I agree with last post. My dad has been banking with these guys for easily 25 years. And I moved my business accounts over to them. I’ve been here over a year and have had nothing but problems with wires, holds on checks, no business loans, etc. time to say good bye.

AWFUL BANK. Just open an account less than 24 hours ago. Ready to close it. Management is awful, receptionists or bank tellers talking over you. Unprofessional to the highest levels. They misleading you and then apologize for their incompetence!!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Customer for 30 years. Since they were Kraft credit union. They started screwing up before the merger. I’m in the process switching banks. Took an act of God to get approval for an auto loan when it used to just take a phone call. My credit is excellent. Upon approval they didn’t want to tell me the rate I was approved for. Turned out to be a full percentage point higher than my new bank. I’m through with them.

This bank was good at one time but when they merged with another credit union they stink. They fired all the old workers and the people they have now just act like they don't know what they are doing. I am really upset on how things are here I will be taking my banking somewhere else. And if u ask a question on the app it says they will answer quickly I got response three weeks later. Very unprofessional and rude.

I have been a member for over 18 years and now this credit union is now just a bank like all others. No personal touch and no heart. I sadly will be leaving them and switching my direct deposit and all my accounts to a more reputable bank. I will not refer and will tell my many clients not to do business with them as well. Sad for this company, They lost their focus on what made them different from other banks.

Paid my bills on time for 5 years with no issues, always answered my questions fast via email or over the phone. I don't have the same issues like many of these reviews say... although I only used 1 auto loan with them but no issues for 5 years says a lot

My family and I have been with this bank since the 80’s and I have paid off cars with this bank. I have never ever had a problem with this bank and have always been treated like family and not a number until I asked for a some loan. I was told that they have merged and was then told we are doing things differently. This unfriendly person in the loan department had no problem informing me a member for years. I then went to Navy Federal Bank who granted me the loan. This bank has being down in customer service etc… I will not refer anyone else. Shaking my head.

I was charged 12 over draft fees by mistake this past Friday. When I went to get it fixed in person the customer service was horrible no one could explain to me the “Why” behind it! In addition she kept telling me that I had something pending for 400 and wouldn’t tell me what!! She then stated that I would have to pay 25 dollars to get a detailed statement!! I deposited 200 Monday and it was taken away to cover the negative balance when there was money in my account!! Makes no sense! This is so sad b/c I have been a member of this bank since I was a teen I’m in my 30s now! Never have I experienced anything like this! The young lady apologize for “the new merge” but I felt that there was no care in the world by them the Supervisor not one time came out her office to talk to me!! No way am I paying them anything more!! I closed my account! This is ridiculous not being able to have an explanation for the fees nor to know why my account is on negative!! Taking my business elsewhere!!

Absolutely horrible service. Their recent merger caused my debit card to not work, I couldn’t log into their website with my user info, and the existing mobile app stopped working. Tried using their new mobile app but that wouldn’t allow me to sign in either. Forget trying to call them because the phone just rings and then disconnects or goes to a voicemail that never gets returned. My only option to get to my money was to sit in their drive through which took an hour and a half due to their tellers incompetence. If I could give them negative start I would.

I haven't had any problems with them. Other banks have not treated me even half as well as this bank. I think they have great customer service. I also love their mobile app.
