Used to be a good bank but ever since it changed names and they hired new workers this place went downhill. The workers mistreat you and act like they’re more superior than the customers.

Their Customer Service 800 number is so bad as I waited for over 20 minutes and no one ever answered the Phone. Their CC Fraud Division is NOT open on the Weekends and therefore you cannot talk to anyone to cancel your Card. I never thought I could find a Bank worse than Chase, but I have. And they are not even a USA Company; they are out of Argentina. Do NOT use them if you can help it.

The ATM sucks! It ate my card and I've been waiting for an hour and a half with my pin on the screen. It's not like I could drive away and leave my card here. The ATM has now shut down and still not given my card back. Can't call customer service on a Sunday because it isn't open. So this has been an awful experience I've never had this issue at another branch. Get it together!

I'm now very happy with Compass bank. They have updated their app to fall in line with the technology of other banks. This particular location has a very friendly staff and there is never a line when I go in.

Closing my account today once i receive my direct deposit. Every time i get paid it has been an issue receiving my direct deposit on time! This bank is full of it! If you do sign up i wouldn't recommend direct deposit if you want your check on time

!! My husband and I have been banking with BBVA for years and this is by far the most ghetto branch I’ve had to deal with .. I get hung up on when I call or they do not answer. This is not right at all . I have never in my life dealt with such horrible customer service I have a family to take care of and their atm took money from me I will be closing mine and my husband’s account

This was a good bank to is at first. We were looking for an institution that wouldn't charge my mother a monthly fee. All was good for almost a year- then she had to get a new card + account for certain reasons BUT we didn't even last a month with that account/card when it was cancelled for NO apparent reason whatsoever! Went to complain, were assured, "we'll get to the bottom of this". Mind you, we were told she, my mom, was apparently missing something on her account. Long story short, this was about several weeks ago and we still haven't heard anything in regards to "being taken care of" by Iris! Never again!

This is a terrible bank i went inside of this bank one morning to open an account the branch people ignored me an helped other customers that came 30 mins after me as if they didnt want me to open an account so finally someone came to talk to me told me to wait right here they will assist me Shortly , i was in suit in tie this day for the record . so as i wait i see a police officer come in an it dommed on me they called the police on me for no reason an as im talking to the police they all have this guilty look on there face i have the whole video of the incounter they got me thrown in jail for no reason an refused for me to come back for doing nothing wrong this branch an the people in it are like cops when i saw how they did me i was at shock still am wen i got released every bad thing popped in my head for revenge but i said god sees everything so im gonna let him handle it .. From that day foward i said to myself i will never open a bank account again im my own bank 💯 the whole staff wow terrible i told them before i was exscorted out how do u people sleep at night an they all had the guilty look on there faces .. The video will have u in tears an if u bank with them it will make u change banks ... Thanks for getting my freedom takin from me for nothing nothing at all ..an they banned me for nothing they could offer me a million dollars for hush money and i would turn it down. Terrible bank

Slowest service since i began banking with BBVA. From the looks of it they seemed to be understaffed. Other than that they were very polite & tried there best. Would i go back to this branch, definitely not.

Excellent bank with great people working there. I love this bank and I'm glad they are here.
