Best customer service ever. These ladies were very kind and respectful and helped me out in ways I can never imagine. Even though it was a little challenging for them to verify my employment they made it work and still was able to get me the loan that I need it just in time. The payment is even reasonable than other places I’ve ever seen. I think y’all for all the help that you’ve done.

I have borrowed money a few times from this location (Garland). The staff is always nice. They treat you like family. I lost my son last year and they took the time to write me a letter to show how much they cared. They are always willing to work with you. I highly recommend them.

Poor customer service all the way around. They lie. They don’t give you a chance to come in to make a payment before they are calling back to back. I am grateful for being able to get a loan and so glad to have paid them off and would never do business again. Thanks for my credit score boost though.
