempting to set up a login into the online banking app. It kicks me out because I don't have ACCOUNT NUMBER TO PLUG IN! So, I call the number to SSFCU member services to get help logging in, however because I was never given an ACCOUNT NUMBER, Sandra the rep acted like I was lying about setting up account yesterday and acted like it was my fault I was never given account number due to their typing errors and never reprinting cards with corrected name. Even though you could clearly see activity was yesterday and I was telling her deposit amounts. She couldn't help me get it set up because I didn't have account number they never provided. Yet there is more, I finally get logged into the online banking services, and I attempt to deposit checks from the State of Texas, Bank of America, and several others. It will not let me deposit checks in mobile app. This is the entire reason I set up account, it was to cash checks in mobile app and wire transfer money of cashed out stocks my sister had. IT HAS BEEN WEEKS NOW MONEY JUST SITTING AND UNABLE TO CASH OR REACH. IM INFORMED THE ACCOUNT IS USELESS FOR 30 DAYS!!! I wanted to do business with SSFCU, but when running into so many problems with identification, I called NAVY FCU and completed EVERYTHING online and phone with documents SSFCU rejected in about 20 minutes. So do business with SSFCU if you so desire! The customer service rep treating you if you are liar, discrimination because of background, document typing errors, log in issues not being fixed because they didn't provide information needed to complete mobile app log in, not being able to cash checks on mobile app even though your identification is verified, and they can hold checks for 10 days, and not being able to transfer money for 30 days. They account is useless unless you bank in person.

Visited the Highland Hills Branch on Goliad to assist my wheelchair bound father in closing an old bank account. All the staff was extremely helpful and efficient. However a special thank you to Mrs. Sabrina Sanchez for taking the paperwork out to my dad in his vehicle and assisting him. I always get worried of him falling when entering and exiting vehicles. Great people!

This past Saturday (April 3) I went in to close an account and was greeted very professionally by the lady at the front desk. She asked me to sit in lobby until I could be help, I was then called by Kassandra Gomez. This young woman is the reason I decided to keep my account open, she was such a great help in assisting me with some issues I was facing. I highly recommend going with Kassandra for great customer service.
