Seriously. I'm a hard working adult woman and mother. I've been here on 2 occasions and, just letting you know, don't come here. The 20something children running this store are going to take advantage of you, will not work with you, and don't give a rip about keeping long term customers. All I needed today was $20 for an urgent bill and they tried to give me $10 loan on a $65 brand new tazer, which wouldn't even solve my problem. I have used first cash pawn at various locations all over Texas for when I needed gas or bill money quickly. I've purchased things many times as well. This is a terribly ran location. Maybe the worst ever because of their arrogance. They obviously do not want me to come back and buy anything in their store if I have to fight for a measly $10. Ignorant children. I'm going to another shop 15minutes down the road who I've always had a good experience with.

WORST PLACE EVER!!!! Have been a customer for years, UNTIL a manager named "Debbie" came on. OBVIOUSLY if you are going to a pawn shop it normally means you are pretty desperate and need cash quick. Everyone has a story, I'm fully aware. I'm a mother of 3 boys, car stalled and soon to be ex drained all my accounts. Now, I had a sander and two CRAFTSMAN tools. I go in, a very nice young lady helping me and this "Debbie" has this complex that since she's a manager at a pawn shop she thinks she's God. The nice young lady helping me asked me how to turn sander on. I said actually I'm not real sure let me see. Now this is where Debbie I guess decides she needs to step in. Now, place is full of people at this point. She yells mam, mam, who's tool is that, and I said mine, she says well I can't accept things from customers who don't know what they are or how to operate them. I literally was stunned by her stupidity. I said I bought these things for my husband I know what they are and I have NEVER heard that before. She continues to go on a rant and TRY to embarrass me. Tells me she will "be nice" and give me $13 for my tools and sander. I left went down the street to PAWN SUPERSTORE which is AMAZING! And they gave me $70! Called to complain and "Debbie" tells me the tools I had weren't craftsman. I laughed bc she's the one who told me if I didn't know what the tools did/were she wouldn't buy them. Looks like she doesn't know what tools are/what they do!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!! Drive a few miles down!!!! Worth the 2 minutes!!!!! Sad bc the employees there do seem nice. Debbie should be fired and never ever allowed to work with people again.,

Bad business can't answer the phone when it is needed. Nor do they give you do they give you the chance to make at least a little bit of money back. The employees are terrible and unfit to work there. Doesn't look like they were properly trained. They always try to get over on you. If I were you I'd never step foot in there.

Debbie might be the worst retail person I've ever worked with she tried to offer me125 for my iPhone 6s Plus and on top of that she tried to act like she new everything about the phone when she ended knowing nothing also said she had a friend who bought the phone for 180 she googled it and proved her self wrong....I'll never go back there

The workers here are giving my phone # out to other people who dont work there, my personal information, i don't recommend doing business here.

Really good staff, friendly,very easy to work with too. I always find great items to buy, and they are fair if you are selling items. In all the years I have visited their business I can honestly say I have never had any problems. Really good people!!!!

I went in with a friend a couple days ago to sell a tv and the short bald guy was so cool. I think his name was will. he had us laughing the whole time. I know its a hard business because they are trying to make money too but he was cool about it unlike those other places. I Highly recommend him.

I had the worst experience ever here the manager ms. s was rude after I was told to bring the bags she tells the young lady helping us not to do the sell bc I still had my tags to the purses Awful customer service

Great people, awesome items and sometimes you can catch an extraordinary item for a very low price. Y'all rock.
